The delivery occurred next day as promised and therefore I would have liked to have been able to give 5 stars. However, we received a text to confirm collection time, in a one hour window, and therefore worked around this. The parcel was not, however, collected for several hours after the stated window.

Basically, it all worked straightforwardly. Only point of friction is that I was expecting paperwork to arrive in 30 minutes and it took slightly over an hour. Everything smooth after that.

Easy to book a collection and a label for printing was sent less than an hour later. The collection was done 12 hours after my reservation and the parcel delivered less than 24 hours after that - very impressed!

I had to send 2 parcels to Italy, the booking was quite easy and quick as I chose drop off at the post office rather than home collection. One parcel has been stuck in Belgium for at least a week, and the other box that I sent arrived in horrible conditions. Even though I was really careful when wrapping it, they managed to break it and I don’t know how they managed to bring it to the final destination in those conditions. You’re really efficient, but maybe you should add some care about the parcels you’re delivering to your services.

Box arrived damaged broken on two sides, bits were missing including a brand new Hugo boss wallet which was a gift for my brother that cost me £65. I would love to contact them for a compensation as this is not the way it should be!

Couldnt have been better. The booking process was super easy, DPD gave an hour wide collection window which the chap came only 10 minutes into. Delivery to Singapore was 4 days later without a hiccup.
