Booked parcel for 3+ days delivery and it was 3 days before it was picked up from pick up location and took ten days for delivery. Despite several requests, I have yet to receive any kind of explanation from the company.

easy website to use, and clear with choices.
I was having a parcel collected to return to myself.
It was collect 24hrs later than the time given and sent to me when initially making the booking, causing a little confusion with the guy I was collecting from, and especially when an hour slot is given.
but in my case an extra day was fine.

Fantastic service. Super efficient and very reasonable. Collected from East Sussex and delivered to South Africa ahead of estimated delivery date. Great tracking. Overall I would highly recommend.

My friend in the UK bought something for me and asked me to arrange the shipping to NL. So I used parcel monkey to book shipping. The package was shipped on a friday and I was expecting it to be there on Wednesday. But as it turns out, 2-3 days really means 2-3 days, not working days!

The collection was fine. Got picked up from my house on the date that was requested. I sent a parcel abroad with the timescale of 3-5 days and it has still not arrived after 1 week later. I tried to speak to the advisors on the live chat only to be kept getting told that they will keep me up to date which they havent done and I have had to keep chasing them. Not happy with the service provided after the initial collection and will not be using the service again

Parcel Monkey is for me the most difficult service to use. Only 50% of my parcels have actually ever reached the chosen destination. Their customer service team are arrogant and could not care less. They treat you like an ***** hiding behind unreasonable arguments. I would avoid using Parcel Monkey. You have an option. Do not choose these fraudsters.

Daughters wedding dress disappeared for three days when Parcel Force package was collected as normal local practice by Royal mail. It reappeared in the Plymouth office when it should have been in Exeter.

Great search engine found great price , but unfortunately when I booked a two day service my 3kg parcel took 6 days to be delivered ! Not the fault of Parcel Monkey Im sure but a bit disappointed

Very smooth service and was able to track my parcel from collection in County Durham to delivery in Australia. The parcel arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and I was notified it had been delivered and who signed for it.

Got retrospectively charge over £4 for a tiny package to New Zealand, which was almost weightless. It contained a empty polyester ladies Nike handbag and no real metal to it, inside a thin postage bag with fragile tape securing it. It weighed about a quarter of a kg. After the client received the item I got a message to say I had been charged an additional sum of money as the item was heavier than anticipated or stated when I completed the order. Upon contacting parcels key, I was basically advised that lasers had weighed and documented the dimensions from the courier - and to prove the item was the weight stated. Unfortunately, my customer has gone silent since the purchase, which I dont blame her frankly. I probably wouldnt bother weighing a package after opening and using the contained item either. So Ive been professionally robbed. Without any way of rectifying or any recourse. I suggest paecelmoneky investigate this courier, fast
