Easy to use and a good selection of options for sending parcels

They dont deliver your parcel, I used UPS through PARCEL MONKEY for delivery from England to Portugal. And we didnt recieve parcel, and tried to do things for customs, seems like impossible to get our parcel. We lost £25 + our stuff + they are saying to charge us fee for customs. I should have read bad reviews in here. We will never use the service again.

Easy to book, but if I knew it would take 4 working days to deliver a 48hr parcel I would have not bothered. Customers & busineses rely on such services. As with all courier services through December and into the New Year its a get what your given service, with no way of contacting anyone human as its all robot predictive yap.

My local Evri distributor & collector was punctual & polite. The parcel was delivered within the time estimated by Parcel Monkey. Another successful collection & delivery for a very reasonable fee!

It was simple and effective to send (in my case) a parcel that the main-line courrier companies said was too big for them! It went with one of them anyway without an exorbitant cost increase.
Delivery occured within the 3 day option that I purchased.
I received a photo at the point of delivery.
Im very happy with the service I received. Ill use again when the need arises.

Everything went according to plan to deliver a parcel to New Zealand from UK Easy to use and I selected Parcel Force service. The only slight issue is that it was supposed to be 4-6 days to deliver and it actually took 8 days.

This parcel was never collected. The explanation was that the company tried to collect and were told there was ‘nothing to collect’. On further investigation it revealed the driver had gone to an incorrect address to try and collect. Completely understand that parcel monkey is a platform for other couriers. Went through all the appropriate channels to get it picked up later that day and had no success as it was a time conscious package I took the decision to rebook the next day. Still have had no feed back as to the original parcel?

Parcel wasnt collected from drop off point. I had to call the shop to see if the parcel was still there. Parcel Monkey made no attempt to track the parcel. Pointless Parcel Monkey being the middle man, might as well go straight to FedEx. They told me they contacted FedEx but the emails I received from FedEx told me they hadnt. Order placed and dropped at the collection depot 22/12/2023, parcel delivered 08/01/2024 (this should have been a next day service)

I use Parcel Monkey a lot and am rarely disjointed. For this parcel I selected the 48-hr Parcel Force service, as usual, however it took well over that time so a little disappointing on this occasion but it was pre-Christmas!

Your staff arrived 2 days early but the parcel was ready and he took it away. Very friendly and gave us a receipt card. Still no confirmation from your company or Dormeo that the parcel has been delivered even though its 8 days since collection.
