Parcel got damaged and not delivered by the courier (Evri). Parcel Monkey wont proceed without photos of the damage which I cant provide as Evri are not contactable and its effectively a lost parcel now as its undelivered. A complete lack of service from both Parcel Monkey and Evri. Seem to live up to the Monkey moniker but unfortunately not the Parcel part.

At the moment I cant fault Pm been using them for quite a long time, I have sent a good few parcels with them and not had any issues with there service, a all round easy procedure for a good price and would recommend them to any potential customers making me a happy customer.

Youre not doing well. You charged me £32 to have the dishwasher picked up, then uyou charged me an extra £28 thats £60 altogether. I will never go with you again and wouldnt recommend you to anyone. Im a pensioner of 76 years of age and cant afford £60 out of my pension. Thanks for nothing.

Dropped parcel off late Sunday afternoon, recipient messaged to say ut arrived Tuesday.
The cost of sending my parcel was much cheaper than Royal Mail and an awful lot quicker.
Will definitely use this service in future

The help with codes for sending to the EU were very useful. Whilst the process can’t be described as easy Parcelmonkey made it ‘doable’. The parcel took 5 days as expected. I didn’t try to track it so can’t comment on that.

Purchased FedEx next day delivery on Friday so it should have been delivered by 6:00pm Monday not delivered until Wednesday at 4:49 two days late. Very embarrassing as customer was not happy with my service.

Parcel was late no update was given had to contact myself to find out, very little apology was given and was made out to be my fault that I hadn’t ticked a box to guarantee the delivery. Awful customer service

I arranged for a parcel to be sent to the USA. Parcel Force collected the parcel and 3 days later the parcel was returned to me with a letter stating that it could not be exported. I contacted parcel monkey for a refund because my item was not sent and they are refusing to refund the postage. They also took more money from my account 10 days later stating that the weight of the parcel was more than I had stated. I have proof that the parcel was returned to me. Parcel Force tracking shows a photograph of the parcel on my doorstep when it was returned and parcel monkey are totally not interested. I paid for a service which I did not get. I am now going to contact the Trading Standards and I will pursue this through the small claims court. This is totally unprofessional and they should not be allowed to get away with it.

It was very easy to get prices to compare and have a choice of service levels . I chose UPS as the delivery time was quicker suggesting less inter depot handling therefore less chance of the parcel being lost.

I couldn’t believe my parcel was delivered within a couple of days. When I read it wd be 1-2 days I wasn’t sure it was correct but my friend in Los Angeles couldn’t believe it either when it arrived in the 2 days. Wonderful service. Comparative site that never lets you down. I’m always happy with the service.

Great price, tracking service was brilliant, left UK Thursday arrived USA Tuesday. The US post office then let delivery down, no calling card left so unaware of where parcel went. Parcel colllected by receivers so all good in the end.
Parcel force quoted double the price we paid, so would definately use Parcel Monkey again
