Pretty good service. Arrived in destination country quickly. Held up in customs and delivery a little later than expected but was going to a remote location so that’s to be expected. Would definitely use again.

Been using PM for a while now and think their website is very easy to navigate.
Plenty of choice with regard couriers and clear what services are on offer.
Had an issue once with a courier (not PM fault) but PM customer service helped me sort it out and I got a full refund.

A newbie with parcel monkey, needed to send an awkwardly long item, light over oversize. Gave up trying to navigate various mainstream courier sites and found Parcel Monkey, very quickly after entering size and weight it came up with a good option, was parcel force in the end at a good price.used again for a regularly parcel and came in trumps. Would recommend

Our parcel to Spain took a long time to get delivered, but it had nothing to do with parcel monkey as it arrived in Spain quickly. Customs in Spain is slow and it is vital that the documents are correct, parcel monkey gives you the correct document. So get it right ????

Very bad. We dropped 2 parcels over a month ago. It never got delivered. After asking for updates weekly we get palmed off with we need more time. The parcels were for a special customer of ours. It has cost our reputation as a business, stock and time to chase them up. One should not have to go to Trustpilot to get a meaningful response. How are you going to fix the issue Parcel Monkey? The parcels are clearly lost.

I sent a mirror in October, It hasnt been delivered.. Ive chased for weeks, but same old story from Emily at parcel monkey "We are chasing" We spent over £150 for their service, the mirror was £700 and its gone missing. DO NOT USE EMILY OR PARCEL MONKEY COWBOYS

I paid for a 48 service which was due to be picked up from me Tuesday 16th I am still waiting ???? I re booked it again and am now waiting for pickup today Hopefully it will be picked up !!

Easy to use website….rapid response emails.
Chosen carrier collected as arranged…..tracking was very useful, delivery instructions followed as requested.
Parcel was undamaged.
I always wrap well and print two large labels to make it easier for the courier system especially the driver.

I would warn you to use this service as my experience with them has been painful. Firstly, they did not another courier on time and had to re-schedule twice in order to get it collected (wasting two working days of mine!!) and after being collected, it has been 1month and I have not received my parcel. On chasing them with my enquiry, they confirmed it had been lost on the way and suggested me to file a claim form. Again, they would not process it because I do not have receipts of the items thar were in my parcel (because they want proof of the value of the items!!). I think they are ridiculous as not every time you would keep receipts of things bought a month ago or in a different city/country! Well, if you want to use ParcelMoneky services, make sure YOU KEEP THOSE RECEIPTS’ Regards

Another lost sale & unhappy customer, all thanks to ParcelMonkey & the couriers they use. ParcelMonkey will NOT go out of their way to support you during any claim or loss of parcel. They do email the couriers, but 2 weeks will go by without a response, they wont use common sense & call the courier to express any kind of urgency. So 2 weeks go by without your customer getting any kind of response, you keep chasing, they say theyre doing all they can, which is utter B.S. You then ultimately lose the 4th sale of the year (its Jan 18th) because of a 3rd partys shear incompetence to do their job properly. Quick enough to take your money, no so quick to help you out!!!! DO NOT USE. I BEG YOU, STAY CLEAR.

Parcel Monkey are basically thieves !!! I have placed 3 orders recently . First order disappeared & their customer service was completely unhelpful & made unreasonable requests , and constantly asked for the same documentation . Second order was missold . Evri do not deliver to Israel , but they sold me the label . I then had to constantly chase for an update , and wait days for the funds to be refunded . I received negative feedback due to the delay in dispatching the item . Finally & most importantly , they stole GBP32.59 from me without my consent . They are scamming me by stating a 2kg item actually weighed 8.5kg . It is a lightweight jacket !!!

I had brought a big parcel for a friend’s daughter in England- it would have been outrageously expensive to send from Germany (since Brexit!). It was great to be able to work out all the available options regarding delivery times and at what price.

I had never sent a large parcel (this was a compact tumble dryer) by courier before. The Parcel Monkey site was very clear and allowed me to find the best tracker option, which in this case was UPS. There was advice on packing etc and the item was picked up and delivered the next day. I will use this service again. Thank you.

AVOID COURIER SERVICES ! Booked urgent courier service, received an email that the driver will come at 3:10pm to collect which was too late for me as by the time he was going to deliver my parcel the office would have been closed. I requested a cancellation of this service as not suitable. Sent an email 2 hours prior the collection as there is no direct number to do so. I was charged and weeks later exchanging emails seeking my refund. The money taken from my account are 40GBP. I AM TOLD TODAY THAT THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE of £25.41 +VAT. This is WRONG to charge cancellation fee of nearly 80% the price and furthermore it is not my fault the company has no direct email to cancel a service. I did sent email 2 hours prior collection as the service was no longer needed. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER AND AWFUL WEBSITE TO BOOK from . Bad customer support too!
