Terrible experience. No one would speak to me, just live chat. Each answer took 10 minutes. Lost parcel - 10 days to deliver and lost - disappointed kids kids at Christmas and no one at Parcel Monkey cares

Parcel was delivered later than expected this was probably due the the weather but the parcel was dropped off at a drop off point on Wednesday which was after the worst of the weather and wasn’t delivered until Monday and it should of been a next day service

Pick up of parcels went well, but once they were despatched on to another carrier it seems all responsibility stops! Parcels have disappeared somewhere in New Zealand after the carriers failed to deliver them and failed to leave information as to where the parcels were taken. So not happy!

I tried few other companies and I now always come back to Parcel Monkey. They are very reliable and I normally choose DPD service on the site, the parcel pick up is next day, delivery is within time provided up front, I never had any issues. I ll use them again and recommend them to others.

Parcel Monkey played their part OK. But the service I purchased, Parcelforce 24 was a complete let-down. My parcel was collected the day after I placed the order (Wed 13 December), but was not delivered until PM on Monday 18 December. I think that is more than a 24 hour service (even allowing for getting across the Irish Sea.

The parcel has still not arrived 7 days after drop off. It was in Lincoln for 5 days! Not VG service, 8 days later and it still hasnt been delivered!

I can’t believe how fast their service was . I ordered delivery pick up for six boxes on a Tuesday , they colllected them on Wednesday. They arrived at their destination on Saturday .. the boxes were being sent from Scotland to America. .. I ordered a delivery pick up from some one else before I found parcel monkey and they were sent a week before and arrived four days after my order from parcel monkey. I would tell anyone to use this site. I honestly don’t know how my items are inside as they are in America, but was told the boxes weren’t damaged at all .. so a definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not use this company! Never had such a bad experience. Their website, trying to get in contact with them is nearly impossible. If you do finally manage to get to chat to someone, it takes them 8-12 minutes before they read and response to you. The agents dont really seem to know their bussiness regarding international customs and they just leave you hanging and dont respond. I have gone to another company who might be slightly more expensive but sooo much worth it. True saying for this company: If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!
