I give Parcel Monkey 5 stars. They always pick up my parcel on the time and date that they sent me, In addition my parcel always arrived on the date that they told me. I have uses Parcel Monkey for the past eight years. Sending parcels to my family not only in the U.K. But also to my family and friends in France and Australia.

Appalling experience. Parcel was misdelivered three times, even though the address was a Collection point. Now I have the choice between destroying it, or paying twice the original delivery cost to get it sent back to me, where I will have to pay to get it redelivered (obviously this time using a different service). Any attempt to get into contact just puts you through to ineffectual, poorly scripted and asinine web chat. Astonished that I have to pay for someone elses mistake.

As a small independent business owner, a courier is effectively an extension of my business. I spend £££ buying and paying to store boxes, bubble wrap, polystyrene, air bags and brown tape with tons of ‘FRAGILE’ wrap and then spend hours wrapping items to account for carefree handlers or those on such a tight timeline that their attitude to every parcel is chuck and drop. What happens to these parcels en route if they arrive to my customer snapped or broken? Twice this happened in the same week. Refunds/replacements, disgruntled customers who are inconvenienced, unlikely to return to purchase again, time spent emailing over matters out of my hands I have entrusted to you. YOU do this to my business. It borders on sabotage and you seem to have pipped airport baggage handlers for having a bad rep #thumbsdown

I used Parcel Monkey to send two boxes from the UK to the UAE. I paid for the three day express service however only one box arrived after 4 days and the second box arrived after 5. I also had to pay just over £100 in import duty which I wasn’t expecting - it would have been helpful if, at the time of sale, Parcel Monkey warned that imports from the UK were subject to import duties. My boxes did however arrive in one piece and the price was the most competitive I could find (although I do wonder if I would have found a cheaper offer if I wasn’t looking for a three day express service ...)

Great service, just have 1 bug, when you sending to UK there is some addreses with NAMES WITHOUT NUMBERS, and system doesnt let to send parcel without numbers on address!

I booked a delivery with a 4-7 day service. I wasn’t made aware at the time of booking that, once dropped off, the parcel may sit for several days before it’s collected by the courier. This is, in fact, what happened, meaning that from the parcel being dropped off, we have actually paid for a 10 day service.

Excellent service. Needed a parcel delivered asap.Picked up and delivered on time. Driver was polite which makes a change. And to top it all their prices were the cheapest I could find.

Dont ever use this service!!!! Awful stay away they are only good untill something goes wrong. In my case Ive had a parcel missing via dpd been 5 weeks still no update you cant talk to anyone as its only online service that no one responds to. Paid extra to cover insurance what a waste of money. Cant contact dpd because I used this Mickey mouse parcelmonkey website!!! Upon checking dpd charge the same as parcelmonkey no saving and if anything does go wrong you can speak to a human being that cares and understands. Cant beat using royal mail. Parcelmonkey no body regulates them they are crooks. STAY AWAY BEWARE PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SEND ANY PARCELS TO THESE MONKKEYS

Was easy to book the courier service and track the parcel once collected by the courier. However, there was conflicting information on the website regarding restricted items which was a little confusing and I wasn’t able to see what time the courier was arriving to collect my parcel so had to wait in all day without an estimated time of arrival.
