Fantastic efficient service! Would definitely recommend. The process of checking prices and then booking a service are is so easy and very user friendly, and the parcel sent was received very quickly by the recipient.

Second time in a last 3 months parcel got stuck at the shop (drop off point) for more then 5 days without any movement. After x times phone calls it was picked up and delivered. Not refunded. Ive been told thats this is sometimes happen.

Booked a delivery with Parcel monkey and was happy with the cheap rates, however, a few days later, I received an e-mail informing me of additional charges that they had debited from my account without my consent. The reason they stated was that I hadnt declared the right weight, which was totally untrue. It seems to me that somehow they seem to make up for the cheap rates by charging you extra later on under false pretense...beware!

I booked collection week ago but it has not been passed to delivery company. Confirmatuion of payment has been emailed to me. Tried Live Chat but nobody answers at all. Disgrace.

I used Parcel Monkeys twice in the last month and everything worked smoothly. The boxes (very heavy ones, approx. 30kg) arrived in less than a week in perfect conditions. I decided to bring them to the post office to avoid problems with the collection, and I think it was worth it. You just need to get to the post office, scan the code and in 5 min youre done!
I will definitely used it again in the future. Very good value for money.

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times, and its been so easy. The service has been great, customer service were very helpful, answering queries quickly.
Prices are really good! Give them a go you wont be disappointed.

A game of two halves the UK experience was first class collected on time kept fully informed as to what time the collection would be and the driver was very polite. However the Spanish experience not so good , the online tracking was not working the courier did not inform us as to the time of delivery and claimed our address was incomplete ,although it was not , and failed to deliver the parcel. We then had to enter an alternative address for which we used local restaurant . The parcel was delivered next day but I then had to carry a 30kg parcel back to our apartment which is not what you would expect from a "door to door" service.The parcel itself was crushed and ripped but contents were complete and undamaged.

Ridiculous customer support. To be honest, they dont even have customer support. They only have an online chat where you write whatever you want without getting a reply. I bought a service which stated 4-6 days delivery but it actually dispatched from UK 12 days later and took another 10 days to deliver.

The parcel sent to Vietnam was delivered in 4 days, against the anticipated time of delivery of 10 days, which was amazingly fast and efficient. Good tracking system allows customers to see exactly where package is at any time. Well done!

Brilliant service. Easy to book. Given a one hour slot for pick up and it was picked up on time and delivered the next day (a Saturday). I will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

Great Service - Second time I used Parcel Monkey for moving some suitcases between Perth and London/Brighton... Like the ease of setting up shipping labels... Price is good... The shipment arrived less than 48 hours after I placed the order... Very pleased.

The collection and delivery - all excellent service, on time, no damage to parcel. The ordering was a bit complicated (couldnt use my long email address), couldnt sort out a drop-off at local point so had to change delivery company. I packed and weighed parcel to get quote but needed to know contents prior to packing (could be difficult to remember).

Easy process to arrange pick up of package, pricing clear including if you wanted higher cover for loss or damage above what is included with basic cost.
Picked up on day indicated, delivered a couple of days later to its correct destination.

Had to send two parcels to my daughter in Worthing from Omagh (Northern Ireland) which weighed in at 15 and 12 kilos. I got a very reasonable quote from Parce Monkey - less than 20 quid. The parcels were collected the following day and delivered two days later in perfect condition. Delighted with the great service received.

Hi all, Please read the response from Parcel Monkey below! they have lost our parcel which was NEW UPVC DOORS, which cost altogether £348 and now refusing to pay for it. Parcel was posted on the 21st December and not been seen since(lost or stolen) PARCEL MONKEY RESPONSE AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN. wE WILL BE MAKING A SMALL CLAIM COURT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Good Morning We are sorry that your parcel was not delivered as arranged. The next course of action would be to raise a claim however, after further assessment of the above reference, we regret to state that you are not eligible to claim against your parcel. As you did not take any protection cover against the parcel unfortunately we cannot raise a claim on your behalf. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
