Please dont use. Company do nothing to resolve my case. I sent parcells via Parcel Monkey using DPD. DPD have lost 2 out of 3 parcels. DPD is willing to help me out finding missing parcels but Parcel Monkey has to request this first (as I am their client not DPDs ). I have been told several times that they did chase up my case- turns out- no one from Parcel Monkey contacted DPD. Parcel Monkey cant produce the case number. DPD has said that if they did contact them they would get a case number. Highly unprofessional company, no responsibility, employing kids minded people( including management ). They take money and if your parcel get to the destination then- great, huge problem if collecting/delivering company loose it. Dont count on the Parcel Monkey, you are on your own. Please avoid

The Parcel Monkey collectors machine couldnt recognise the recipients address in Ireland, which created some doubt in our mind that the important package would actually get there. As it happens, the package arrived on time, so all was good

Received a wrong parcel at the beginning of November and it is now mid January and despite contacting you twice a week nothing has been done no one has collected this very heavy item which we can not lift and is now still in the middle of a 96 year olds studio flat and so far no one has made any efforts as far as i can see to find our parcel or offer compensation.

The Delivery Service I requested wasnt clear as to exactly what it was. We needed a parcel to go to Belfast within 48 hours and I think it was Parcelforce 48 which I selected. It said U.K delivery but there was no mention of whether this was only mainland U.K or whether Northern Ireland was included. So I had to take a chance but we later found out that it didnt reach our Customer until 5 days later and this caused them problems.

The service is ok but when it goes wrong, ie. the parcel goes missing they take no action to help. I have spent over 5 days trying to contact Parcel Force directly as Parcel monkey would not help or listen to any evidence of the parcel being sent. Poor customer service and poor service. I wont be using their service again.

The parcel was picked up as expected. The item was a guitar, when it was received by the customer it arrived with a broken neck. This item clearly was not looked after in transit.

Collection of the parcel was missed by DPD DPD lied about carding the house and no one being in Parcel monkey did not care about this Parcel monkey re-booked collection with me, but forgot to tell DPD I had to chase DPD and Parcel monkey to actually have the collection made. In the end: collection was a day late. I had to chase up to make the bookings and made about 6 calls to DPD to ensure it happened interaction with parcel monkey was awful. Parcel monkey dont care AVOID THIS COMPANY

Sent 2 Boxes for next day delivery, the Boxes contained bedding needed for elderly customers, Boxes arrived 3 days late . Customer had to purchase new bedding at my company’s cost

Booked a collection from a third party, delivered to my address. Selected Parcelforce as the courier, and paid approx. a third the cost compared to booking directly through their own web site.
My only reservation was that theres no Parcel Monkey contact phone number and other reviewers said they didnt respond to emails. However , I had Parcel force reference and tracking numbers, and they have all manner of customer support, so if any problems had occurred, I guess, I could have contacted them directly.
The parcel arrived intact and earlier than expected. The whole process couldnt have been simpler or smoother. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I would give zero stars if I could - still no parcel and paid for insurance that they dont want to now pay out on- its a scam. No telephone number to contact them on and absolutely no customer service

I would like Parcel Monkey to explain why they did not another courier as agreed, of which I have paid them. Despite several communications via live chat and email raising my concerns prior to the 6pm deadline, they failed to act upon it, customer service at its ugliest worst. Ref PM_4920372_6037853. Ive now got to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. Whats your excuse Parcel Monkey? No lies or bull**** either.

Have had a great experience booking through them in most cases. I was let down on one occassion but that was the carriers fault I believe. Great rates, and last minute booking.

Good until it goes wrong. Parcel monkey have been reliable for me for the past year or so of sending regular parcels. However, I recently sent two parcels to the same place, and inadvertently stuck the wrong labels on them. The labels looked the same but one parcel was heavier and larger and I had accidentally switched them. Both cost the same to send though. To my surprise they sent me a surcharge demand of over £40 for a parcel costing £10.20 to send. When I complained they made it very difficult, asking for proof, pictures, and when I sent those, pictures of the boxes against a ruler etc. It was obviously a simple error easily made with two seemingly identical labels, but they dont seem to want to resolve it without a fight, so I am now using another company. Very silly as it was obviously an honest mistake, wouldnt have cost me any more for the larger box anyway, and they have lost a regular customer. My verdict is that they are great until something goes wrong. Then they dont want to know.

Absoloute displeasure, first they give you a cheaper quote so you buy their service to get the competition out, and after they get the parcel, they charge you saying your parcel is overweight or heavier than what you said, just a lie to get more money out of you. Now I am having emails from someone from South Africa who is asking me more money to delivery my parcel. A nightmere of a service and will never use again.

Made me pay a ridiculous amount to collect and deliver my parcel. Whilst tracking my parcel I realised it hadnt even left the U.K. yet so I contacted the useless customer service team through a slow web chat and they told me that my parcel is being returned back to me as it contained perfume. Although I clearly stated in the contents that it had perfume whilst booking my collection for the parcel. On top of that I was told I need to pay £15 to have sent back to me from their HQ in Southampton including VAT and that i would need to pay again to resend it. Absolutely terrible service and no compensation or empathy offered.

So quick and easy
The only thing was I forgot to put a couple of things on the items list, went back to add them and had to do it all again! Would be cool if you could save the list and go back it - maybe you can and Im a dummy and couldnt see it
