Over used Parcel Monkey a few times to shop to Chile and Mexico.
Its always arrived but sometimes its been held up in customs in the receiving country. This is out of the control of the courier.
Its the most competitive shipping site Ive found for international shipping and the cheaper Air Express service had always been through DHL. So it would make sense to always use this company.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY, IV BEEN SENDING PARCELS WITH THIS LOT OF YEARS BUT AFTER TODAY NEVER AGAIN, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, NEVER KEEP YOU UPDATED,YOU HAVE TO DO ALL THE INQUIRIES WITH THE DELIVERY COURIER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM TO FIND OUT IF YOUR PARCEL WILL EVER GET TO ITS DESTINATION , NEVER AGAIN!!

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Dont use. Arranged collection for today. Collection never happened and no one from either Parcel Monkey or the haulier bothered to let us know. Parcel Monkey said there was nothing they could do but rearrange the collection. Not an option to take another day off in the hope the collection will take place next time.

80% sucess rate, when they fail dont expect too much as in compensations. Last experience was the worst 30 plus for a 48hr delivery.

Never sent parcel abroad before, you’re delivery prices were the best. Straight forward directions from packaging to labelling From UK to USA delivered in 6 days. Parcel could be tracked, I will definitely use your company again

What a great site you can send parcels by numerous carriers and they will collect from home.Originally I found the site because I wanted a parcel collected,it was an e.bay seller who stipulated collect only and because of this i was able to get a better price. Everything worked like clockwork paid by pay pal,a real saving of energy too with no trips to the post office.

Parcel Monkey was fine - the system worked well and the price was great but I went through them with DPD and the person at the drop off point was a disgrace. Rude, unhelpful and quite frankly I will never go back there.
However Parcel Monkey itself and how they performed were very good - I would certainly use them again but possibly choosing a different courier and at the very least a different drop off point.

Parcel Force Collected our parcel ( a large China lamp) from London on the day stated. It arrived undamaged in Crete 6 days later. Parcel monkey found the best price and best company for our needs.

Easy to use, but DPD took 1 week to deliver a parcel to Essex. I had to send another parcel with Royal Mail in the interim Couldnt find a help option for an update - very annoying

I would strongly recommend not using this company. They lost my parcel and misinformed me through the entire process. I had paid for a 4 day service and the parcel never arrived, over the 2 months that followed I was told a number of things invluding- it was still at customs in the UK, then that it had been delivered and signed for and then finally that the parcel was lost. I am now trying to claim for the value of the parcel but unsurprisingly as it has been so long since I posted the parcel finding receipts this much later is proving difficult, had they of informed me that they had lost my parcel in the first place and not misinformed me then this would have been possible. As you cannot contact the Postal service yourselves, you are left waiting for information from this company and this is where the problems occur and ultimately Im now out of pocket and my gifts never arrived for my new neice.

Easy booking process- found tracking in this country good but not so overseas. Parcel took longer to reach destination than offered but hardly the fault of Parcel Monkey more Swedish delivery system! Always use Parcel Monkey and would recommend

Excellent service. Dropped off the parcel myself, was notified of tracking, given a delivery slot and it arrived safely, on time (from UK to Dublin) in two days. Maybe slightly dearer than royal mail, but worth it. Will use this way again.
