Not good enough. Ordered 2 separate collections (was cheaper). Both booked for the same day. Both parcels were ready by 8am, waited ALL DAY, not a single text or email to let me know there was a delay or that it wasnt going to happen that day. 10 hours sat at home when I had a lot to do that day and a 6am flight the next day. Order 1 eventually got collected and delivered (4 days late). Order no 2 was cancelled in the end. Still waiting for a refund. Order 1 arrived looking like it had been rolled 3000km to its destination (good old Parcelforce). Parcelmonkey customer service were a bit slow if I honest. These were v important deliveries, an apology is great but also make some extra effort, I had to chase things up every day.

The service I have received from this company is absolutely diabolical, both from the incompetence of their service and the disgusting level of customer service trying to get compensation. They have absolutely no phone line so all communication is via an email thread on their site. They have now stopped answering my emails all together. I originally booked their service to pick up a spin bike I had ordered off a seller on eBay and needed delivering to my home. I cancelled the booking 5 minutes after making the booking as I realised they could not package or protect the bike, and had written confirmation this had been done. I then arranged a private van delivery for its collection, and paid a deposit for this. On the day the van driver was due to pick it up, he called the sellers to give an estimated time of arrival only to be told the bike had already been picked up earlier that day . I had no idea where my bike was, and after 45 minutes of frantic calls , I finally established that complete ineptitude from Parcel Monkey had not informed the courier ( Tufnells) that the delivery had been cancelled. I am now trying to get my deposit back from parcel monkey and my emails are being ignored. I have never experienced such appalling service from any company. If I could give them no stars I would, and can’t believe that they are still operational with the service that they supply, and haven’t been shut down

WARNING!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!! Disgusting treatment no phone number to contact no reply to emails!! HOW the hell can this company actually operate!! Should be closed down!! Nothing more then a SCAM!!! When you sign up for their "terms and conditions" you sign something that allows them to take money high amounts from your account without asking if your parcel is not EXACTLY the dimensions you put in! THIS IS A SCAM!! My parcel was actually smaller than I put and lighter so as to allow for their strict rules, but I was charged over £50, YES £50 for it being not exactly as I put in! Use this company at your own risk as it looks like I will have to go to the small claims court to get my money back!! Do they have evidence?! LETS SEE!!

Avoid! Booked a collection, had to wait all day as they cant give a more specific time. No courier arrived all day, and no communication from the courier or company to say it wasnt going to happen. Customer service after the failed collection was non existant. Had to wait till the next day to get a response and all they offered to do was re-book another collection day expecting me to wait in all day yet again. Needless to say I cancelled, just hoping they are a bit more efficient at issuing refunds.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Booked collection and delivery. Wasnt done through faault of the courier. Wrote many many mesages to customer services they misinformed me many many times and eventually told me to rebook and pay . I didnt have a choice this was over two weeks after the original collection was meant to take place. Tried to pay and rebook but they had removed my collection from their system. When I asked them they said it is there but it wasnt they had literally just deleted my parcel so I couldnt rebook. Worst customer service and experience I have EVER EVER had. I was robbed off my money., so basically this company are THEIVES.

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Can be ok, but if something goes wrong like in my case, expect an apalling customer service .... 5 days for eventually telling me it is not possible to collect from location after having asked me to book the same shipment again as there was an error in the first one... so now i need to claim 2 back and no clear way to do it.

I have booked a collection with Parcel Monkey. They never came and I lost 2 days off from work (they do not give you a slot and one is stuck home from 8am to 6pm). They did not even bother to notify me they would not come. There is no phone number you can call and all communication -if they bother to reply - is done online.They just wasted my time and money. Appalling customer service.

i used Parcel Monkey after another courier let me down before. Whereas it was miles easier to get in touch with customer service than another courier, Parcel Monkey didnt have any answers for me about my failed collection and now having to wait 3-5 days to hear about my refund before getting it back. Thus leaving me out of pocket with an unhappy customer! very frustrating and i wouldnt recommend the service as its too unreliable. its 2018 things like this should just be straight forward! not good at all!

Ordered a parcel to be collected on a Monday and paid for 48hr delivery so should have been there for Wednesday the SAME week! No delivery on Wednesday so I ring to find out why, my parcel had been lost! A week later they find it and then deliver it. 8days in total after paying for 48hr. Seems impossible to get a refund or claim against it. None of the staff are helpful they just pass you around until you get fed up. They said they would ring the parcel company then ring me but they never if I didn’t ring the parcel company myself I’d of been in the dark! DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY OR PARCELFORCE. My advice would be to go directly to the couriers website, your getting no cheaper deal on this site they just show you your options but if anything goes wrong they deal with it but you won’t get anywhere with them. My Hermes is a good company for parcels. Just search them in google. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Go straight to the couriers website it’s all the same prices

Standards are slipping Used to be decent but last collection did not happen on the scheduled day, their customer service is uniquely unhelpful and am wondering whether they mislead customers with their collection tomorrow service which is far from guaranteed.

I arranged with PM to send a package, containing two important documents, to Brazil. The cost was £70: to be picked upon from the office by Courier. This is the Courier service (which they provide for the same price). Everything went quite smoothly until one week later when the package was returned to me (the sender). I contacted PM and spoke to Chat: they were unable to help with the issue within 48 hours. Frankly they were not helpful. Not having a telephone helpline is unacceptable when these unexpected situations occur. As jobs and livelihoods depend on the delivery of this package I then spoke to Courier who immediately informed me that the parcel had been to Germany and Spain, on its way to Brazil, when it was deemed that the documentation was incorrect BECAUSE PARCEL MONKEY HAD NOT TREATED THE CONTENTS AS DOCUMENTS (despite the fact that this was the description I had provided). Therefore the documentation provided, which was actually more than needed for simple documents, was deemed to be incorrect, and the package returned. Given the importance of this package being delivered I immediately contracted with Courier, who arrived within 3 hours, (PM need a day) and picked up the package and sent it on its way at the same cost (with no new documentation). I also contacted Parcel Monkey the same day by email and requested an explanation and a refund (as Chat had still not responded). Three days later and I have received no explanation and no further progress has been made. This morning James at PM sent me a mail stating that they had asked the courier to return the package!!! Clearly they have no clue about what is going on and it is impossible to find out anything from PM about the package and the reason for its return. I understand that things go wrong but the desire to resolve things just doesnt exist at PM, who seem to be nothing more than an email portal and a customer service chat who add no value to the delivery process at all. Given that Courier were able to carry out the same service for the same price and have a very impressive customer service help line I recommend that readers give PM a miss and go direct to the courier. I fear my £70 will never be returned.

Please do not use Parcelmonkey.co.uk they have been good until a problem occurred where they refused to deliver a parcel I paid for it to be returned they have not returned it. They refuse to answer any of my emails and have refused to pay out on the insurance which I paid extra for. The parcel had two £200 saddles inside and was insured for this so basically I am £500 out of pocket (with postage costs) and they can’t even respond to my emails! I have this morning reported them to trading standards and will be reporting them to the police for theft. Please do not use them. Parcel Monkey UK
