A day late picking up the parcel. Used parcelmonkey on a friends recommendation but Im sticking with interparcel. Better value and more control over your consignments without a third party go-between.

Great service at fantastic prices. Only reason I dont give 5* is the prohibited items list, which cannot it seems distinguish between the various carriers lists. I often used ParcelForce via Parcel Monkey, but it wont let me send items I KNOW PF allow,

Awful. Booked a collection with Parcel Monkey for DX. No one called to collect, re-booked for the next day, no one came to collect, re-booked again and yet again no one. You cannot call or speak to anyone, just leave a message for a reply some hours later. No interest in their customers or finding out what the issue is, just keep asking you to re-book. NEVER AGAIN!!

Parcel Monkey is fantastic but the local company in Copenhagen is poor as the only way my son finds out that it is awaiting collection is from the tracking details. He was at home on the day that someone was supposed to have called.

Would not recommend, have sent us a fake invoice for £52.60, as according to the invoice we declared it was a service of up to 25kg, they claim it was 10kg so why the extra charge!, disgusting to say would have rated zero if we could!.

I sent 11 boxes from Scotland to Spain and they all arrived in perfect state within 3 days. I would absolutely recommend parcel monkey to anyone.

After three weeks of silence parcel in transit the parcel was returned to me as insufficient address. Despite having mine and the recipients phone number and email address, no attempt was made to contact. And then parcel monkey refused to even refund the postage paid. I shall take my business elsewhere

Appalling. Theyre a total shambles. Send incorrect messages about delivery arrivals, which dont correspond to what you booked or indeed turn up. Fail to tell the delivery company ( equally awful, avoid DX)correct delivery number etc etc. I am still chasing a delivery that was supposed to be delivered 24 hours ago, Parcel Monkey should be avoided at all costs. I doubt I will ever see my shipment.

Easy to use website but every time i have used your website which has been alot as i sell online and post parcels regularly to USA, Canada & Australia I always get charged more later! I take my parcels to the post office to get weighed so i know they are the correct weight & size. I post parcels in cheaper and i would use them all the time if i lived closer to there drop off point. I feel like i am getting ripped off by you to be honest as i would say that on average i get charged an extra £3-£5 than promised on your website.
