Did not reply to our emails on this and previous occasions. We will reluctantly use Parcel Monkey only when really necessary. Customer service = Zero points.

Great parcel delivery prices to Netherlands - fast delivery. I have used this service numerous times, and it has been a smooth process.
My only contention is that they keep your credit card details on account, and it is not easily deleted.

Despite choosing a 24hr service, parcels were delivered 3 days late. Parcel Monkey did not care, only pointed out that it was not a guaranteed service. Something I hadn’t noticed when booking. Cheers Parcel Monkey.

First and last time using company... never turned up on day of collection after waiting in all day. Paid extra for a two man team (only one arrived)! When asked for a partial refund was told that the next day delivery only counted from when collected! So if you need something important collected on time stear clear

Timely delivery at a reasonable price. I was having my package picked up from my moms in UK and deliveted to me in France. The only problem we had was finding a way to print the shipping label. It would be great if the pick up person could privide that service.

Good company, but sometimes I ask sellers to package parcels as efficiently as possible, sometimes not always. Which results in a minor dispute of packaging costs. Mostly resolved very quickly and is a good company to book parcels. Excellent and many thanks

It was delivered under a week and with courteous delivery person. It was easy to track my parcel all the way to a small village in France. Good price in comparison the Royal mail.

Im liking Parcel Monkey a lot - the website is straightforward and the services offered for anything over a small parcel (2kgs) are inexpensive and flexible. I especially like the DX collection service.

On the website there is an option to have a timed collection which I selected. This option is a false attraction as they have no control over when a courier will come and they refuse to contact or give simple instructions to the courier. Our parcel was left in a safe place and I just needed to inform the courier. I informed the customer service at 0700 today. At 1500 after at least 25 emails with 5 different people getting involved, I am informed that they managed to contact the driver but for the second time he just left with out collecting the parcel. The clue is in the name parcel monkey however this is an insult to monkeys. They should rename their company parcel fuctarded sub-human, thicker than a monkey, poo eating, mindless dribbling ****lords

Using for the first time, carrier did not have the option for insuring ceramics, they then smashed several ceramics in my package during delivery I usually go with Royal Mail, which Ive had no problems with, but wanted to try a cheaper option. Otherwise delivered in a timely manner and a convenient online service (and would rate 5 star if delivered in tact).

Arrived a day later than expected, but it was UK to Dubai. Other than that was an easy to use service and there were no problems. Will use again.

WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN I dont normally write these reviews but this has not been a good experience parcel turned up 3 days late but was prepared to let that go but after having an order cancelled and having to re-order I am owed £46.75 and have been told 3 times that they will chase the relevant department and I should have the refund with 3-5 days. Surprisingly its never arrived and I dont think I am going to get it back. Absolutely furious Ive been palmed off with keep looking at the dashboard (I do but it doesnt change) but well keep chasing the relevant department. Absolutely appalling customer service and I expect thats why you cant ring them and speak to someone you might actually be able to help. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Package got there un-damaged,but a pick up time of between 8-6 isn’t very efficient and when I asked when the driver was coming they couldn’t tell me,have waited in all day once and they didn’t come

Its been the most frustrating experience of my life, and its not over yet. I dropped off two and after almost three weeks they were not delivered yet. When they finally got delivered there was only one parcel. I am now trying to understand what has happened to the other parcel. The most frustrating thing is the complete lack of customer service. If something goes wrong it is the end. The only way you can contact them is through a message centre where you leave a message and you get a reply within few hours. Unfortunately the reply is completely useless as it is a standard message saying that they apologise for the inconvenience and will investigate and let you know what the issue is. In reality Ive never received any reply other than the standard message or any sort of useful information relating to my issue. It becomes frustrating because there is a problem but you cannot actually speak to anyone and none gives any update on the situation. They say not to contact the courier. Basically I cannot contact the courier, parcel monkey doesnt give me any useful reply and I am left for weeks wondering what has happened to my parcels.

Booked for a collection on Friday, did not collect. Finally picked up on Tuesday. A shame as they are normally a great service.

A very good service. The parcel was picked up as promised and delivered early on day three of four. The tracking system was superb and I followed it all the way. Excellent service. Will use again.

From start to finish I had no problems whatsoever with this booking. Pick up at home was extremely efficient and was done early in day so need to hang about
I certainly would recommend this service to anyone and I will no doubt be using it again.
The service was recommended to me by friends in France who sent me a parcel and spoke highly as well

I want to let everyone know just how frustrating an experience it was to recently use ParcelMonkey. Last week I booked the collection of an envelope, containing documents I urgently need, from an organisation in South Africa. The courier (Courier) simply didnt turn up to another courier on the arranged day. For two weeks I have been trying to get someone from ParcelMonkey to find out why my parcel was not being collected. You cannot contact the courier yourself. You can only speak to someone at ParcelMonkey by sending a message from their website or by live chat. You get the same standard response every time. Every single afternoon I got an apology and an offer to reschedule collection. The parcel was never collected. No-one seems to have investigated what was going on. I have certainly had absolutely no explanation as to what has been going wrong. I have wasted hours of my time chasing this up. I am now dealing with a very frustrated organisation, who have been expecting a courier collection that never took place. They have also had to print off new labels and customs documentation on my behalf a number of times, as a result of rebooking collections. I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service I have received from ParcelMonkey. I am afraid that I have lost any faith I might have had in the company to deal with collections and deliveries on my behalf and cannot see myself ever using their services again.

total waste of time , took parcel lost it , now saying I cant claim as items not allowed to be sent ,, when the completed customs sheet has been with them for weeks while supposedly chasing the lost package, I am so angry and annoyed with the response off different representatives every time and repeating the same stuff over and over , delay tactics wont be recommending anyone to this company
