My parcel was dropped off to a DPD pickup shop on a Monday evening and it was collected the next morning. My parcel was being sent from the UK to a destination in the USA. I was informed every day of it’s progress and it arrived at the delivery address the following Monday afternoon. The parcel arrived in good condition.
I was very happy and satisfied with all aspects of sending my parcel using DPD and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Sent a parcel via Parcel Monkey to India. Parcel contained £100 worth of personal items of clothing which were manufactured in India but brought to the UK previously. Parcel went missing for 15 days and no one had any idea what happened to it. Finally when we said we wanted to make a claim, the parcel was mysteriously found. However, the courier company delivering the parcel wanted us to pay customs duties of over £40 with no explanation of why and with no receipt. When questioned both the parcel company used by Parcel Monkey and Parcel Monkey both go quiet for 10 days. Parcel Monkey keeps telling us to wait and that they are investigating and need more time. So here I am "STILL WAITING" more than a month later.

Great price. But I opted for 24 hr delivery put in notes please pick up around back. Had it all ready came in to a note saying we tried to collect your parcel So parcel ended up being late

Collection went well but there was a problem with delivery. Not sure why, as guessing that there would not be anybody at home I asked for the parcel to be left in the porch. Had to be redelivered. No harm done but would rather have not had the hassle.

Paid for a first class service and i`m still waiting 4 days later. They simply forgot to another courier, so my client waited in all day for nothing. I then had to rebook it in as it is now the weekend i have no chance of a first class service that was paid for.. Disgusting.

Great service and cheapest quote I had. They collected and delivered within 24hours although I paid for 48h. Live tracking available so didnt need to sit in and wait, I was given a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I paid for a 24 hr service and did not get it I called parcel force on Friday 19.01.18 and was told the parcel was still in the deport and they would put it for Saturday delivery F.O.C i told them at the time i was out of the country from 11.00 Saturday so needed it before then, the item was delivered 22.01.2018 and left with a neighbour. this is not the service i paid for
