Easy to use online ordering system and print off the delivery address label. Booked a 48 hour delivery service but in fact the parcel was delivered in 24hrs. Bonus.

The most disgusting courier brokerage in the UK... Fraudulently took over £300 in fines form my account without informing me of the reason, after 3 weeks of sorting out the money was eventually refunded and no apology was given. In the 3 weeks, not one person was able to explain why the money had even been taken. Some weeks later (under a new account) I purchased international postage. Parcelmonkey failed to pass on the customers details to the courier, which led to issues at customs and the parcel subsequently being destroyed. This is an ongoing issue that is now into its 3rd month, after excuse, after excuse, after excuse I am then asked to raise a claim, which they are now refusing to take any further because the customer will not sign an item not arrived declaration, even though DPD have already told ParcelMonkey that the parcel has been destroyed! Trading Standards have been informed.

Purchased a Courier service and paid for the service online via the parcel monkey webpage. The printout label which was sent to my email was not accepted by Courier when I went to drop off at the Courier counter because it is in a totally different format and missing waybill numbers etc This is a scam and I didn’t even get a refund from parcel monkey

Fined £76 for a mistake on their end, no warning given or proof from them until I asked for it. Poor customer service left waiting and still waiting now. I have used parcel monkey for a long time and I wont be any longer.

Had to return 50inch TV to amazan and used Parcel Monkey... I got dimensions of the boxed TV of amazon and quoted £36.. Parcel Monkey then took another £76, out of my account as... The dimensions were wrong... Yeah right... Con men at work here

Great service. The software actually works to make your booking. I regularly send parcels to my son in the US using Royal Mail but Parcel Monkey saves me a fortune and provides a really fast service.
