Excellent service, quick easy and with no complications.
UK to Germany from booking to delivery 4 days and at a very competitive price

Absolutely terrible. I organised for a parcel to be sent to me. Due to a problem with the parcel it was then marked as return to sender. Despite contacting them repeatedly for 3 months and being told - the returns team will be in touch with you very soon - only after 3 months did they admit they had lost it. They then only offered me a refund for the shipping costs and not the parcel. This has been the most stressful and incompetent experience with a shipping company. I would not recommend using them. Especially as they do not have a phone line so it is incredibly difficult to get a straight answer or help when something goes wrong. Absolutely terrible!

Their 24 hour service is in fact a 5 day service. Their insurance does not cover loss, damage or delay.

First class service using DPD drop off to Austria. Less than a third of the cost of Parcel Force/The post office! Just had to drop off at local Sainsburys.

I needed to send a parcel of a decent size to the States. Parcel Monkey found the cheapest couriers and then provided pre-filled customs labels to make the whole thing quick and painless. Door to door in 5 days :)
