Brilliant service, this is the second time I have used this company and I would recommended it to anyone. Sent parcel to Canary Islands it was picked up on the Monday and delivered on the Friday, first class service. Thankyou Parcel Monkey it’s great to know you can trust a company to get the job done, at a reasonable price.

Even though the website said there were no carriers available for the delivery we wanted (Isle of Man) Two were shown. Parcelforce was used and very efficient sevice it was. Only downside was that we had no idea what time of day the parcels would be collected. Apart from that everything went smoothly.

I am very disappointed that my 2 parcels were not delivered on Friday 2nd February which was the delivery date stated by Parcelforce. Both parcels are being delivered to Malta and as of Friday 2nd the Parcelforce web site said that they were in Malta but when I telephoned Parcelforce on 2nd they told me that both parcels were still in Germany and had been since Wednesday 31st and were still there. I am very unhappy and no one at Parcelforce can tell me when they will reach my son in Malta.

The conclusion of my journey with parcel monkey. I WAS WRONG.... to believe i would get anywhere with this company. After being emailed from Lukasz,Mike,Jason,Maria,Ellen R,Lorena,Sarah passing the buck back and forward i was told my product which was shipped back to the storage facility and would be s****ped if not collected. Its 400 miles away from me so i asked for it to be shipped back , which was met with the reply of the packaging isnt suitable so we wont deliver it. I have had to over pay another company shipping charges to get the item back within a short time frame. The other courier picked the item up which has more damage now due to Parcel Monkey leaving other items stacked ontop of my product. So now it was 4 month without my product , paid double delivery charges and now need to pay for it to be repaired... Result for Parcel Monkey. SO I WAS WRONG EXPECTING SOME ASSISTANCE FROM THE HELPFUL EMAIL TEAM WHO GET BACK TO YOU WHEN IT SUITS THEM.

You collected as agreed, but I cant comment on overall service as I have not yet received notification or acknowledgement from Amazon that they have received the defective item.

Bad customer service. They made mistake in the shipping label (no protective coverage eventhough i clearly paid for protective coverage) but they didnt want to fix it. Non-existence customer service. I was on hold on their chat for 3 hours and in the end they just cancel my order because they cant fix their mistake. Worse, when i tried to get the quote for the same service the price is increased 5x the original price I had.

What an absolute joke this company is,first they lost my parcel which was down for 24 hours delivery,it eventually turned up 11 days later damaged. After submitting a claim form to claim for the damage and late delivery, I was then told I have not submitted the form within the 7 day claim period, which I had, and could no longer proceed with my claim. What an absolute terrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Essentially a good service & fairly easy to use. But, I opted for Parcel Force 24 & it wasnt a 24 hour service because the courier company used did not work weekends. This fact had been kept from me so my parcel arrived late & I had paid extra money for nothing. Impossible to know whether the responsibility for this shortcoming lies at the door of Parcel Monkey, Parcel Force or the Courier Company used.

Overall a good service and easy to use. However, I’d suggest a better communication system - as I had to go worried trying to track the collection as the website didn’t give me data. Simple e-mail would do: “your collection will take placed with such-and-such around this time”, when the data was available which it was.

It was not clear where I had to drop the parcel off and the live chat facility wasnt very helpful. But once I had worked out that I had to drop the parcel at my local post office, the process worked well.
