Easy booking process courier company collected the next day and even texted the time frame of when they would be collecting then delivered the following day to customer and fully tracked. Wont use anyone else in future.

Absolutely great!! Parcel picked up next day from booking, delivered day after, driver was really nice and polite.
Someone could say that is how things work but i had such an awful experience with Yodel a week ago that i just got genuine dreads from courier companies.
I am truly happy with Parcel Monkey and do recommend them.

Royalmail sent package to wrong address & advised me to request a full refund from Parcelmonkey for the trouble i had been through, Parcelmonkey eventually agreed to a refund but never followed through with it, i will use another courier in future and avoid Parcelmonkey!

Parcel Monkey helped me find the best price with a well known and trusted delivery company for shipping several boxes to Europe. The whole booking and labelling process was straight forward. The packages were collected at the time promised and delivered even sooner than I expected. Excellent service.

To be blatantly honest - I was looking forward to using a new company. However we found out that if you pay peanuts - you still get monkeys!!!! Promised a time slot from 9:00am - 17:00pm, at 17:00 I contacted them, they said courier is on way will be picked up by no later than 18:00, then said rebook for Tuesday. I cut my losses and went to someone reputable. No call centre, no help when required and no corrispondence from the courier to say they were being held up. Pay the extra money with a firm that is reputable. This firm has bitten off more than it can chew!!! Ill let every one know.

Very good service! would suggest people to use Parcel Monkey as they found me the best deal to have a large parcel picked up and sent to my home. Will be using Parcel Monkey again over the next few weeks.

My experience: + Price competitive + Parcels all arrived + get full refund of cancelled order + nothing broken - Parcels has not been collected on the day of booking (not guaranteed in the term and condition of this service) - I haven’t received any compensations and I needed to pay in advance for the new order with collection by drop off. The refund arrived 6 days after cancellation - I have received a text with time of delivery from DPD, but after no one coming during the 2 hours, I have contacted the customer service of Monkey parcels, but they haven’t checked the status of the driver, they have told me to wait until end of the day - 1 day waiting at home the collection 9-6 - I had to pay a person to carry my parcels to the post office the day after for a drop-off collection - 5 parcels didn’t fit all in the same order, so I needed to split them in 2 orders - the 2 orders has arrived in 2 different days, so 2 days at home waiting for delivery (between collection and delivery, 3 days at home without possibility of going out) - system online for a fault gave me the update that all parcels (2 orders) were delivered also if they weren’t - customer service hasn’t checked the status of driver when one of my parcel was missing - last reason for one star review: I have not possibility of leaving feedback on Monkey Parcel website because they ask their ‘customers at random to submit a review’

I looked at a Parcelforce International service, I then I found the very same Parcelforce service for 1/2 the price on Parcel Monkey
My parcel left the UK on a Tuesday and was in Malaga, Spain by Friday!

Hopeless! Over the weekend I ordered a Next Day delivery for collection by Tuffnells on Monday. They failed to turn up. Now the earliest they can collect is Wednesday when I cannot be certain to be in. Their attitude is as bad as their communications is as bad as their services and is as unreliable as their promises! This is the first time I have used them. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them.

TOTALLY MESSED UP - Don’t use them I wanted to send 5 bis moving boxes from Ireland to Sweden and got a quote from parcel monkey for using dpd. Just when I booked it I noticed the first problem, that I couldn’t find any drop-off location in their menu for the boxes in Ireland. So I tried to contact the ‘customer support’, who suggested to bring it to a small near by shop. With this the absolute mess started. The shop employees weren’t happy about the big boxes in their shop and we had to promise them to pick them up the next day, in case dpd wouldn’t pick them up. So I called dpd to be sure they’d come and collect them. After a long back and forth, however, dpd Ireland figured out that parcel monkey sold us labels for dpd UK and that therefore, dpd Ireland couldn’t pick the boxes from the shop. Meanwhile the shop was calling several times to make us pick up the boxes again (using a taxi for which PARCEL MONKEY WOULDN’T REFUND THE ADDITIONAL COSTS!!!) - I tried to get in contact with parcel monkey however the chat people just referred to the support email people saying that they feel so sorry but can’t so anything (basically leaving me alone with all the problems and communication with the shop and dpd) and the email support would need three days to reply saying that they could try to get the right labels…when we already had all the boxes picked up from the shop on our own expenses. In the end I’m just happy we cancelled the order as I don’t know where my boxes would end up with this chaotic organised company. Don’t expect anything to work with them and don’t expect any (helpful) support from them. In the end the wrong information of them telling us to bring the boxes to this shop started two days of constant phone communication with dpd/shop people and costed us around 30 Euro for taxi transports, that even though caused by them, wouldn’t be refunded. I’d never go with them again and highly advise to go for a different company. In the end, we decided for eco parcel and everything worked out without any problems. They even pick up the boxes at home.
