I booked a courier for same day collection and the courier didnt turn up, nor was there any communication about collection. I contacted Parcel Monkey and they couldnt offer any information about when the parcel would be collected other than to say that if the courier didnt turn up, then they would book the courier again for the next day and I would have to print and attach a new packing label. I asked if they could tell me when the courier would arrive the next day and they said they couldnt. So waited the next day and no courier turned up. I then asked for a refund and booked elsewhere.

Used parcel monkey for the first time , dpd collected parcel day late , dpd never delivered ..... Poor service. Looking for a refund .

Can you please explain why the recipient had to pay 15 Euros on receipt of item. This is more than the item cost !! A customs document was printed and attached to the package but had not even been opened or looked at when irecieved. I have photos of package on receipt evidencong this had not been checked. I expect a refund

Booking was relatively easy and the Monkey did a good job of finding a good price.... but... when it comes to the courier showing up on time.... Sadly, it fell short. It was a day later than I expected. Whether this was down to unrealistic expectations set by Parcel Monkey or by the courier its hard to say.... I suspect the courier, but it was all part of the included service, hence I mention it here.
