This company is a RIP OFF. I made a order for a pickup to be delivered to me, paid £75..after Id paid realised that I could not get the large roofing sheets wrapped in card by the other end, so cancelled within 2 hours. Parcel monkey acknowledged the cancellation , but after a month and many emails have failed to refund my money. There is NO phone contact and a useless , faceless customer service.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a 4 day service but the parcel took nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the US so somethings wrong, did however get delivered safely so I shouldnt complain too much, a parcel I recently sent with ParcelForce was totally destroyed, this was a very well packed parcel which was either opened deliberately for purposes of theft or was actually run over by the delivery truck!

dropped off my parcel at local post office on monday morning,friday morning it was delivered; quote said it will take 5 to 6 days, it was even faster than quoted; very good speedy service; easy to track parcel as they sent me a link to email; would recommend

Easy to use website. Parcel rates competitive and collected on time. Labels easy to print and use. However the useless French have lost our parcels and the carrier is trying to locate them even though they were available for delivery on the day they promised.

After being quoted over €100 to have a parcel collected in Liverpool and dropped to my house in Roscommon, Ireland. I decided to Google to see if I could arrange the collection myself. Fortunately one of the first sites I came across was Parcel Monkey, where I arranged to have the parcel collected and delivered within 2 working days by one of the many courier service on their site, for approx 1/5 of the price I had been quoted. Would highly recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone in need of a courier service. Multiple options available for most package sizes... 5 stars!!!

very poor service , blamed the courier instead of taking responsibility . i paid twice for a product they didnt deliver, REQUESTED REFUND , STILL HAVNT DONE THIS . WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY GOT THEIR NAME RIGHT , RIGHT LOAD OF MONKEYS. VERY POOR COMPANY

I booked a delivery from Denmark to Switzerland beginning of November. The parcel should have arrived with a few weeks. By mid-January it was returned to sender with no information why. Several times before I had asked about my parcel, where it was, when it would arrive etc and was always just given a generic reply about them looking into it. On several occasions they claimed that my parcel had been delivered, but then retracted. I cant recommend this company at all.
