This company will take extra money from your account without any proof to show you that your parcel is over weight or wrong measurements so make sure you take photos for your proof to send to them when they tell you bs like they have done to me .paid with PayPal and when you pay them it will set up a Automatic. Permanent to them but what you dont realise is your letting the take money any time they want by doing this .so everytime you pay log into you PayPal and remove Automatic. Payment to them if not they will take more money from your account

I had booked a date for pickup, but the person never showed up and there was no communication until I called at the end of the day. The entire day was wasted, and I ended up losing one of my annual leave days from work. I had to book another day, making numerous calls to ensure it would be picked up.

Great delivery time! Only downside was Fedex drop-off didnt work as "Shipment does not have digital clearance paperwork". But, was able to arrange collection via weblink - didnt have to speak to customer service on phone or webchat.

SO item was never picked up and i haven even recieved notification about failed pick up. Zero comms. £15 down the drain. Cant even be bothered getting in touch because its gonna be a waste of my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Have used Parcel Monkey on numerous occasions to send gifts to my son and his family in Canada. I have never been disappointed and am always amazed at how quickly the parcel is delivered

They damaged my shipment the metal legs of a vintage cabinet were destroyed and bent out of shape even though the package was thoroughly protected with twin wall cardboard and bubble wrap. I reached out to them regarding insurance no one has been in touch!!!! AVOID!!!!

A family book of sentimental value sent to Australia. Delivered to drop-off point perfectly addressed and custom marked, according to the tracking it took 7 days before it actually left the country. Poor. It then cleared customs in Sydney and travelled to Melbourne rather than Adelaide for some reason! Then the item then went AWOL for another 10 days. Eventually I received notice that my item had been returned to Mountain Warehouse back in the U.K. Gawd knows where or why. No other information. Evri/ Hermes have now confirmed that it is lost. They have lost 3 items of mine in as many years. Useless. And you Guys should be called Parcel Apes. Pathetic.
