I have used parcel monkey 3 times to send different items to my Son at Uni - and they have been punctual, polite and I had no problem with pick up or delivery with everything delivered intact. The cost is very cheap as it would have cost me more in total to go to the post office.
Very happy customer - will definitely use again and recommend.

Theyve lost my parcel £1000 value of items and NOT REFUND !!! They dont offer telephone number to deal with issues. I have sent parcel to China and recipient did not receive the parcel. I have contacted the company after some time to ask where is the parcel. I have sent many many emails and they all the time wanted something more from me. After 4 months of non helping conversation they send me that email: As your notification fall outside of the 10 working days, regrettably, we are unable to proceed any further with your claim. We will be able to offer you only a full refund of your delivery cost I have lost about £1000 value of items and they told me after 4 months wasting of time trying to sort it out with them that they will only refund my money for delivery because my parcel is lost. It is just BIG SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Once again Parcel Monkey are sorry for any inconvenience caused! You collected my parcel and nobody has seen it since! My parcel was collected in October last year, I have been to China in January this year and took a duplicate parcel for the recipient. Potential customers be aware that it is quicker to fly to the other side of the world and deliver the parcel yourself.

Easy to use, did the job but, as with most aggregators, the price I ended up paying bore no real reflection to that original quoted. As usual the vendors find away to increase the amount charged. In this case, by deciding at the last minute that either my address (not the case) or the address of Amazons returns department (highly unlikely) was in a rural area and therefore warranted an additional 20% surcharge. That perhaps is more a reflection on the delivery agent themselves than on Parcel Monkey, although perhaps the hairy hominoid could improve integration and lessen incidents of this nature.

Sent a clock using Royal Mail via Parcel Monkey. They didn’t break it, they absolutely smashed it pre delivery. I had taken out their additional insurance but when I tried to claim PM said it was a ‘banned item’. Yet Royal Mail say it isn’t!

Booked with parcel monkey to ship boxes from UK to Italy (approx. £20 per box). Good service, DPD came to collect the boxes from my house on a before the weekend and by Tuesday they had been delivered already. DPD was good in providing details about the expected delivery time. Had no issues, therefore I only interacted with parcel monkey to organise the collection.

Cant quite believe it - I sent out a parcel via Parcel Monkey with Parcelforce 24. It was only going from central Edinburgh to the west coast of Scotland - and lo! picked up yesterday - and travelled to Glasgow - I now look at the tracking and they have said instead of it being delivered to my customer - that it was actually sent back to the post office that it was sent from eh? how dumb is that - I tried getting in touch with ParcelMonkey as it said do not contact the Royal Mail or Parcelforce - well they will take 24 hours more to tell me where my parcel is - it is actually a very delicate item and the 24 hour service was to reduce handling - and now I think that it is going happily back and forward between Edinburgh and Glasgow on the M8 and not even getting near my customer - who has indeed waited in all day for the parcel arriving... shockingly poor - how on earth can a delivery company send it back to the post office that it was posted at... good grief... it is hard to believe...

Useless. Booked a collection of an item and took a day off, had tracking number which showed DX is unable to find the consignment relating to the details provided. Contacted the famous chat support who confirmed all was ok. No one arrived. Contacted support who simply said, apologies do you want a refund or a re book. |No explanation of the problem, no reason and no confirmation that it wont happen again. Avoid at all costs

We sent a parcel of goodies to Singapore, for our grandchildren, and it arrived within 6-days, which included a weekend. There was no hiccup and it arrived in Singapore promptly.
I was quoted £58.00 at our local Post Office, and the cost was halved with Parcel Monkey via DPD.
I thoroughly recommend their service, although this was my first time using their service...Do give them a try...They can only screw it up once...

Easy transaction and setting up of the delivery. Parcel force was used in my case and delivery was quick, within the time specified. Although tracking information on there side could be better. Great service from parcel monkey.

Very straight forward to book a courier. Just put the dimensions and weight and it will show usually 3 options you then just choose simple as that. Depending on where your parcel is going you may need to complete additional information.
One thing that could make it better is to get an hours window message or as the driver is on his way after leaving last drop off as at the moment is anytime between 8am and 6pm and not many people can commit to that and its a hassle when you have things to do like work
