Ive used PM 3 or 4 times now and have had no issues .I used parcel force as a service and certainly cheaper than taking it to their depot or worse still a post office counter .

Its the second time I have purchased DPd through parcel monkey and its the second time DPD has missed my collection from my offices, then (and this is the bad part) they have not informed me of the missed collection AND they have not rebooked. I have twice had to call and get the collection rebooked myself!

Update on my Parcel Monkey saga i have been awaiting a package for delivery for over 2 weeks. First , the courier could apparently not tell me when my package could be picked up from a friend abroad and required someone to be continuously at the premises the whole entire time 8am to 6pm, which is unreasonable given that people have work, At least notifying someone via text is the standard procedure for any company. I understand that parcel monkey is a comparison service but their communication with me and the courier was terrible . After the parcel had finally been collected after some days, the status of my parcel had not been updated on Aramex leaving me to think that my parcel was indeed not picked up contrary to what my friends said. I was given a different tracking number. The courier again not informing me of their arrival via text or anything , expected me to be on a premises fro 8 till 6pm. There is no access to my apartment block apart from when they call me to let them in so it is useless to come. I kindly asked parcel monkey to tell their courier that I will pick it up from their warehouse to no response! They knew nothing about the whereabouts of my package (this is a 23kg package) Currently according to Aramex my package has been held for cosignee pickup but parcel monkey does not know where this supposed 23kg package is! SO THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEIR COURIER OFFICES IS! Plot twist , Only to find out that my package has been supposedly returned abroad and is not according to the status of the package on aramex in the country! A process that was supposed to take 2 days has taken over 2 weeks.Currently they do not know where this package is. SAVE YOUR MONEY when using Parcel monkey services. Communication with customer services leads to futile results and you may never get your package back!

Our Response: Hello,
Sorry to hear this.
Please note, we are not the courier, we are a price comparison website.
We are currently looking into this and are working to resolve the issue.
Apologies on behalf of the courier.
Kind regards,
Mike
I was obviously panic struck when I realised that the item I purchased on Amazon (twin tub washing machine) was not big enough for me and then I had to pay for return postage. So I was advised to try Parcel Monkey and all I can say is Brilliant!
There are different companies to choose from on the list and I chose Parcel Force. They pick up the same day and my refund for the item has now been issued. So remember to look at the small print when ordering large items or it will cost you dear.

I sent a heavy and valuable parcel. The price was good, the label was sent through quickly after payment and the drop off point was convenient. The recipient has messaged to let me know that it arrived and she’s happy. Highly recommended.

Although Parcel Monkey are effectively an agency for National courier services, They do provide a quick review of available companies that can serve your needs. Cant really fault what is so basic, That isnt meant to denigrate Parcel Monkey, Just a factual statement.

OVER ALL ITS A CHEATING RUBBISH SERVICE.i have select parcel money based on review only.i know how the review is important that’s why I’m writing.i have send my parcel 15of January to India.its says to me it will take only 4-6working days.but it was arrived there 3rd of February.and more than that,it’s1KG parcel.but they been told me it’s 2.5kg and additional charged £6.19.and at last it’s only a gift in declaration.but even thought other end when they delivered the parcel they charged from the receiver 3938 Indian RS.(around £46)can you imagine how much it’s cost me?its really rubbish service don’t go with these.£65 cost me to send a small parcel to India.im really frustated of this.parcel money even they don’t put the phone number to contact them.

Not to bad of a service didnt get the packages on time Caused me inconvenience by my packages npt arriving till 9th extra cost of storing my car waiting on parts

Straight forward and nearly to the time estimated, took an extra day otherwise it would have been 5 stars. My only negative is the clunky time line monitoring but that is outside the Parcel Monkey control as it is the service providers systems.

Completed the on-line details, looking forward to a good service which was supposed to deliver to Singapore in 1-2 days. They picked the package up (a rectangle suitcase) and the courier said it was fine. 2 days later they send me a message saying they cant deliver it because its a suitcase. I advised them their guidelines didnt clearly advise in the process, and their driver said it was ok (why take it??). After days of following up I tried to help them be solution orientated by taking the items out of the case and putting them in the desired box. After contacting the CEO they seemed to get the idea, then days and days later nothing. Now Im told I have to complete a new order and have the property sent back to me???!! A parcel moving company cant do this this themselves??? This is now a month later. There seems to be a culture of lack of consideration for the customer and you can only assume this is top downwards. Quality companies treat customers with quality. Give them a miss, spend a bit more with a quality company.

