Delivery to France in 3 days , fantastic

Easy process good Comms for EU posting with excellent tracking. Only pain and not Parcel Monkeys fault was the form filling for customs and customs charges on kids Christmas presents at the delivery. I will never get over how stupid people were to vote for Brexit.

Easy to use website that presents a wide choice of options.
I dont send a lot of parcels , but as its cheaper then having airline suitcase charges , I plan to send more.

Following on from our claim for a parcel that wasn’t delivered and our subsequent complaints and Trustpilot reviews Parcel Monkey agreed to pay £220.14. However we received only £87.50 and having complained over 10 days ago about this underpayment they say the issue has been handed back to the accounts team. We are now getting no response. This has been going on since the 27th of September when we first raised the issue that is 82 days and counting!!!

Be warned - An unauthorised charge of £76.60 was made to my credit card, without my knowledge of permission. Having followed up, Parcel Monkey claimed the size & weight of my parcel was assessed and an additional fee had been applied. Note - the size & weight of my parcel was absolutely correct because the size & weight were stamped on the box. It all appears a con. I wont be using this company again.

I received no notification or confirmation that the shipment had been picked up and none that it had been delivered. It would seem that an email or text message is the least that could be done to notify the sender that their shipment was on its way and that it had been delivered. I can only assume it arrived :-(

Fantastic service. Parcel picked up UK on Monday 11 December and delivered US on Friday 15 December.

Parcel delivered on time as promised. I had booked Parcelforce Global Priority via Parcel Monkey and had a query about the parcel. Parcel Monkey customer services was excellent and their agent was very helpful. This was the first time I used their services and would definitely use them again.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered to the address in Poland within 4 days but when i tracked that parcel i found out that ONLY left UK. My word !!! how long it’s going to take? Items in the parcel are so , so important to the recipient!!! And you wont 5 stars . JOKE

Brilliant, easy to follow instructions on sending a parcel to Australia. All the documents were sent quickly and no issues dropping the parcel at the post office. After a terrible experience with Parcelhero, Parcel Monkey made everything right.
