Collected just within the 6pm time frame ( would have been nice to be able to check how the collection was progressing ) but the poor courier still had another 20 deliveries, which seemed to have been far too many to have given him. Delivery at the destination was fine.

Dropped the parcel off on Wednesday afternoon, just after the busy Christmas it was more convenient for me to do this, rather than having it collected. The parcel was 23kg in weight and, very approximately, a 48cm cube.
It was delivered to my house ,here in the SW of France, on the following Friday morning. Fantastic service . Thank you, I shall definitely be using the service again.

Collected as promised but it would be helpful if an estimated time of collection could be given, rather than just between 08.00 to 18.00

At the end of the payment process your told you will receive an email with all relevant information regard your shipment.... The email contained not shipping label, leaving me to assume the courier would provide on. Not the case. This meant my parcel was delayed massive. Should have just gone direct to DPD

Good value for money, easy system to use but package was not delivered on time. Delivery service in receiving country stated address recipient address did not exist spite numerous packages being delivered to it previously. No notification from parcel monkey of this, only discovered incidentally while using tracking sevice

Avoid this company. They take your money and then claim they’re only a price comparison service when there are issues with the service received. Whilst I appreciate that they’re not a courier, the fee I paid is paid to Parcel Monkey so my contract is with them.

Sadly the parcel tracking didnt work for this delivery but with all things considered due to the time of year the parcel was sent and the previous service i have had with the American customer service i am very happy to continue using Parcel Monkey.

Parcel is still at London depo, even after a whole week in transit. I only know that because I chased up the non delivery myself. Really , really disappointing!

Such a mistake to use parcel monkey. Package hasnt arrived two weeks later now and tracking information is not even updated to show that parcel was collected two weeks ago. Only going from Liverpool to Dublin. Was supposed to arrive in a couple of days. Impossible to get the right person on the phone too.

Poor company, customer service team cant view the email trail history meaning you are forced to rewrite communications through their message centre each time. 2 parcels sent on next day, both late, promised a 50% refund but only received 1 refund. 9 emails later they decide not to refund. I advised perhaps their MD should review before I post negative reviews but Ashley within their customer service just said sorry we cant do anything, hence this post.

I live in rural France and had a small parcel to send to the UK. Website easy to use, I chose my preferred carrier (DPD.. I always find them efficient) printed off label. Took my parcel to local drop off point at 9am on Wednesday morning. Parcel arrived UK on Friday morning, 2 days later. This service was €5 cheaper than La Poste (French post office) and undoubtedly quicker. I was able to track the parcel all the way. I will definitely use the Parcel Monkey website again.

It took the service 3 days to collect my boxes, two of which I had to pay someone to be at home from 9am to 6pm. This is unacceptable. The council provided was average and after receiving an email providing me with a link to access a refund, according to a term an agreement that I had signed at the beginning the refund wasn’t valid any longer - other than poor communication between the team and low professionalism. The service was extremely poor for what I spent in time, energy and money. I will not be using this service again and will mention this to whoever I know.

Rubbish customer service. They do not have a clue where their packages are. the tracking system is rubbish. Do not deliver within the time frames quoted when booking. No one contacts you to advise that they are awaiting further documents. They required further ID documents before delivering my package and did not contact me - I contacted them after 4 days of seeing the tracking stating that it is in transit to final destination. Then they told me ID proof is required of recipient before package is delivered. had I not contacted them they would never have bothered to advise me. Then I asked the exact location of the package and they said it was at the depot and the address they gave me of the depot was UK but the actual parcel was in India. There is no phone number for you to speak to anyone you have to rely on an online chat where you are waiting for them to respond to you for 30 to 40 minutes at a time.

Avoid avoid avoid! Last response from Parcel Monkey is: Hello, Apologies for the inconvenience. Please be advised that the additional charge amount of £9.89 is from: Shipment PM5937391 , Declared-2.00kg , Actual-4.50kg, Amount - £9.89. This has been delivered, signed for, on 08 Dec 2017 at 11:52. Please do provide us pictures showing the correct dimensions of the parcel so we can help you dispute this to the couriers. In regards to Shipment PM5961949 tracking shows: Manifested, not received (underage), on 12 Dec 2017 at 10:11. I have contacted the courier to confirm and have this investigated for us. As soon as we receive their update, well contact you directly. Kind regards, Ellen.R My response is that its just too little too late. I have contacted Trading Standards and await their full investigation. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Still waiting for my package which should have been delivered 2 days ago. The issue was that parcel monkey offered delivery dates that parcel force did not buy still charged for this. I had to find this out over phone with parcelforce. Wouldnt encourage anyone to use this service.

Very easy process, good options and everything worked fine. The only negative point was that I deliberately chose a no printer required option but - after I had committed and paid - I was then emailed a label to print, so please make this clearer in the list of options. Apart from that, all good.

Used parcel monkey twice. First time the courier send my parcel to the wrong place and I made multiple complaints - parcel delayed by several days and the courier was unapologetic. Complained to parcel monkey too who didnt care much. The second time delivery went well. My issue is that I get a request for feedback for trustpilot on the courier which went according to plan. Feels like a deliberate skewing and manipulating of customer feedback to get a positive response.
