Fast collection, good price and safe delivery from UK to Spain of a large (well packed!) Picture frame and glass. Given that UPS couldnt manage 30 miles without compleyely destroying one Im very pleased with parcel monkeys service!!

2 parcels sent 2 days apart to same address in Italy on 3-5 day service.
Both arrived same day. The first took 7 days, the second 5 days.
Otherwise the service was fine.

WEBSITE is rubbish, usually pretty good but on this occasion i cannot view my orders as there seems to be PM you tube video plastered over them for international postage. Stupid.

I took my parcel to the postoffice last Monday where I was told it would be in Germany in 5 to 6 days. However after a week it is still in the depot 25miles away from me. Hasnt even gone to London yet! Thats not good enough

Firstly, they mischarge me an extra £8 for "overweight" from 1.5kg to 3.2kg. i explained to them a pair of boots cannot be 3.2kg (custom document also proves its 1 pair of boots), they then change their excuse to "oversize", i sent them pictures of the measurement and weight before i sent off, the only thing they could do is sent me an invoice stating "3.2kg". literally talking to Monkeys. . Secondly, they promised "4-7 days delivery" but after 1 month its still undelivered. its an ebay return item and ebay says they can no longer refund due to outside the required time frame. avoid this scam! lost shipping fee, being robbed for overweight lie, item still undelivered after 1 month.

I needed a urgent price to collect 4 SUV tyres I purchased, its so simple on Parcel Monkey, just type in the details and you get a prompt quote, just click on your choice,cI found it so quick and simple. My tyres were collect on specified day and I received within 3 days. Job completed

Won’t refund me for a parcel which was supposed to be delivered on a next day service and still hasn’t been delivered Copied and pasted customer services responses. I’ve used them loads, and sure they’re great when things go as planned, but when things don’t go as planned they’ve no interest in helping out, which is a real shame. No more money from me parcel monkey.
