Good value for money, excellent service, goods collected from my home address at the time specified and delivered to the South of France within a couple of days. Very happy customer, thank you. Had never heard of Parcel Monkey but would happily recommend to others and will definitely use again. Gone are the days of taking parcels to the Post Office!!!

Wish there was a 0 star option!!!!!!!!!!!!! booked same day delivery service. called 4 times as no collection each time advised a new time of collection and this was missed every time. This horrendous service has cost my client over £10,000 in environmental charges waiting for this part. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!

I used this company to deliver my parcels to they customers first the parcel was 1 week 3days late,the other arrived damaged and l submitted my claime they told me that the cannot help me as the are not responsible for the damage,now twll me who is responsible for damaging your parcels in transit?? Is is not the courier drivers???? The worst part of this matter is that l paid for the parcel cover in transit aganist damaged or loss with my hard earned money so people stay far far away from this criminals that calls themselves PARCEL MONKEY they are crooks and will scan you off your money and turn their backs on you when you need their help and support. The last one that really got me was the one l sent Smeg 4 Toaster to a customer,the the customer got in touch with me stating that their toaster arrived badly damaged and dented then l got in touch with Parcel Monkey they told me that according to their Terms and Conditions after 5days of l do not report any problems with regards to the item they will not be liable for the damaged parcel, lmagine the scam!!!! How can a company have such ridiculous Terms and Cinditions which clearly affects Human Consumer Rights According to The Consumer Acts 1st October,2015 and also Unfair Trading Acts??? This company Parcel Monkey should be closed by Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards also their stupid Terms and Conditions should be revoke as it affects Human Rights. As a result of this Parcel Money Incompetence and Scam my customer had left a terrible feedback for me damaging my reputation in ebay l work so hard to build. Seriously Everyone This Parcel Monkey Delivery Company are BAD NEWS AND SCAMMERS STAY FULLY CLEAR FROM THEM NO MATTEE HOW CHEAP THE CLAIME TO BE DUE TO THE WILL SCAM YOU OFF YPUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH EMPTY POCKET!!!! BEWARE OF PARCEL MONKEY COURIER COMPANY BE WARNED!!!!!!! TERRIBLE, parcel wrapped very careful and covered in many layers of protective packaging, then fragile ape added to all visble sides, clearly has been stood on, boot prints on packaging on arrival and the photo and glass cover are in bits.

parcel monkeys offers one of the best online services . But their delivery agents Dhl example needs to address the parcel shape size before accepting the parcel .as it seems to loose its shape after being received by them or when the parcel is going threw their scanner resulting in additional charges most of the time .other than that parcel monkey they have it mastered .

Firstly the website and service this company offer works. They will get you an excellent price and organise the delivery company to collect the parcel as required. The bad part of this shambles of a company is the customer service after an issue. The company they organised to deliver a parcel have lost my parcel. But as Parcel Monkies have no contact number, no customer service department that actually answer your questions, I am now stuck. I really wish I went direct to a delivery company as I would never use this company again. The shocking customer service means I am now financially out of pocket for their mistakes. One bit of advice AVOID at all costs and just go direct

Poor customer service. Delivery wasnt picked up on the day stated, no explanation given. When questioning them about this they did practically nothing to keep me updated.

Really Poor Service, Paid for a service, but no label was sent, Customer server via webchat is total disgrace, Later they cancelled by order after 5 hrs which i lost the deadline for collection. Refund will take 7-10 working days during christmas for £65. Go somewhere else, or directly to Courier/FED etc.

As the parcel was sent on the 12th December with an expected delivery on the 14th Dec and it still hasnt arrived on the 20th December I think one star is being generous. Parcel Monkey could only confirm that it was at the DPD depot in The Netherlands which I could see online anyway. We were told a word was missing from the address which was a lie. We have chased up DPD and were promised delivery on the 19th, the 20th and now the 21st of December. DPDs Classic Pickup is more like Classis ****up !

The british side was great. Parcel picked up when they said and dispatched abroad very quickly. Just a pity it sat in the van in Madrid ready to deliver 48 hours. Therefor the parcel was 1 day late and my son was only notified of the rescheduling after he had been waiting all day only to be told it would be delivered between 6 and 7 and then at 8 he was told it would be delivered the following day.
