1st order completely ignored. 2nd took 5 days to collect and 5 days to deliver. This being Parcelforce 48. Complained and was told I would be refunded. Contacted again as no refund....... to be told that they have changed their minds and wont be refunding me. This fiasco has cost me £1000s in lost man hours and stock delays. DO NOT USE. I repeat......DO NOT USE.

I do not recommend that company. If they fail - you can not get in touch with them by any phone line. They dont inform you about any delay or not collecting your parcel. You can wait forever and no one will let you know neither help you with that. NOT RECOMMENDED.

**** company! You pay, but they even dont inform you that your purchase hasnt been collected!! NOTHING! When try contact them and you type not nice words to this dull people - they block your account!! Can you imagine? they block you possibility if typing to them! and, of course, there are not any phone numbers to this suspicious company.

Chose a 4-5 days delivery to my home country ( ASEAN ) and it arrived as expected with perfect condition.
As long as your paperwork is complete, it will be fast and efficient.

this is the second time this company has not delivered this parcel that I have paid for (twice!) and now they want me to pay another 15GBP to get it delivered back to me, that is outrageous! I have provided the correct address and a mobile number from the person who has stated they have been in all the time the supposed deliveries were but received no card, no call - NOTHING! This is absolutely disgusting service!!!

Great savings, I used Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey and dropped my parcel off at my local post office they told me that exactly the same postage would have cost me an extra £9.50 if I purchased it direct from them!

This company is shocking. I booked and paid for a courier to deliver a parcel which they lost. I have been contacting them for weeks now with absolutely no resolution, just denial that the parcels are lost. I would not use again or recommend them at all.
