Courier didnt another courier 2 days in a row. When I tried to sort they dont recognise the Parcel Monkey reference. Parcel Monkey dont answer their emails or respond to enquiries. I have ended up having to loose my money and go to Hermes direct - 2nd terrible episode (out of 2 with PM) should have learnt 1st time!

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

The 24 hour Parcel Force service was really late and they were very unhelpful on the phone.

Transit time seemed slightly longer as parcel was picked up Wednesday/Thursday from England and was only delivered on the following Monday. Service was good and affordable.

My parcel was very important and needed to be delivered on time but unfortunately my delivery was 4 days late without any explanation or apology. When I tried to contact them for some information/an explanation. There was no phone number to get a hold of them. My parcel got to its destination way too late Very sad and disappointing
