Yet again Parcel Monkey have excelled themselves. After being dropped off at my local UK post office on a Monday morning at 11am , a 10kg parcel arrived in Cologne - Germany on Wednesday morning at 10am at a cost of £13.00 - amazing value - amazing service !

I has not heard of this service. We live in Hong Kong and needed 4 wwdding albums and 2 cds to be sent from UK. Everywhere else wanted £120+ but parcwl monkey did it for £45. The service was great. We booked it from Hong Kong to arrange th collection and delivery. We reveived the label and emailed the link to the sender and had the parcel within 3 days. Very pleaseed with the srvice.a*

When I booked the parcels I understood they would be delivered in about 2 days from colllection. Although they arrived safely etc, the service took 6 days for one, and 7 for the other. I am also confused why parcels delivered by the same company can vary so much for the same parcel. Why also when the contents are 100% legal for transportation to overseas, and you type a word they don’t like, do they refuse the parcel. Why also when binding a parcel with string which can assist the carrying/ handling, do companies refuse the parcels also.

Have been sending parcels to my daughter Germany using Parcel Force/GLS for over a year, price is unbeatable as well as the service. A parcel up to 20kg for £14 and delivered in 48 hrs what more can you ask for.

No issues posting from the UK to a mate over in the USA. Went well, only 4 days to get there, perfect.. A bit pricy I guess but thinking of how far its going its still not so bad :)

Highly recommend - Reliable service.
I had a large fragile item to send and didnt have a clue what to do. Parcel Monkey UK was recommended to me so I checked out their website. I followed the on-line instructions and three days later my parcel had arrived, undamaged and the cost was far less than I had anticipated. You are required to accurately weigh and measure your parcel (which youll need to do in order to get a quote) and then choose from the list of couriers provided. You choose when you want the parcel collected and can track every stage of the process via a link in the e-mail Parcel Monkey sends on receipt of purchase. A very quick and efficient service, so I would definitely use Parcel Monkey UK again.

The prices and service are pretty good. But make sure you book at least an hour before you need the parcel collected or intend to drop it off as it takes forever for parcelmonkey to generate a label. Not sure why as many of the competitors are able to do it instantly not 3/4 hour later.

Everything went fine, service ordered, parcel collection, the delivery and tracking.
To be expected? Thats what paid for.
Better.
Search tool gave choice of who to use, their services and prices.
Realised I could book for tomorrow, or some would collect today if booked by mid/late morning. The latter is what I did and it was fine.
There are many couriers but this comparison site gave me options, more than would have thought. By extension, ParcelForce were selected and did the task fine.
My first experience and it was good all round.

Very trustable company. Nice and quick service. Also you can easily track the parcel. And the price is within reason. I recommend Parcel Monkey everybody. Try it and be happy with this company.

The deliDifficult to tracevery was just fine - quite an efficient. But billing is another matter. Nowhere on their paperwork do they show the costs and the money just dissappears from your account. Their confirmation email should show all costs and include the invoice. I cant proove, but I think i have been charged more than what was on the web - buyer beware. Would not recommend.

I was absolutely delighted to discover Parcel Monkey. I had to send an extremely large parcel from the Isle of Wight to Devon. Some of the quotes received from other carriers were very expensive and others would not handle such a large item. Parcel Monkey, along with ParcelForce, provided a very reasonable quote and an excellent service. I could track my parcel through the various stages of its journey which included a second delivery attempt and the recipient was not at home. Thank you. First class
