PARCEL ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN GOOD CONDITION

The package arrived on time, even despite me dropping it off at a later day. The box of the item inside however, was cracked, so not ideal.

Have used Parcel Monkey before using Parcel Force and been very happy with it. This time DPD was the best deal, but the parcel doesnt seem to have been collected until a week after we dropped it off. This means it wont be delivered before Christmas. I contacted DPD with a query but havent had any acknowledgement, let alone an explanation. Very disappointed.

I have sent quite a number of parcels so far , mainly between the UK and Spain. So far, so good. Never had a problem.

Shocking service, no response to emails, broken, damaged returned goods that I had to pay to get returned or they would be destroyed. Christmas gifts to a child that will no longer be received and no refund so 85 pounds down the drain. I will never never never use this service again, be warned people there are better more reputable companies out there. They delete any bad comments on their face book website page and have virtually no customer service at all, wolves in sheeps clothing.

Dont be lured by the low prices.. If you value your item - and why wouldnt you, Do NOT use Parcel Monkeys.. Just a bunch of unscrupulous liars.. Lies Lies Lies.. "Yes, your parcel is on its way sir.." Yeah right! There is no phone number, no complaints procedure, no-one in charge... and no recourse.. Vile :( AVOID AVOID AVOID

By far the best quote. Fantastic other than being unable to give any indication of a collection time between 8am and 6pm. Who has time to stay in all day just in case ?? That is my only gripe

My package was sent on dec 1st from Phoenix,AZ to Romania and now, 21 days later I still havent got it. Very disappointed. If my parcel doesnt make it to me by Christmas Ill ask for a refund.

Dreadful service my parcel was collected on the 7th December and still has not been delivered 14 days later!contacted parcelmonkey several times only being fobbed off they say they are waiting to hear from the courier this is not acceptable,no sign of a refund either sorry I didn’t use the regular postal service
