Used Parcelmonkey to find the best price on a delivery. Placed an order on Thursday for collection the following Monday as it was the earliest available. It said it had been booked, and that it will be collected on the Monday. It wasnt. I contacted customer service to tell them this. Now my parcel was going to be late and I couldnt spend another day cooped-up indoors waiting for a courier. So I check the following day and I have received a reply telling me they have booked collection with DXdelivery even though I specified I didnt want this. So I told them I didnt want this and wanted a refund. I eventually had to post using the Post Office with Next Day delivery for 6X the price and ParcelMonkey have said that they will take up to 5 days to initiate a refund from their finance department. Consumers could use ParcelMonkey to find the best price, but they are unreliable to book with so use the best match courier directly as they cannot be trusted to deliver, literally.

3 parcels picked up in Falkirk to go to malta instead 10 days later we get told they are in Germany seemingly after 20+ calls one box on way to malta other 2 held in Germany after several calls they say batteries are in the box now the boxes are to be destroyed I have appealed many times as there are only toys+clothes in box for my 3 year old daughter xmas and if they do not get thru no xmas so as you can tell not happy with service Kathleen ure

Paid extra to avoid printing the address form only to find I had to anyway. There is no effective way of contacting this company to raise an issue or complain. If you are thinking of using them DONT.

A good experience - apart from the opening prices on your Webpage soon tripling or quadrupling when you insert the weight and dimensions of the parcel you want to send. A little more openness and honesty wouldnt go amiss.
The collection and delivery services were good and I will certainly use Parcel Monkey again in the future.

The service was quick and the cheapest we could find.
I would have liked a bit more of a running (email-driven) commentary as the job proceeded. This would have been particularly useful in our case as we were sending to a business. Confirmation that the parcel had been delivered to the business (even if not signed for) would have put my mind at rest.

2 weeks past and I didn’t recive my parcel, I was trying to contact with you but The contact phone number wasn’t available. I am very dissapointed, I checked the tracking number my parcel is istays here for days but people too lazy to deliver it

Parcel monkey did an awesome job delivering my packages from Aberdeen to Budapest. One of my packages got accidentally misplaced on the way but thankfully they all delivered exactly on time! I was very pleased with the customer service. Definitely recommend.

Abysmal service, ordered collection for 8/12 then changed it for 11/12, had confirmation of this, no collection on the 11th, so got in touch via chat, they said the collection will have to be cancelled, no explanation for non collection on the 11th. No telephone number for them. Do not use these if collection urgent, this is the 2nd time they have let me down, now got in touch with Fed Ex (£10 dearer) and collected parcel within the hour.

Sent parcel to France. Got a good price for tracked parcel and delivered it to local postoffice. Delivered in France safely after 3 days. Very easy and efficient.

The package was collected as promised however delivery time is so face twice as long as promised and package is still yet to be delivered. So I am not satisfied with the service at present .

I had a quote from the PO to send a parcel to my daughter in California - it was £90.00. Parcel Monkey quoted £35.00. So simple - dropped the parcel at the PO and it arrived 5 days later. Fabulous service.

Always use this great service, so simple and easy to use and great value for money. Sold an item on eBay would of been £16 at the Post Office, sent for £7 with Parcel Monkey! I chose DPD this time around, easy to get my label and they collected on the day. Kept me and the recipient up to date with text and emails so we knew what was going on. Recipient was out on the day of delivery, but caused no issue as they used the DPD to rebook a new delivery.
I will continue to use them whenever I make a sale on my eBay account. Nice one Parcel Monkey!

Absolute joke of a company!! Paid to insure my parcel which was left outside despite me stating the value of it. When parcel was reported missing on the 2nd November I have been ignored a number of times despite asking for a copy of the insurance policy I purchased from them. I was promised that the matter would be resolved by today (11th December) and once again I am being ignored. Would never use this company again!!
