Good and quick

I used Parcel Monkey regularly over the last 3 years, and have found their service to be very good and very fast. I send parcels regularly to the EU, and have NEVER had a problem with anything going missing, which is always a worry. And each parcel has reached its destination within just a couple of days.

The service was smooth, quite clear and I was able to weigh and measure the parcels, detail the contents online and complete the order pretty easily. I paid and was given a pick up date of the next day.
I have four stars as this was my main problem. I was up early to ensure I did not miss the collection. But my parcels were not collected until 1900! If I’d been given a morning/ afternoon or evening slot it would have given more chance for me to do other things! I know the collection was quite late for a delivery to Japan hopefully to arrive for Christmas but that was my only problem! And I’m thrilled to report the parcels did arrive by Christmas Day!! Yey!!

This is the first time I use Parcel Monkey and I quite disappointed. The website recommended to use DPD for my delivery and now my parcel is lost: according to the DPD website my parcel was delivered to Liverpool, instead of Leigh and signed by some unknown recipient. After a week still no update from Parcel Monkey, that is wating for DPD to come back (doesnt look like PM is chasing). They also gave me a proof of delivery with some random signature but no mention about the actual address the item was delivered.

At this moment in time I would say Im very disappointed and if I could possibly give a no star rating I would. My parcel has not arrived at its destination, and the tracking doesnt make sense at all. Apparently after leaving the international hub and being exported from uk , it ended up back at the post office I took it to. No one has contacted me saying there is a problem and the christmas presents I bought for family did not arrive! Im not even sure where the parcel is?????

How did you do!! The parcel was never picked up. I spent 3 days trying to contact Parcelforce numerous times spending over 20 min on the phone at a time on hold. I understand that you are not Parcelforce but you obviously havent even tried to track the parcel because you would know it has not been collected!! I really hope you take not of this and make it right at the first availability as Parcelforce are closed until the 27th.

Ordered a tracked 24 hour service, parcel wasn’t collected, tried to contact customer services, no response, promised a callback, never got one, parcel finally collected but remains undelivered overa week later. Second time this has happened. Poor service.

I sent parcel on 9/12 from the UK to Greece. On the 26/12 still no delivery, the parcel appears to be lost. It can be tracked till the 16/12; arrived in Athens and then no-one seems to know anything... Poor service overall as parcel force want nothing to do with you and parcel monkey is not able to get anything done. Parcel monkey have made an effort to sent me updates daily, that they have no news. Understandably it is a difficult time over the holidays, but this is the reason I want the parcel delivered as I have no Christmas presents to give...

Fantastic as usual. picked up in Maidenhead on Tuesday delivered to the Tarn in France on Thursday by 2pm, 3 days b4 Christmas. All for under £20 with £300 worth of insurance. Couldnt do without you. Keep it up boys and girls!! Happy Christmas!!! (5kg box of pressies for kids and wife)

Managed to get the parcel collected and delivered successfully, at a reasonable price, but at no point did anyone offer me a receipt with the amount paid on it - which made it difficult to get the cost recovered from Amazon afterwards...

Took the more expensive option of 3-5 Days instead of 4-5 hoping that would mean they (parcelforce) would be a tiny bit quicker, 6 working days later the parcel still isnt delivered.

Couldnt believe the speed and quality of service for the price. Booked my parcel to Ireland on the Monday before Christmas, it was collected on the Tuesday and delivered on the Thursday... Last minute but phew!

Still no delivery after 18 days So I sent a parcel from USA to UK on 08.12.17 so that it can arrive well before Christmas for my sister. This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey, and everything went smoothly the first time. They are by far cheaper than Royal Mail (who quoted me £60!). I paid £21.29 to send a parcel weighing 1.6kg. I was careful to remain below 2kg to minimise shipping cost. It is now 26.12.17 and the parcel still has not reached my sister after 18 days! To add insult to injury, Parcel Monkey have charged another £9.29 to my bank card saying the parcel weighed 4.05kg according to the DPD courier that collected the parcel. As you can imagine this is the busy Christmas period so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the delayed delivery, but this has meant my sister didnt get her Christmas gift in time for Christmas. Having contacted the online support and explained the situation, they basically were useless and kept saying the same thing over and over without helping in any shape or form. Overall a terrible company with shockingly rude customer service....AVOD AVOID AVOID.

Where do I start. I used parcel monkey for Courier express delivery from UK to USA. Using Online service I had no option to drop the parcel myself at Courier which is a shame since I live close to it. I paid online on late evening expecting for Courier to pick my parcel up some time next day. In late afternoon of that day I got bit worried that it was getting late and I had no update or window information so I called Courier. After their customer service person clearly struggling with my question on when should I expect the parcel to be picked up I was put through to the manager whom informed me that they dont have a booking raised for my parcel picking. They had the number which I gave them but they didnt know why they had no info from parcel monkey to pick my parcel up! I was then advised to call parcel monkey ASAP and ask whats going on otherwise my parcel wont be picked up on that day. Of course there is no way to contact you over the phone. At that point my patience run out and I passed the case to my partner. He tried to speak to your customer service on your chat. What a joke that is! Waiting for 15-30 for a replay each time he asked a question is a joke that I have never seen! We were told that the parcel wont be picked by Courier but by yodel and then passed on to Courier. The girl could not answer why we were not advised about this from the beginning and I why I was given Courier ref number. The person talking to us was dreadful, uninformative, misleading and avoiding any answers! The fact we had to wait for more than 15-30 minutes for any reply is crazy! At the end, literally at 6pm my parcel got picked up (while we were still waiting for a replay) by Courier driver not yodel!!! He said we couldve just dropped it off at the Courier depot and skip this all nonsense! Worst customer service ever! Your customer service person ended our conversation asking "so was the parcel picked up at the end?" my partner replied and asked another question but we have never heard back from that person!!! The chat was still open on my pc for another 3h and we heard nothing back!! No answer, no question if theres anything else you can help with. Nothing, just rude person ending conversation with rude sentence. Truly terrible. Im running by business and often talking to all sort of customer service advisors but this was the worst by far!
