I live in rural France and had a small parcel to send to the UK. Website easy to use, I chose my preferred carrier (DPD.. I always find them efficient) printed off label. Took my parcel to local drop off point at 9am on Wednesday morning. Parcel arrived UK on Friday morning, 2 days later. This service was €5 cheaper than La Poste (French post office) and undoubtedly quicker. I was able to track the parcel all the way. I will definitely use the Parcel Monkey website again.

It took the service 3 days to collect my boxes, two of which I had to pay someone to be at home from 9am to 6pm. This is unacceptable. The council provided was average and after receiving an email providing me with a link to access a refund, according to a term an agreement that I had signed at the beginning the refund wasn’t valid any longer - other than poor communication between the team and low professionalism. The service was extremely poor for what I spent in time, energy and money. I will not be using this service again and will mention this to whoever I know.

Rubbish customer service. They do not have a clue where their packages are. the tracking system is rubbish. Do not deliver within the time frames quoted when booking. No one contacts you to advise that they are awaiting further documents. They required further ID documents before delivering my package and did not contact me - I contacted them after 4 days of seeing the tracking stating that it is in transit to final destination. Then they told me ID proof is required of recipient before package is delivered. had I not contacted them they would never have bothered to advise me. Then I asked the exact location of the package and they said it was at the depot and the address they gave me of the depot was UK but the actual parcel was in India. There is no phone number for you to speak to anyone you have to rely on an online chat where you are waiting for them to respond to you for 30 to 40 minutes at a time.

Avoid avoid avoid! Last response from Parcel Monkey is: Hello, Apologies for the inconvenience. Please be advised that the additional charge amount of £9.89 is from: Shipment PM5937391 , Declared-2.00kg , Actual-4.50kg, Amount - £9.89. This has been delivered, signed for, on 08 Dec 2017 at 11:52. Please do provide us pictures showing the correct dimensions of the parcel so we can help you dispute this to the couriers. In regards to Shipment PM5961949 tracking shows: Manifested, not received (underage), on 12 Dec 2017 at 10:11. I have contacted the courier to confirm and have this investigated for us. As soon as we receive their update, well contact you directly. Kind regards, Ellen.R My response is that its just too little too late. I have contacted Trading Standards and await their full investigation. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Still waiting for my package which should have been delivered 2 days ago. The issue was that parcel monkey offered delivery dates that parcel force did not buy still charged for this. I had to find this out over phone with parcelforce. Wouldnt encourage anyone to use this service.

Quick, easy and trouble free. This was so convenient for me, as a small business owner. It would take so much longer to set up an account with an individual courier company, also we send large shipments infrequently, so really handy to have this one-off online service.

Very easy process, good options and everything worked fine. The only negative point was that I deliberately chose a no printer required option but - after I had committed and paid - I was then emailed a label to print, so please make this clearer in the list of options. Apart from that, all good.

Used parcel monkey twice. First time the courier send my parcel to the wrong place and I made multiple complaints - parcel delayed by several days and the courier was unapologetic. Complained to parcel monkey too who didnt care much. The second time delivery went well. My issue is that I get a request for feedback for trustpilot on the courier which went according to plan. Feels like a deliberate skewing and manipulating of customer feedback to get a positive response.

Amazed at parcel monkeys service. They arrived at the time they said to pick my parcel up. It took 4 days to get to the Philippines from stoke on trent England just like they said.. Glad I use these as it was my first time sending a parcel so far. I will be defiently using parcel monkey on my next parcel. Thanks a lot.

I pretty much always use Parcel Monkey to send packages abroad. I get a good range of comparisons, I even get a better deal from Parcelforce than I can using their own website or at the Post Office, even though I am dropping the parcel at my local Post Office for pickup (so at least they get some cut of the business). Ive never had a glitch, the packages have always got their in the specified time, regardless of courier Ive picked. The last time I sent something to Ireland via Parcelforce, paid for at the PO, it disappeared for a month and then came back to me. Cost a fortune too. Never happened when booked this way, which is what I have been doing ever since.

Following a disastrous experience with parcel monkey previously, I decided to try them once more. This time however I arranged to drop the parcel off rather than have it collected from me which was the issue last time. The drop off at a matalan store was simple and it was easy to track the parcel. Delivery took longer than initially advised but this is most likely due to the festive season.

FAILED COLLECTION! I paid for 2 orders order 1: collection from my home address in the south east of England and delivery to north Scotland. (this was collected and delivery as should be) order 2 :(booked at the same time as order 1) collect from the Scottish address where order 1 was being delivered and deliver to my home address. That is were it went so wrong! They did not collect it, in fact it was only after I complained did the courier collect Christmas presents from nanny and then take 8 days to delivery them on a 48hr delivery! Sadly Parcelmoney were USELESS and just wanted to hide behide T&Cs! They clearly did nto care as they had my money!! Very poor service and always blaming the courier! when it appear they had NOT booked the collection.

I paid extra for a 24hr service and my parcel wasn’t collected. Took then approx 30mins on live chat to sort out collection having to ask twice if the care agent was still there. Was advised to contact afterwards to arrange a refund after the delivery had been made. I have an ongoing message thread which has lasted 2 weeks where I was promised a refund but it didn’t come through and was later quoted t&cs and it was then retracted. Still no refund and parcel arrived 3 days late.

Happy with the service. Arrived when stated. Sent 25kg parcel to Spain. Parcel Picked up by Parcel Force and delivered by DHL. Put 4 star because Parcel Force didnt call to pick up parcel and for a few minutes I wasnt home when they came. I had to rearrange collection the following day by calling the local branch. DHL Spain did call to deliver so no problem. Contents of parcel arrived in perfect conditions. Will use this service again.

Not even worth one star. I was waiting 10 days for my collection booking to take place and 10 days later I was advised that I need to rebook collection for next year. What kind of service is this? This lack of responsibility now has a nockoff affect on my client who has been waiting for the goods way too long and is demanding compensation. If you cannot deliver your service you should be upfront with your customers from the start so they can use other courier services.
