Instead of resolving an issue they are more onto comments that people are leaving(reviews) and trying to remove them or replying that they are willing to help, which never happens! The owe us almost £400 for New UPVC doors and avoiding to pay plus another parcel that had insurance on it and was damaged during transport by their courier and same again they wont pay it back. All together around £800. Very very bad customer Service, Sweeping issues under the carpet wont last long. Our issues has been reported as fraud, because they avoiding to give us money back to which we are entitled to by the "customer right 2015" Regards Vatros Joanna

Parcel Monkey helped me save £40 on my international delivery, my document was handled by DPD and the driver was exactly on the stipulated time, in fact he was 5 minutes early, they were great too and my document arrived in SA in the quoted time in perfect condition. I will use Parcel Monkey every time I need to courier.

I live in France and had ordered something for delivery in the uk which I needed to send onto myself in France. I originally booked my parcel with a competitor and had massive problems, taking it to a drop off point twice and it not being recognised! Also there was no way to contact them. I then booked it with parcel monkey and dropped it off with no problem at all. My parcel arrived in France 3 days later. Very pleased.

parcel monkey online service great, DPD were the specified delivery service, Parcel was very well wrapped and secure, Fragile written in bold permanent marker all over the package but still arrived with glass the glass in the picture broken, clearly been well and truly thrown around!

Very easy to use. Good prices. We have used this service for a long time now and have experienced very few problems. If a problem has occurred then it has been resolved without any issues.

From time to time the couriers do not turn up to collect parcels and it is very difficult to contact someone and re arrange this. A phone number would be most helpful rather than having to email

Pleased how quick it was delivered. Only down fall sat in most of the day .would be better if you had a rough time on parcel being picked up. Found a little bit hard to fill forms in. Once I typed the address with out using the quick address part. Was done.

Terrible experience. They lost our parcel and when we tried to contact them it was only possible via email/live chat with huge delays between replies. I will not be lured in by their low prices again. I also cannot recommend them, as Im sure that 9/10 times there will not be a problem, but when a problem does arise they are not equipped to deal with it. Their tracking information was not updated for over a week, so we didnt even know what country our parcel was in. I rate their customer service as 1 star, due to the fact that it is in non-existent. Each reply was automated, with no possibility of speaking to a person. They inspired no confidence that my parcel was ever going to arrive, and so I contacted Courier Jamaica directly to try and find information. I will never use this service again, even if it were free.

My parcels arrived extremely late and broken. Parcel monkey did nothing to remadey the situation. Nor compensate in any way for the extra gifts i had to send.

Easy website to navigate, well written and easy to follow instructions, and the courier collected my parcel quickly! Would highly recommend when looking for couriers that collect and deliver heavy parcels!

Site was quick and easy to use, got a quote that was miles cheaper than going anywhere else and parcel was labelled and dropped off the same day. Arrived safely at its destination. Absolutely no complaints and I have been recommending Parcel Monkey to everyone I know ever since.

I first used parcel money about four years ago. I was very skeptical since there was much bad rep for online shipping comparison sites. In addition to this, first time I used them, no one came to collect my item for 3 days in a row. That was very fustrating, however I am pleased to report that It was a one-off and out of their control. I have sent over 30 packages with them now and each time its been a great experience with great prices. Highly recommended.
