Useful utility, straightforward to organise and send a parcel abroad and helpful with completing all the necessary forms in the correct fashion. Good comparison on the prices. I was sending a parcel of gifts to our Chinese in-laws, recommend using the ParcelForce option for that.

My parcel was never collected on both occasions. Ive asked for a refund and heard nothing and received nothing will be looking into this further will never use or recommend this service

Parcel still has not been collected by Evri. Me as the sender and my customer, as the receiver have had no joy in contacting them and are only able to talk to automated systems. Shocking service.

i sent a parcel to usa 47.00 Courier costs a canvas picture, 120cm by 80cm by 5 cm 2.9kg so i booked 3kg to be safe, took all pictures of parcel and weights, it was delivered then i got charged 109.00 extra for incorrect measurements, i provided all information including photos that i had taken and the invoice, showing the parcel was what i said it was, i am now told because ups claim it was 124 cm by 84cm by 6cm this has cost me 109.00, the canvas picture we sent was actually smaller than the measurements we provided this is disgraceful and people need to be aware of this, we send parcels daily with another company and never had anything like this, its not acceptable.. no one emailed saying there is a problem or contacted me it was delivered then i was charged, is this legal

Service was OK but I sent something out of the country and ended up with a huge customs bill as the duty wasnt included, apparently hidden in their T&Cs.

The website was easy to use. I found a carrier for my parcel easily and the price was reasonable. Parcel was delivered within the timescale and in the same condition as when it left.

I sent two parcels: one in a hard plastic cat carrier and the other in a cardboard box, taped according to the advice provided on the Parcel Monkey website. The cardboard box arrived ripped on one side, and one of the PS4 games—the most popular one—is missing. Additionally, some of the DVD boxes are partially broken.

3 WEEKS ON STILL 3 UNRESOLVED ISSUES; EITHER NO TRACKING, NO UPDATES OR JUST UNDELIVERED. THEY PASS ALL THE BLAME ONTO THE COURIERS, WHICH I UNDERSTAND, BUT PARCELMONKEY ARE THE ONES WHOM OF WHICH TAKE OUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT BOTHER CHASING THE COURIERS, WE HAVE TO CHASE THEM. BUNCH OF CROOKS, JOKERS, INCOMPATENT CLOWNS.

Always extra charges for over size parcels, we have challenged numerous times and even sent through proof of sizes i.e photos of parcels before collection and they never refund extra charges.
