Terrible. Booked express service . Should have Arrived 21december 2017 from uk to Adelaide Australia. It didn’t. Tracking showed collected from in uk 14th dec and arrival and customs clearance in australia on the 18 dec. scheduled for delivery 21 dec. then no tracking. There is 10.5 hour time difference between uk & Australia We Could get no information from parcel monkey themselves they said they would email the carrier. This was useless because of the different time zones.. the upshot we ended up finding a number for dpd ...but they said the parcel was in transit and we would get it after the 27th December. This was terrible news as they were my little boys Christmas presents. 2 of the 3 parcels arrived after Christmas on the 28th.Dec. ..still waiting for parcel 3. I paid £95 gbp for this delivery and had to buy replacement toys for Christmas Day... today is the 29dec and parcel 3 still has not arrived and no tracking info displayed

I paid for a delivery in 3 days to France to be delivered by 25th December by DPD. The tracking is not working and the online help says delivery due 29th Dec and it must have been delayed due to the holiday. How odd it seems Christmas came as a surprise too this delivery company. Won’t be using this co again.

Easy to arrange, collected from my house, delivered the next day and a LOT cheaper than Royal Mail. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Parcel number 1 was due to be picked up but no one came, parcel 2 was due the next day, no one came even after an email was received stating the time on both occasions. Several calls later by me and they finally sent someone out. Pretty poor.

Paid for parcelforce 48. Collected on 21st (thurs) so should have been delivered by 23rd. 1st delivery attempt made on 27th! ! In the past I have had only good experiences and although the problem lies with Parcelforce, when I contacted Parcel Monkey the response was less than I expected. I will still use Parcel Monkey for the value but actually I paid for a service that I didnt exactly receive.

Good quick delivery England to France considering the time of year, little bit disappointed it didnt actually achieve 2 day delivery as specified - but that was due to Amazon being late in delivering a present to me so the parcel left on 22 Dec and was delivered to Toulouse on 26th Dec.

Dx courier from parcel monkey stole my parcel once collected at the eBay seller premisses. After collection they put "missed collection" on tracking and stole the parcel. No trace ever, beware of DX courier and parcel monkey, they are bunch of thieves...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SPEND SOME EXTRA MONEY AND GET WANT YOU WANT! This is the second review on the same matter that has taken over a month - and not even a service that got completed! First my package never got picked up (after rebooking every day for a week) so I decided that I learned my lesson by trying to book cheaper and cancelled the service. I got a confirmation saying that it would take 3-5 days clearing my refund and it has now been two weeks. Every single day speaking with customer service I get "sorry for the inconvenience, we have raised this with our claims team". I have also rasied a "support ticket", adressing management as i was asked to do, but nothing is happening. At this point i actually do not now what to do as ParcelMonkey have my money and not refunding it to me as promised. ParcelMonkey is a complete waste of time and a huge scam (all online support is obviously just computers sending standardized messages as ive gotten the same answers multiple times) and I am just hoping that I one day will at least get my money back that was never used for a service and was promised back to me many many days ago. If I could put less than one star i would AGAIN, DO NOT USE PARCELMONKEY

Never heard of parcel monkey before until I was going to send a parcel over to Italy to my family for Christmas and Royal Mail tried charging me over 200 pound! Managed to send the parcel there for 30 pound and it got there before Christmas and the box was still perfect!

Very cheap price. Picked up on day promised, and delivered 24 hours later. First time Ive used Parcel Monkey, and would definitely use them again. Fantastic service.

Probably the worse service Ive ever used. They do not have the staff numbers to handle the workload. I booked a 4 day DPD Pickup Express to Australia which wasnt cheap. It was sent on the 7th December and today 27th December it still havent been deceived. Two other members of my family sent parcel to the same location via ParcelForce which arrived as described. My Brother in Australia also sent a parcel back to the UK which arrived in three days. DPD will not communicate with me as I paid via ParcelMoneky.co.uk so Im stuck waiting hours for someone to answer the chat session. Terrible, will not use again.