I use parcel monkey fairly regularly and normally i dont have any issues but the last time i used them a courier didnt show to collect the parcel. I had no updates or apologies, nothing. I had to rebook the collection myself and i havent a word from Parcel monkey about the situation. I hope this doesnt start happening more often

Please dont ignore this (and all the other bad reviews). If you have any problem they wont help you! Even if you buy insurance! If you want to gamble your item then go ahead and use parcel monkey. Then cross all your fingers because there is a VERY HIGH chance you will never see the item (or its value in money) ever again. Then you will see how bad their customer service really is. The only thing they do is to apologise for damaging / losing your item.. if that is not enough for you ... pay a little more and send it via another company. They were cheaper than other companies so decided to go ahead with them and buy full insurance. I thought the insurance would avoid me having headaches if something wrong happened. It turns out their insurance is a cash generator fraud and completely useless (read the other bad reviews). The item I sent arrived damaged (which they admit they caused the damage). Despite me protecting the item with REALLY thick foam ... they said that because I didnt wrap the item with bubble wrap the item was not protected! I protected the item with 15cm (6 inches) foams ... but they ridiculously keep saying the item was not wrapped in bubble wrap. It is clearly a way to avoid having to pay for the damage. I think this company is not a honest company. Im taking legal actions against them ... not so much for the money but for their horrible attitude towards customers. I saw the response on other bad reviews asking the person to open a support case with the subject FOA: Manager ... Im sure that is just a clever way to try minimise the impact of the bad review. If the person writing the review was happy with the solution the "Manager" gave then he/she would remove the review. Im sure the manager will only apologise again for damaging / losing your item. As I said, they are good apologising and terrible actually resolving the issue. I regret ignoring the bad reviews. Please dont make the same mistake!!!

The worst company ever! I paid for parcel delivery week ago And this motherf*ckers still didnt delivered that. F***off you all at parcel Monkey and parcel force !
07/02/18 by Pavel Vlcek
Used the parcelforce worldwide (with drop off at a local post office) option to send a parcel abroad. Worked out about 50p more than a competitors site, but included an extra £10 insurance, so better value. All worked smoothly. Postage labels came through within 15 minutes of ordering.

110 days after sending a parcel through Parcel Monkey and the recipient still hasnt received it. Parcel Monkey customer service team will only deal with you on an online chat page which leads to multiple members of staff dealing with your queries all of whom contradict each other and we go round in circles NEVER actually getting anywhere. Parcel Monkey think it is acceptable NOT to provide a POD and think I should just believe them that the parcel has been delivered correctly and that my daughter the recipient is in some way lying about having not received it. PARCEL MONKEY YOU ARE A JOKE

I have used this company on 2 occasion within the last month and on each occasion the service has been brilliant. On the 1st occasion a delivery was made to France and was there within 48 hours, quite remarkable
I certainly will be using them in future and of course passing on the good news
07/02/18 by David
Easy to use and flexible with multiple shipping options particularly for those slightly heavier parcels, so much cheaper than Royal Mail on larger parcels.

Being a middle man it wasnt really their fault that the courier left with the wrong parcel (I booked a 1m long 3kg parcel going to Oxford, he left with an envelope going to Germany with absolutely no reference to my order on it). But because I wasnt dealing directly with the courier made it hard to sort the mess out. PM did no follow up to check my issue was resolved. As I write this a week later it still isnt resolved but at least Im dealing directly with the courier now. Ive used PM before and had no issue because everything went smoothly. Like I already said the problem wasnt their fault, but I wasnt impressed with their support

No problems, but I do not want to receive a Trustpilot invitation every time I use ParcelMonkey. Or any other company, for that matter. This will be my last Trustpilot review unless there is a problem with ParcelMonkey, which is unlikely.

