Driver on 25.01.24 did not use door bell, even though I was sitting 4 m away from door so Parcel not collected until Friday and eventually delivered on Wednesday 31st! Disgusting effort and totally lying collection driver who failed to use door bell! Will never use EVRI again.

Easy to book, easy to understand. The only minor point I would add dont try and go back, you might have to start over.
I have used Parcelmonkey before and find that I return when I need to send a parcel in the UK and abroad. The process seems to be the same.

From the time of collection until delivery, I found myself constantly having to chase them. I had to stay at home the entire day, and, frustratingly, the driver didnt show up by the end of the day. To compound the issue, the driver marked in the tracker that he came, insisting there was no one to answer him. The overall experience was extremely stressful. Ive given a rating of 1 star only for the drivers who actually showed up the next day for pickup and delivery. Whats even more troublesome is that if the driver doesnt come on the scheduled day, they provide new labels for you to print and attach to your package. Adding to the chaos, when you inquire with ParcelMonkey about the status of the driver, they claim not to know anything about it. On reaching out to Parcelforce for assistance, they dont entertain you, as they dont handle bookings through a third party. Furthermore, their commitment to a 24-hour or 48-hour service is far from reality. Its never the efficient service they promise. The entire situation is a complete chaos, leaving me with no intention of booking with them again and a firm decision not to recommend their services.

A few more weeks have drifted by and still no response from Parcel Monkey. I dropped the parcels on the 17th December. My client has still not received them. Every time I ask Parcel Monkey about the issue they say they are looking into it. They clearly never do. I have lost hundreds of pounds worth of stock and also lost a good customer. Thank you Parcel Monkey - I have reported you to Trading Standards. How are you going to rectify the issue?

I have sent a parcel using them and insured it too but the parcel after leaving UK is gone missing. It is over a month and no information is being provided. Contacted Parcelmonkey and their standard one line parrot reply is Please be advised that we are still waiting for the couriers update, well notify you as soon as we hear back from them.. This is same reply being sent for weeks , every time I enquire. This sounds like a fraud operation to me and their partners are probably stealing parcels! I have not yet been able to make insurance claim even after paying insurance. Avoid these frauds!

Genuinely disgraceful company. Sent goods abroad on a 3 day delivery, 2 weeks later its not left the UK. Chased 3 times with Parcel Monkey with no update. Spoke to Parcelforce directly who advised it was on a 28-46 day eco delivery. Parcel Monkey advised that they do not offer this service - Ive booked through them and thats what service its on. Customer service is atrocious, at times bordering on disrespectful. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Parcel Monkey. I recently arranged for an item to be sent through your service, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. From the outset, there were issues with the collection address, leading to a delayed and overall unpleasant start. The situation has worsened as my item was unexpectedly returned after six days without a valid reason, allegedly due to Parcel Monkeys inconsistencies. It has now been 14 days since the initial transaction, and I have yet to receive a refund. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of communication or resolution is deeply frustrating. I have tried to reach out for assistance, but my attempts have been met with silence. I want to make it clear that I have notified the fraud department and the police regarding this matter. I am left with no choice but to share my negative experience on various platforms to warn others against using Parcel Monkey. I urge you to prioritize this issue, provide a prompt resolution, and process the refund without further delay. Failing to do so will force me to escalate the matter further and seek legal recourse. I expect your immediate attention to this matter.

I posted after the Chrstmas holidays, a parcel of chocolates due to be delivered 20 Dec as a seasonal gift, was now missing. It was heading for the USA & somehow was tracked in the Netherlands before heading to the US. Still no sign of package. I have asked Parcel Monkey several times for a delivery update & also asked how to escalate issue. They are now asking for receipts for the chocolates & confirmation from my daughter, who should have received the chocolates, that she did not receive them. I would like Parcel Monkey to explain why I need to provide this information when they have tracking systems in place. Also, why should I take out insurance if I am now being asked to prove the value of the goods? I didnt think to keep receipts for boxes of chocolates. So far, the service I have received from Parcel Monkey has been appalling. I am extremely disappointed especially this being the first,& the last,time I will use their service. I have frequently sent parcels to the US for many years & never experienced such awful service. And they have all been delivered,on time !

Although the delivery of an 2nd hand Air Fryer booked through Parcel Monkey via Royal mail was delivered on time, the parcel was chucked over the recipients garden gate, straight on to the concrete below. The air fryer did not work after this. Why the delivery guy did this I do not know. I had taken out Extended Liability via the Parcel Monkey booking form for Royal Mail, so thought I would claim. No such luck! They asked question after question, and wanted pictures and videos. The recipient was an elderly person, and although managed pictures of the crushed box and packaging, didnt know how to make a video. Also the damage to the air fryer was internal and it no longer heated up. How can you make a video of that? Also they assumed in the questioning that I had sold the item to the recipient, which I didnt as it was a gift for an eldery relative. This meant that the air fyer was useless and I was out of pocket for the postage. Parcel Monkey did not even offer to give me my postage back. At no time did Parcel Monkey offer to ask the delivery guy why he threw it over the garden gate.

PLEASE BE WARNED Ive had a frustrating experience with PARCEL MONKEY and DPD The shipping was insured and supposed to take 2-3 days but its nearly a month now and they claim my parcel was re-labelled and its on the way back to me now which I do not believe is true. In between there was a tones of messages between Parcel Monkey that are not achieving anything. Last week DPD claimed multiple delivery attempts for my parcel, which I confirmed through security recordings to be untrue. Despite all these issues, I still have not received my parcel, and the insured amount of money remains unpaid. PLEASE PLEASE STAY WAY!

Very easy to use, print at home and drop off in the designated place. Useful for me because my local post office doesn’t offer all (ParcelForce) services, but with ParcelMonkey I was able to order a 24hr service and drop it off locally rather than having to go to the major post office which is a pain to get parked near.

Poor service, Inaccurate information on shipment timings (was told 3-4 days, after 2 weeks still not delivered), Customs requirements / documentation (you full the forms they give you and then told there are more documents the recipient need to provide), follow ups. Things do not work and then you pretty much need to fend yourself to sort it out. Never again!

I submitted a strong challenge to an additional charge applied to a books return parcel sent using Parcel Monkey. The carrier was UPS and the receipt with the additional charge reported an actual weight of 35.5kg against my submitted declared weight of 4.70kg. The difference was so absurdly extreme as to be almost funny if it were not for the seriousness of the claim made through their service. I have detailed evidence of the parcel contents and can evidence the accuracy of the weight and have provided a copy of the books returned to Parcel Monkey. I received an automated reply that they were investigating this but nothing has been done since. A charge has been made against my credit card. I have let Parcel Monkey know that my next step will need to be through my Credit Card company indicating that I consider this additional charge a form of fraud or theft if not remedied by them. Mistakes can happen. A measure of a good service provider is to deal with them speedily and communicate back effectively. Neither has happened here.

Sent out a 24 hour delivery parcel on Thursday afternoon via Royal Mail. Missed next day delivery so accepted a Saturday delivery. Its now Monday and having tracked the parcel, it is still listed as at the hub. Very disappointed, considering I sent a similar parcel a week ago using Royal Mail and was delivered well within 24 hours. Hope the extra £1 payment works for a full refund and the parcel is delivered by end of today.
