Fantastic, got parcelforce 24 for £11 which was almost £20 on a similar site i use,for the same service and that was for large heavy item, 29 kilo.

I paid this 3rd party company (Parcel Monkey) for next day delivery which was £35.99 and i did not receive the service i paid for! When i contacted Parcel force who actually deliver the items they told me that im entitled to a refund but i would have to get Parcel Monkey to get in touch with them then they will refund Parcel Monkey who will then refund me! When contacting Parcel Monkey they kept fobbing me off with generic nonsense but also said in the same chat previously that they will sort the issue but everytime i ask what is going off they keep changing representatives then send me generic messages although they already said they will sort this issue out for me!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE RIP OFFS & I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN EVEN THOUGH IVE ACTUALLY SPENT GRANDS £££££ WITH THEM OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS!!! GO USE PARCEL-HERO THEY ARE 1000000% BETTER THAN THESE!!!

Booked a 2 day service to France. After 6 days the parcel was still in the UK. Contacted PM and they said they would contact the courier on my behalf and email me the results. They didnt. Wont be using them again.

As far as I know the parcel I sent has arrived at the correct address, but I havent had confirmation of that. From my end, the parcel was accepted and I had some notice of its progress.

I booked and paid for a parcel collection £35, and received a collection notification from Courier saying they would collect the following day. After a week, the parcel had not been collected. Trying to speak to somebody in Courier is almost impossible. You have to log a request, and then you get a telephone number. When I spoke to the number, I was transferred to the depot. The depot looked up the consignment number and they had the delivery address as the collection address. Obviously, Parcel Monkey did not transfer the correct information. The collection address was amended and the parcel collected that day.

Wasn’t informed of any delivery, surely an easy fix in adding some coding? Wasn’t picked up on day of collection! Had to rebook! No telephone contact number to be easily found However, the parcel got there.

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Volumetric weight RIP OFF. Apparently they dont go by how much an item actually weighs these days. I sent a very light parcel, less than 7kg but Parcelforce (books through PM) claimed that the volumetric weight measures 49kg!!! And have charged an additional £52 on top of the £14 already paid. It wasnt even a very large parcel. Be careful when booking as it doesnt matter what your accurate measurements and weight are nowadays. Impossible to deal with Parcel Monkey as they just lay blame with Parcelforce and vice versa. Would be helpful if there was a volumetric weight calculator on their site and you were warned to use it before booking

Gave me a very good deal on Parcel Force service to Netherlands. Everything straightforward, easy tracking and very fast delivery. Recipient equally delighted especially as she sent me a parcel at same time and it was redirected by courier to wrong address! Full marks Parcel Monkey!

Have to send care packages to a family member in the Maldives and cant believe the speed of the delivery. Instructions are always clear and the price is always competitive and tbh wouldnt trust any other carrier as they have proved themselves worthy!

Overall good experience! Had the chance to know where approx. my parcel is and when about it will arrive.
My parcel got a little damaged on the outside but nothing significant on the inside got damaged - to be fair it was a simple, thin cardboard box.
What I really liked (even though that service wasnt necessary for me) is that I could see on the Website who received the Parcel (Surname and initial of first name), when it got delivered and how the signature looks like. Gives a secure and good feeling when you didnt / couldnt accept the parcel yourself!
Would recommend their service!

I paid for the collection nearly a week ago and they advised of a Friday (same day) collection. The parcels were not collected. I complained and they promised collection for the next day. Again no collection. This has gone on for 5 days. They say sorry every day, arrange another collection and then dont collect. They have refused any kind of reduction in the cost of the 24hour service I paid for and they are now refusing to refund me full stop. I have asked them to call to discuss and they dont, I have sent 11 emails to which I only get an empty appolgy and no collection. I tried this service to deliver items for my new business and all it has done is caused my embarrassment with my customer who now has actually said I am lying to them about even sending the parcel. I will never use this service again.!

I sent a 4kg parcel to Slovakia last Monday, it hasn’t been delivered yet. The website is really annoying, as it didn’t let me put it a foreign phone number for the delivery driver to let the receiver know when the parcel would be delivered. I had to put in my own uk number to let the website take me to the next stage. I have been following where the parcel was, and it hasn’t been delivered as there was nobody home, and I also added delivery notes to the delivery driver to leave parcel at neighbors, which they didn’t follow. So at the moment I’m just waiting for miracle to happen, as they didn’t try delivering the parcel again today. There is no way of contacting anyone, as it’s out of the UK dpd companies hands. They might send the parcel back to the sender... All this because the website didn’t let me write the receivers foreign number in. Other websites do, which is very helpful as they can contact the receiver and ask them if they are home for delivery and if not, discuss the options. Won’t be using parcel monkey again!

Simple and comprehensive. I have eventually had problems with most of the delivery companies Ive had contracts with, and was dumped by my last one for being too small.- Parcel Monkey was a great solution.

Having received quotes well over double the price to courier parcels (3kg each) to South Africa and Spain from the UK, I was sceptical about using a service that came in SO much cheaper, but Parcel Monkey delivered on schedule, in perfect condition, no issues at all. Their shipping labels even make it easier than some other more expensive services. I would recommend without hesitation.

Parcel Monkey said the parcel would be collected from my house on 6th November between 8am and 6pm I took a day off work and waited in all day but parcel not collected, I did NOT get an email or text to tell me it would not be collected. They rang the next day late pm to confirm another time for pick up and the lady said do not worry it will be delivered by Friday 9th, she obviously was giving bull as parcel was to go to New Zealand, its now the 13th and it still not arrived at destination.

Order placed 6 Nov Courier should have picked up 7 Nov within office hours. Courier arrived at 18.07pm when Business Centre closed and in darkness. Query re second call not responded to. Finally cancelled order with Parcel Monkey and requested refund as delivery required by Fri 9th Nov and alternative arrangements had to be made urgently
