I sent a parcel to China, the address they claim was wrong, so the courier decides to return the parcel and Parcel Monkey (PM) wants to charge me more than I paid for the freight in the first place for the return! PM had sent me an email regarding this, but in order to know if it was important or not - you have to log into your account. Had they sent a normal email I could have had a chance to address this. Not happy at all!

Parcelmonkey lost my package and never provided tracking for it a single day of its journey from the UK to me here in Sweden. My package was immediately lost in the hands of parcelmonkey

Terrible service, paid a premium for a collection next day service. No updates or anything and no collection. Would not recommend other companies offer exactly the same with better service.

usual excellent. However I am really disappointed and dismayed to have received an email,5 days
after delivery telling me I have to pay £16, for overweight parcel. I am disputing this, I know for sure it
was not as they say 2k over. If the
charge is made, I will never use
Parcel Monkey again，which will be a shame. Ihave used the service
many times without incident

Website provided options very quickly and easily and then was just a question of selecting the appropriate provider - all done and dusted in 10 minutes. And then parcel was collected and delivered within 48 hours

Exceptional all around, instant quote and swift service. It was my first time sending a very large package (10kg) via mail and it literally took 15 minutes and I was able to drop it off at a nearby location for collection.

Easy to select shipping courier and speed of delivery. I used the UPS delivery option to have it shipped to the USA and it was delivered within 3 days which was pretty fast.

I booked my parcel with another courier giving size, etc details. I paid and received details of the label to be printed. When I called at two shop drop-offs I was informed that the package was too big for them. What do I do? I cant even find how to get my money back cos the Parcel Monkey site is so awful and unworkable.

We have used Parcel Monkey for a few years and it is so easy to select the right carrier for our customers delivery and the very rare issue (not Parcel Monkey) I have experienced they are at the end of the telephone and email and respond in good time and with always a resolution.

We were using parcel monkey on a daily basis but when things go wrong it is never their fault if your item fails to get delivered they charge more than double the price to return the item to you once you have paid their ransom they will then send at there lesiure for this reason we have stopped using them