UNPROFESSIONAL. UNINTERESTED. UNSYMPATHETIC. BE AWARE, THIS COMPANY DO NOT CARE - IT,S ONLY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG YOU TRULY SEE IF A BUSSINESS VALUES CUSTOMER CARE. That’s about as polite I can be. Beware this company if you value what you are sending! AFTER LOOSING MY PARCEL, PARCEL MONKEY - sighting the (contract) small print, washed their hands with the matter. To clarify: NO PARCEL DELIVERED & AND NO COMPHENSATION PAID. As my parcel is missing presumed lost (in action you might say), the courier may be at fault. HOWEVER, and more importantly, my CONTRACT - and therefore, the RESPONSIBILITY BOTH PROFESSIONALLY & (here,s a dirty word businesses don’t like to hear), MORALLY for the delivery of my parcel, is with PARCEL MONKEY whom I have to say, have behaved APPALLINGLY throughout the whole process of trying to find out what happened to my parcel, sighting the age old cop out (you agreed to the), “SMALL PRINT” as an excuse for their shoddy and irreverent behaviour. That’s the short story, but for those of you who are interested in the detail, please keep reading... Oh, and just for the record, Here,s my small print: Having used parcel monkey previously for a delivery to Ireland, I decided to look into using them again in order to send a parcel to my son (for his birthday), in Australia. However, when previously used (Ireland), the courier delivered as promised, therefore I had no cause to contact PM... my point being - IT,S ONLY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG YOU FIND OUT WHAT SORT OF BUSINESS YOU ARE DEALING WITH. So... After selecting the appropriate service (DPD were to be the carrier), which included listing all the items for custom purposes and most importantly taking out the additional insurance cover (as offered by Parcel Monkey), due to the contents value being above that offered in the standard agreement, my wife awaited collection of the parcel the following day as agreed and payed for. However, this didn’t happen. Not only did it not happen, there was no phone call/ text message or other to notify my wife - who waited at work until 6pm, that the collection was not going to happen. So I sent a message to PM asking what happened. Without any form of apology or explanation we were then notified that the parcel would now be collected the next day - oh, and by the way, we would have to reprint the label as the old one was now invalid, which basically meant having to re-wrap the parcel. ****All this at additional cost - which let’s face it, when the main reason we are using PM is to reduce cost, is all relevant. Anyway... This time the parcel was collected - and having payed for a service that stated the parcel would be delivered in 3/4 days, we assumed our parcel would arrive as agreed -and let’s not forget, if all went wrong we had TAKEN OUT THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE, so all good. Nevertheless, in order to monitor progress of the delivery my wife frequently checked via DPD,s on line tracking page the parcel’s progress - which informed her, that our parcel was - in one way or another, “in transit/ on route”. All good then... nothing to be concerned about, the parcel is “on route”. Days passed - more than 4 in fact, and the parcel still had not been delivered. So DPD TRACKING was checked again... still “on route” it said... and the next day... and the next day... and... Yes, you guessed it... our parcel was still “on route”. What to do? Well, although we were unhappy with the failure to deliver within the promised delivery time, we thought that there was nothing more at play than a delay - the parcel was going to the Australian outback after all, so this sort of thing could happen - and... AND - MOST IMPORTANTLY, NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE INSURANCE the TRACKING STATED THAT THE PARCEL WAS STILL “ON ROUTE”! Yes, it had Cleared (Australian) Customs & “Yes, it was now “On route to the local depot”, where it would be dispatched to its delivery address. But no, it did not arrive, and here’s the rub - or the sting you might say - because boy were we stung... Due to our delay ( more than 10 days - it’s in the small print), in informing PM that something might be amiss, there was to be no recompense - OUR INSURANCE WAS NO LONGER VALID. END OF. STOP BOTHERING US... GOODBYE. So we were done over by a technicality. A technicality I can’t argue with... but that’s not the point of my complaint. The point of my complaint - other than to inform whoever maybe interested about the whole disastrous delivery debacle, is to raise the issue of that one thing that separates the good businesses from the bad ones... CUSTOMER CARE. CUSTOMER CARE... keep that in mind when I finish by informing you that in a final plea to PM FOR HELP, I wrote to them on 3rd January asking if they would simply contact DPD and ask them to CONFIRM IF THE PARCEL WAS LOST OR BEING HELD - BUT APPARENTLY EVEN THIS SIMPLE ACT WAS TOO MUCH FOR THEM. On the 11th - a whole week later, THEY REPLIED... And I quote. - “Our record shows that you agreed to our Terms and Conditions and confirmed that if the delivery does not happen within the estimated timescale, you will notify us within 10 working days. Since you reported the case after the 10 working days unfortunately we had to reject your claim...” NOW THAT,S NOT WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER CARE - I hadn’t even made a claim... I was simply asking for clarification and help - SO BE AWARE: YOU PAY YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR CHOICE BUT PARCEL MONKEY DO NOT CARE, SO IF YOU VALUE YOU PARCEL, CONSIDER DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE COURIER... & DONT FORGET TO READ THE SMALL PRINT!!!