After two managers said they would sort the situation on this review site. BOOM......... Nothing changed now im still a few thousand pounds out and will need to pay for the equipment to be shipped back to myself damaged if i want it. At the moment the equipment was bought for a disabled client to use, which she cant unless i re-pay for it to be shipped back up from a depot in Southampton (I stay in Scotland) still damaged and then pay for it to be fixed. Congratulations on holding me on for three months with poor customer services, Lost letters which had to be resent, emails sent on a daily basis but still no help. Previously i have worked with other companies and had none of this trouble. This for me is a valuable lesson learned.... PAY THE EXTRA MONEY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WHO IS REPUTABLE AS YOU WONT BE LET DOWN.

Parcelmonkey didnt provide me with all the courier documents immediately or any instructions for attaching the customs documents or anything. Its now been 15 days for a package to reach what they said would be express 3-4 days. Ridiculous!! Avoid DPD and Parcel Monkey!

Choosing the service options was reasonably easy and quick. It was more difficult to find a price for Insurance for expensive items

The only reason Parcel Monkey gets 1 star from me is because I cant write a review without giving at least one! I booked a guaranteed 2 day service and my parcel took 7 days to arrive. I contacted Parcel Monkey every day to see where my package was. They were never able to tell me where or when my package was going to arrive. If I wasnt in a rush for my parcel, I would never have paid for the 2 day guaranteed delivery service. This is the first and last time I will ever use Parcel Monkey. Im not sure how they have such great reviews. They are utterly useless.

I have been using ParcelMonkey to send items too big or too heavy to be financially viable via Royal Mail and they havent skipped a beat.
The site is fantastic with great design and UI which makes it easy to use.
You can use PayPal or card. It only takes approximately 30 minutes to get the label should the courier require you to print it yourself.
Fantastic prices relative for the weight and sizes which I imagine they negotiate with their most commonly chosen companies.
I will continue using this site to book deliveries where Royal Mail start to charge silly prices (usually 1kg/2kg+).

Very simple process to input information and obtain quotes from a range of carriers. We chose a Parcel Force 24 hour service at a reasonable price. The carrier delivered as expected. We will certainly use again.

Parcel containing presents for my neice and nephew arrived at destination on Christmas Eve, just in time! Great to have the updates along the way, it took the full 5 days of the 3-5 day express service but considering the time of year I am delighted with the service. It seemed quite pricey compared with previous parcels sent of similar weight. This one costing £49 for a 6kg parcel.

This company keep sending me bill as additional charge for precise laser scanned dimension. How can I use laser scaner to put my dimensions accurately. First, you get a very competitive price for postage but later you get surprising biills (hidden charges). I dont recommend these agents.

All 5 times used this company I have had 4 days of emails back n forth just cause youre company cant deliver or collect on days agreed. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT YOURE PARCEL DELIVERED ON TIME OR ON THE SAME WEEK YOU BOOK THEN USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTING. I have already placed a bad review. And placing another one as same parcel has still not arrived. Was supposed to arrive in Malta (destination) on the 12th December. Guess what????? 15 days later Still hasn’t arrived!!!!!! Still lost in Germany. And why did I have to track down the parcel???? You know why cause parcel monkey don’t call they just send a message and hope they get a reply from the courier service!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! I had to make calls and track down my parcel utter joke!!!!!! I will never use parcel monkey again and strongly recommend that no one else does!!!!! Won’t even refund my money £58 to send a parcel that hasn’t arrived!!!!! Joke!!!!!!!

It’s awful and ridiculous ! I dropped off my package at 04/12/17, however they returned the package at 19/12/17with totally wet, and destroyed most of goods inside. During that two weeks, I kept tracking the package and got worried. In addition, I have NOT received any refund of the delivery fee and insurance back.(today is 28/12/17)
