Good choice of providers, system easy to use.

Very impressed with the whole process. Easy to set up, print label and take to collection point. Very good price. Email communication excellent. Delivery UK to Eire in 3 days as promised.
Only slight negative was the slow drop off in a retail outlet - queue of customers wanting to pay for multiple items.
Will certainly use again.

Absolutely disgusting useless company. Yesterday they said that would pickup my parcel from my postcode. They didn’t. They said they would today. They haven’t. I called DPD only to be told that it hadn’t been booked. Then, on the slowest, chat bot I’m told it had to be picked u from a drop off point! Asked for the drop off points address. Got a map with a blue blob on it and a list of drop off points miles and I do mean miles, away but not for the one in Totnes. Still waiting for the address. This is for a parcel being sent to someone who bought the contents from eBay. Very good for my rating on eBay. To cap it all it’s listed as DPD Pickup Express 24 ???????????????? not that DPD has anything to do with the dier service from Parcel Monkey. DPD at least have a voice on the phone that can tell you what is going on.

Utterly useless! My parcel was collected 6 days ago but still hasn’t made it to the international depot (under an hour drive away) where it is due to be shipped out. They have no idea where it is! Customer service is via chatbot; they don’t even have a call centre. I have had to contact the courier directly to find out what is going on. I fear I may have just lost hundreds of £ of personal belongings.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take no responsibility for items entrusted to their care, and if damaged dont provide a refund to the value of the goods. Ive been short changed £200. They refuse to pay me the amount I paid. Use them at your peril. The clue is in the company name. Monkeys are paid peanuts - they dont care how they treat your goods.

They failed to collect the parcel with no notification. We rearranged. They failed again. Exactly the same happened the last time I used this service. I presumed it was a once off, but I wont presume that again. I wont be using the service again. Sad because it used to be really good.

This is one of the most awful services that I ever has experienced. with parcel monkey I would suggest that never do business. I have made an oder to deliver a parcel, since the pickup driver was all over the place, did PM did not have any way of communicating with the field delivery people, I had to cancel the order. Since then 5 days has gone not way of getting my money back. Always saying that the "Apologies for the inconvenience have caused you. Please be advised that this has been handled by our relevant department. They will contact you directly regarding your claims." or " Please be advised that I have re-chased this matter with our Refunds Team. " and "They will be contacting you shortly." all the time. Just seen the same script all the time. No way of directly talking to anyone. No CONTACT NUMBER !!!! not even a foreign number to contact them. Just taking the customer to wait. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
