I’ve only used Parcel Monkey a half a dozen times but each time I have had consistently excellent service and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for an alternative to the mainstream companies

I had chosen for air express on the 17th of January 2018. 2-4 days to deliver. On the tracking it shows 24th of January 2018 estimated delivery. Today is the 24th of January and I still havent received my letters. Poor service

Sorry to hear about the delay in the delivery of this service, the transit times are provided to us by the couriers themselves such as DPD and they are an estimated time of delivery

Theres no way to find out even an estimated pick up time on the pick up day (it came at the very end of the day, outside the pick up window), but, once the item was picked up, delivery was quick.

Posted 2 parcels with Parcel Monkey- both Saturday morning- one with DPD arrived at destination Monday lunchtime- client thrilled, the more expensive was with Parcelforce 48 - Tuesday evening client emails to ask if its been posted yet - tracker shows its only half way there- not good Royal Mail!!!!!

The item was delivered to the port of destination. They called the receiver to collect the item as the item was heavy. How is that possible? However, the company said that we collect the item and deliver to the address you specified.

My third time using Parcel Monkey. Previously faultless, this time appalling. They booked me with Aramex, who have been totally useless. Failed to collect on day one, rescheduled and failed to collect on day two. Now Im told they cant collect for two more days. No way to get past the Live Chat, who simply apologise and offer a reschedule or refund. Never again. Worse than useless customer service from Parcel Monkey, now my customer has cancelled their order. Avoid Aramex!

Collected last Monday (15th) and still not delivered. Attempted delivery but no card left even though the carrier said the it was left. No way to contact the hub as the phone number was unavailable. So frustrating. Bad service.

Absolutely delighted with parcel monkey. They managed to deliver my daughters Christmas present from Anglesey to Brisbane in SIX days whilst parcel2go still hadnt managed to deliver it in 42 days, resulting in no presents for her on Christmas day????perhaps they should be renamed Parcels dont go.!!!
I recommend Parcel monkey without reservation and will certainly be using them in the future.

Yes excellent service - very good value for money - & speedy. Tracking also helpful.The delivery driver in Portugal needed a little help to find the final destination.

Ordered collection of a package from a European country, to be delivered in the UK. They booked Aramex as a courier that has at the time of writing, a 0.4/10 rating on TrustPilot. Aramex never bothered to collect the parcel and their online tracking tool said it was returned to shipper. How was it returned to shipper when it was never even picked up!? Using Parcel Monkeys live chat was a pain as the agents would simply not reply for over an hour, despite having read the messages. It took me almost 3 hours to get confirmation of a refund, which still hasnt arrived in my account, so Im not sure it will. Avoid.

in December we placed four separate orders 3 of them were undelivered and we were charged again as they said the address was incorrect! 1 of the address was copied off the companys email signature and double checked on the returns label still they said I have lost my money and need to pay £5.00 for the return, I pointed out they are scamming me and asked for a manages email as I had already sent 12 emails, I got the same response which was you need to pay £5.00 and resend when the goods are returned, I have closed our business account and will not be using them again!

My parcel was collected on 19th January and today on 23rd January Ive received a request from Parcel Monkey to write a review on Trustpilot. Ive been using the tracking number provided to track my parcel and, so far, there are two entries on it, both for 19th January saying its been collected and is on route to the hub - it hasnt even left the UK yet or been prepared to leave the UK. The parcel is being delivered to Crete so Im not holding my breath right now! No doubt, the parcel will get stuck for a few days at Athens, as is usual, so Ill have to update this review as time goes on and the parcel carries on with its Magical Mystery Tour across Europe.

My delivery has been late and they have been useless with their support so far. it has been 5 days there are no updates on tracking. after calling to a delivery agent (international cal, YES!), i now know that it will take at least another 2 days (so the whole week late). they do not have customer service phone number that i could contact. they only have online chat based support. I have been messaging there and waiting for answers 40-50 minutes each time, even though a person on the chat had read messages and was online. My questions about company refund policies are being completely ignored (4 messages so far about a refund policy has been ignored). I was asked by three different people in the same company to describe the item even though the description is in the invoice. it seems they have no communication among themselves and they are very incompetent whilst communicating with me. NEVER GOING TO USE AGAIN. DEAL WITH A CARRIER DIRECTLY.

Several items were damaged, parcels were absolutely disgraced and even though I had paid for additional insurance, followed the appropriate claim procedure and provided all evidence requested, they still dismissed my claim!!! First, they requested detailed description of the state in which the parcels arrived, then on a separate message days later they requested me to fill a claim form. Later, on a different date, they requested detailed descriptions and prize of the damaged items and of the damage they suffered. Once again, they got back to me requesting pictures of the damaged goods, and of the damage to the parcel itself and pictures of invoices for each of the items! And yet once more, on a different date, they requested description and pictures of the wrapping used to secure the items within the parcel!!! I provided all evidence promptly in all cases except for the last request, when it took me three working days to reply (the pictures of the wrapping materials), which they finally used as an excuse to dismiss my claim because "it had expired"... By the way, I paid an additional fee to insure the contents of the parcel, when I first booked the delivery, and still that did me no good whatsoever. I will absolutely NEVER use Parcel Monkey again, and I strongly recommend using absolutely any other parcel delivery company (since there are plenty out there).

I honestly only ever use parcel monkey. Great prices and super customer service. I sold a stroller boxed it up and booked to drop it at the post office and a 24hours delivery. It was then processed the same day and arrived to my buyer the very next morning in perfect condition. Brilliant service all round.

Recipient was contacted on the 8th day since the parcel was collected. The promise delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

Does what they promise. Used PM many time, no worries. One delayed shipping label by email, sorted after two minutes on the telephone with customer support.

Parcel Monkey itself was good, unfortunately the courier they used for their Parcel Monkey Gold service wasnt. My hardware came banged up and bent in numerous places. Really unfortunate :(

Parcel picked up on time which was a positive start. However, after that things deteriorated. The parcel arrived at the destination delivery centre on time, but I was not informed it was there and I didn’t know where the delivery centre was. No information from Parcel Monkey and no help when contacted. I was finally informed that I would have to collect the parcel within a couple of days before it was returned! I needed some of the items for the beginning of th3 school year and I got it too late to be of use. Ironically, I then found that the delivery centre was less than a mile away!

Service carried out as expected/booked for.
On a previous occasion I had to deal with customer services and was very satisfied with their attention and response - good to know you actually can contact someone if you need. Always use this Parcel Monkey in preference.
