Good value but the web site could be easier to use !
Frustrating when you have to go back to change something and then have to re-enter all the information on the later pages.

Excellent service. Dropped at Post Office and then tracked it to delivery - even had a pic of the receiving signature. It went by ParcelForce although booking via Parcel Monkey saved money.

box weighed 5.5kg which i have photographic proof of, apparently you weighed it and it’s more or less doubled to 9.5kg...? which of course means i pay more surprise surprise.

it was hard to book because I had questions on the size of my parcel but once I booked it arrived very quickly to the international destination with Parcelforce

Parcel was supposed to be collected by 6pm but wasn’t, and there was no one available on online chat to help and no contact number - it was a very urgent parcel and I feel like customer service should be available after 6pm to assist in these matters

I have read no response Why are you not answering my questions I want to know why i am not entitled to a refund when you have had this parcel on route since august 2018 The package was returned to the courieirs DPD...we collected it at shop The parcel had been repacked and items were missing Please do the right thing I paid insurance on this parcel

Sent a parcel of Christmas gifts to Australia. Royal Mail is pretty expensive so tried parcel monkey to compare - much cheaper! It was easy to send off, much cheaper than Royal Mail and the parcel was delivered to relatives in Australia 6 days later! Very happy.

Whilst ALL courier brokers have their failings (usually as a result of the couriers themselves and their ridiculous and unfair Restricted and Prohibited lists that negates compensation!) Id say ParcelMonkey are reliable and invariably cheaper than their competitors over most standard services ... like ParcelForce. Having to wait for printable labels is infuriating if youre in a rush but thats a small gripe really. They are very helpful and courteous and respond to questions pretty quickly.
I use PM MOST times if I need a courier but its usually drop off services I use. On the odd occasions Ive needed a pick up theres never been a problem... touch wood! If I had to pick fault with them it is over their sizing issue... a few times my measurements have been accurate and within tolerances...but Ive been bumped up to a far more expensive service because my parcel is too big when its not! Ive had this out with them and its because of the charges they get clobbered with by certain couriers when parcel is too heavy or big (volumetric weight!)... they are inclined to be over cautious. In those situations I have had to book elsewhere.
Basically for overall service they are the best of the bunch ... all the issues Ive mentioned (and more!) also apply to most other courier brokers to some extent! Ive saved a fair amount of money over the years ...especially on standard ParcelForce services!

I found the service very unprofessional. I was unable to get in contact with anyone regarding a parcel I sent. They have room for improvment, I hope they do because it could be a great service.

Very bad service from both Parcel Monkey as DX was meant to collect my pallet for the second time and no show again and no contact from them too so very bad service would never use DX again.

Done the job! Need a dedicated trustworthy phone line, also need to give approx time slots for collection. Customer chat unable to advise on either AM or PM collection which in this day and age is poor and un-excusable. Have to be in potentially all day for a collection!!!! Unable to drop item at respective forwarding courier ie parcelforce (even if you work next door to depot). Paid for 24 hour but that does not include collection day so actually took 48 hours. I know people who are still waiting for an apology and refund/ compensation for losing 2 very very large heavy items over 3 months ago. Reluctantly used and advise to always take out insurance. Good luck!!!

Terrible service. Scheduled a collection for Friday Nov 30th. and no one came. Contacted them through the chat and rescheduled for Monday Dec 3rd. When I tracked my parcel it said collection had been attempted and I had to reschedule, again. Now this is a lie as I was working from home and waiting for the collection. When I contacted them again they didn’t care about this and only asked if I wanted to cancel the service, which of course I did. I am extremely disappointed with their service and strongly recommend not to use this company.

I am gutted with the service received. My parcel has not been collected for a week now! The customer services have not responded to my emails despite aiming to reply within next working day. The telephone service assured me that the collection was scheduled on the day I called. This has not happened. Now when I contacted them Parcel Monkey I have been told to cancel the order and place the new one. I would not recommend them.

"customer service" is beyond poor. No phone number or email address, "customer service" is beyond poor. Booked a service on the 22nd November, went to the drop off point 23rd Nov. The service that was booked was a 24 hour turnaround (from UK address to UK address). The following week it had still not been picked up. Contacted customer service, all they kept telling me how sorry they were and how they understood how frustrating is must be for me.... I contacted them everyday to get an update and all I got was how sorry they were and how they understood how frustrating is mus be for me..... It has been at the drop off point for 10 days, I have had to collect the parcel and get another company to make the delivery. At no point have Parcel Monkey updated me with what they have done in order to get this sorted out, nor have they come up with any suggestions on how to deal with this. -I was the one saying that I need to collect it as I cant run a business relaying on someone on the other side of the world not doing anything about this. Have another 3 parcels that was delayed in their deliveries too. The response from parcel monkey how sorry they were and how they understood how frustrating is mus be for me..... Poor poor poor. Stay Clear of them. Not want to recommend them.

This is an excellent method of choosing a courier. Had to return a very large item bought on Amazon. Couldnt have been easier. Parcelforce turned out to be cheapest option on Parcel Monkey. Item taken to post office (EAST SUSSEX) at 2pm and it arrived at destination (BIRMINGHAM) 11am following day. All for £9.
