Fantastic service! Having had very bad service previously from another courier company, I am delighted that I found Parcel Monkey! It was so easy to book collection and delivery!

I have had the worst experience with Parcel Monkey I have ever had , avoid at a all costs, I used Parcel Monkey ( DX Fright were the carriers ) to deliver a kitchen extractor back to an on line company, the item was lost for a few days, and when it was finally found it was delivered to the receiver totally destroyed, the metal body of the extractor was totally twisted out of shape and the glass components smashed, despite the fact that it was tightly packed with cardboard and polystyrene packing, there was no way the damage could have been done unless it was thrown around, the company it was delivered to said "it looks like someone has taken a baseball bat to it" Despite having insurance, Parcel Monkey have declined a claim as it had a glass component, the value of the item was £1200, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Not Parcel Monkeys fault, but DPD failed to collect my parcel. I was home all day and the while you were out card was not left, as they alleged in the electronic tracking. A cynic would say they never bothered to call.

Dropped a parcel off at a post office and it was delivered to Scotland the following day by Parcelforce. Customer was out so returned to sorting office. Unfortunately when the parcel was collected and opened up the mirror inside was broken. We even re packaged this with a cardboard layer and padded the corners out and put fragile sticky tape around. Impressed with speed of delivery, very unhappy that parcel was damaged that I have to replace.

HORRIBLE experience. One of the worst with a company in my life. They lost my suitcase, which was filled with valuable and emotional goods. And completely ignored my pleas. First, they kept on asking for details repeatedly. After several descriptions, they finally sent a long form that I was supposed to fill within a few days. As I was busy with the moving, I couldn´t answer it in time and they decided that I had lost rights over my belongings. At some point, they just didn´t want to hear a word and stopped answering my pleas for recovering my stuff.

Horrendous experience from start to finish. Tried to send to parcels with 2 day delivery to Germany. Two days later, nothing arrived, no updates, nothing. Waited until after the weekend, still no updates or parcels. Got in contact, was told the same thing over and over again, that they were waiting on contact from the courier. Courier claimed that no contact from their side had been made. 10 days after posting, one package arrived, battered and damaged, despite having been packaged as shown on the website. Almost two weeks later, the other package has been returned to the UK, after having made it to Germany last week. The reason from Parcel Monkey? Apparently it was incorrectly labelled, despite having been EXACTLY THE SAME as the parcel that did arrive. Have requested a refund several times, the request is ignored. Every support query is answered by a different agent, absolutely zero accountability, care or trust for the goods entrusted to them. Will NEVER be using this service again, and am praying my second parcel (containing baby supplies and family gifts for my son due in April) arrives safely back to the return address so that I can use a reputable service to try to ship it again.

Booking was very simple and confirmation process good but time for collection was booked for 4pm and 5 pm the courier still hadnt arrived so I had to chase and he just made it before we closed at 5.30 pm.

A great service if you need big items delivered. Same day collection after booking. The down side was the expense of sending the long parcel, but cheaper than most.

Great price. Seamless process from collection to delivery. The only aspect that wasnt 100% satisfactory was the tracking process (wasnt updated for more than a week and remained outdated even after delivery). Since this was provided by the courier (in this case Parcelforce) I cant criticize Parcel Monkey. Highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

I had to send a heavy package and was advised to try Parcel Monkey. Some of the reviews made me a little bit wary but I neednt have worried, it all went perfectly and was so easy. Lovely chap from Parcel Force came to collect in the morning and my goods were delivered well within the time frame Id selected. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey - and Parcel Force - again

I am not one to regularly complain on these review sites but I feel in this instance a drumming down is needed. Parcel Monkey are extremely good at saying sorry but thats just not good enough they clearly have not got the expertise in overseas parcel delivery. We tried to send a parcel to China via DPD a company that are well known to us. They took from the 19th of December to the end of January to finally send the parcel back to us. I dont regularly send Parcels to China but Parcel Monkey must have loads of customers that do so why is it they did not tell us at the outset that customs duty would need to be paid even on small christmas gifts. We told them what was in the parcel we told them the value. Why could they not tell us that the recipient pays the duty. Is this the first time they have sent a Parcel to China for a customer ? The tracking supplied by DPD was nonsense it allegedly went to Hong Kong then Southampton and then they inserted a tracking to say unable to deliver before they sent it to Hong Kong which is actually 4 hours flight from where it should be in China. The parcel documentshad the phone number and the email of the recipient but neither were used to contact the recipient by either Parcel Monkey or DPD or any unnamed customs man in Hong Kong. 1 star because May on the Chat line clearly tried to do her best but absolutely no stars for Parcel Monkey who should be fully aware and were clearly not able to act on our behalf in posting a small parcel to China. They may be ok for uk parcels but do not whatever you do use them to post abroad.

Easy process from booking to delivery, I opted to use UKMail who emailed me to give a 1hr slot for pickup and also sent an email giving a 1hr slot for delivery both of which were met. Parcel Monkey could do with giving this detail in their booking information.

Like the way how quickly it is possible to upload a parcel into the system. Good to see the possibilities of the sending it and the variety of the partners you working with.
Parcels are picked up usually in time and delivered withing the given deadline.

Parcel for USA. Booked with Parcelmonkey. Good rate, collected as scheduled, delivery within time, in one word, perfect, well in two words, perfect again!!!
What a difference between Parcelmonkey and Ipostparcels, never them again. Parcelmonkey for all my business.

I sent a return package to Spain. At no point during the order process was i asked to complete a customs form and one wasn’t requested when i dropped off the package. There wasn’t an option to complete one. The package was not delivered and i was asked to complete a Proforma Invoice which i did. The package was still not delivered. Parcel monkey is now demanding that i pay for the package to be returned including an admin fee or have the package thrown away. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Customer service is awful - no phone number, no response to repeated emails.
