Terrible experience item was meant to be next day delivery 2 weeks later and 5 failed attempts from the courier the item arrived back to myself as buyer could not take any more messing around. Arrived back damaged and torn basically said it wasn’t packaged probably and should of been in a box. A super king size mattress in a box? If it wasn’t suitabley wrapped you should never of taken it! In the end offers to reimburse my shipping fees as they broke the contract was told I would get them in 24 hours now almost 3 days later guess what not received terrible company and customer service is shocking you have lost another customer

Collection prompt and when specified and large fragile parcel comprising of a carbon fibre bicycle delivered intact with great feedback from recipient . Highly recommended service from Parcel Force booked through Parcel Monkey .

I use Parcelmonkey a lot and sent some metal wall lights recently by Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey. Great service when it works but when there is a problem their Customer Service, contact us, live chat ... all are appalling. I pack everything well to avoid any problems but sometimes it still happens.... of the 4 x wall lights, 2 were broken. I spent a week sending photos, invoice, descriptions etc. and finally they came up with aha they are antique.. not covered so no compensation. They are NOT antique as I pointed out to them straight away. I sent details of their listing description Vintage antique style. They are no more than 20-30 years old if that, just reproduction. They havent even bothered to reply and I can find no way of contesting their decision. An antique, by definition, has to be at least 100 years old. These are clearly not so my claim is valid. There is nothing in the terms and conditions to define Antiques. I sent via Parcelforce and they define Antiques as objects over 100 years old.

Parcel collected promptly from my home and delivered to customer as planned. Would defiantly choose again. Mine was a large 20 kilo parcel and the price for delivery was very reasonable.

Do not use, go direct to a courier, I’ve had no end of problems with item not being collected (twice in the same week after me rebooking!) and they just tell you that they are a comparison site and they cannot be responsible for the couriers, in the same sentence they say don’t contact the courier directly. Absolute shambles will never use again

best price ever, this is the best you will get, if you traveling by plain you drop your case at drop off point and it is delivered to your door, no humping to and from airport, also check the price i saved £5 doing it this way, do hope when they read this they dont put there price up as i am telling everyone to use this service

I had to send 2 packages home, both containing personal items. The first one arrived on time even though they completely smashed my parcel (I was lucky enough and all my items were intact and nothing went missing). The second one however, never arrived at the destination, and has been stuck in a different country for over a month. I tried to contact ParcelMonkey to understand what was happening and it was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. First of all, they put different people answering your queries for every message you send, making it really difficult for you to understand whats going on and have some decent help, I had to describe my item and its content 3 times to 3 different people, which was a big waste of time, and they all told me the same thing: ok we will try to contact the courier. Obviously, it took a week and they had no useful answer from them. Finally, someone decent came along and they managed to speak with the people in the country where my parcel got stuck, only for them to say that they cannot find my item. It was wrapped safely and contained lots of personal and important items, and it is really upsetting that they were not able to locate my item and that Parcel Monkey was so slow with their replies and gave little help even though they sounded really apologetic. Now I am left claiming my missing items with no idea on where, how and with whom my parcel disappeared.

As a business selling on amazon & ebay and our own website we have deals in place for daily collections from parcelforce & royal mail. It is more efficient and cost effective to use Parcel Monkey for occasional packages. Or at least we thought so. We had a bad experience with them in 2016 but came back again. We have now had another shocking experience with them. We shipped a 2KG parcel to Spain for a customer who paid £140 for their order. Parcel Monkey charged us £28 for the delivery. After 2 weeks the customer enquired as to where the parcel was. Tracking showed it was left at a post office in Madrid and customer was advised to collect it. The customer however said that no one attempted to deliver at their business address, which is fully staffed during business hours, and no card was left informing them of where the package was. The courier simply did not do the job they were supposed to. Trying to communicate with a courier is impossible through parcel monkey. Trying to have parcel monkey communicate with a courier on your behalf is also impossible, you send messages which they respond to next day. The level of customer service is practically non existent and it simply isnt good enough when you are trying to communicate and facilitate a new delivery to suit the customer and the level of disorganisation is exacerbated when you have a courier in a foreign country and a foreign customer. As the time was nearing the point where parcel would be automatically be returned to sender we desperately tried to resolve this issue but we wasted several hours on the problem and got nowhere. Parcel was sent back to us. We were offered to pay another £15 to get it back or have it destroyed. So now we paid £43 for a courier WHO DID NOT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER, we had a customer who claimed their money back from Amazon, left us a very negative review because they were unhappy that tracking said delivery failed because "no one was home" which was an outright lie from courier. Parcel Monkey offered us choice of destroy parcel or fork out £15 for return of items. They stated the parcel "has been returned to us because despite making several attempts the courier was not able to deliver the item." Parcel monkeys own tracking showed the parcel was apparently NEVER ATTEMPTED TO BE DELIVERED ONCE NEVER MIND SEVERAL TIMES. In fact parcel monkey tracking shows the parcel taken to local post office on the basis customer "requested later delivery" whatever that is supposed to mean??? Customer said they did not know what this was about, they did not request anything, no one ever came near them about the parcel, no one informed them of its whereabouts. Despite our efforts to have this item redelivered the tracking does not show any movement or attempt to redeliver. PARCEL MONKEY customer "service" just basically LIED TO US. IF YOU WANT TO USE A COURIER SERVICE, DONT BOOK IT THROUGH PARCEL MONKEY. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY. Reviewing this company having received an item delivered using Parcel Monkey. The item arrived damaged, and the seller made a claim for compensation. I sent several pictures clearly showing the damage which Parcel Monkey rejected. A visit to Spec Savers would seem an ideal staff outing for Parcel Monkey employees.

great service - kept to agreed times and kept me updated all the way. Particularly happy because I was returning a (well wrapped and packaged) guitar and experienced no problems or delays :) used parcel force worldwide through parcel monkey, but parcel monkey made the process simple and straight forward, giving me a variety of delivery options to choose from.

I was surprised how cheap it was to send a 23kg parcel that contained a complete desktopPC system (tower, screen, keyboard, speakers etc). For under a tenner I couldnt believe it. Collected without fuss next day. No complaints from the recipient, so I assume they got it OK.
