I dropped off my parcel to post office on thursday morning and I used Parcell force 48h, parcel has been delivered on Tuesday, this is happened many times. Im not happy about that.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely ridiculous service, I requested and paid for a next day collection of a large package with clear instructions to pick up from the building concierge (40 seconds from the front door and clearly sign posted). Instead of concierge instruction as requested the courier gained access to my building and also got up to my floor in a key fob access only lift. This then happened a second time despite 7 emails confirming that the parcel must be picked up from the concierge as the concierge has been put in place to protect the security of the residents from having strangers need to access the building. Also, they wont give a time slot apart from 8am - 6pm which is ridiculous because most people have jobs they have to go to. Ive never experienced a service like it and cant understand how a company cannot communicate to a collection service, clear collection instructions and how a collection person cant follow those instructions. Amazon recommend people use them and I am now telling Amazon that they absolutely should not be recommending them. So much hassle and approx 13 emails just to end up where I started. Do not bother.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Have spent over an hour trying to open a ticket to find out where my parcel is, which 17 days after it was sent still hasnt arrived. Stay away. Its exasperating. Unless you enjoy wasting time and energy getting absolutely nowhere.

Delay with delivery and then parcel left in a neighbours garden in the rain with no notification that it had been left. Found 2 days later. Happily as well wrapped contents survived ... but be warned. The parcel was delivered on the correct day when checked on its progress, but distress caused as no one knew where it was located!

I had a problem trying to access my account to print off my shipping label. Unfortunately the only way of contacting ParcelMonkey is via there super-slow messaging service. After numerous messages back and forth over a 24 hour period, dealing with 6 different people, I finally managed to get someone to send me the shipping label, only just in time for the courier’s pickup. If they provided a contact phone number, a way of actually speaking to someone, I’d give them 4 or 5 stars, but because they don’t, I found the experience too stressful. I’ll certainly never use ParcelMonkey again.

No friction - just no action , 24hr delay on parcel pick up without explanation as I the customer was in the garden all afternoon waiting for the van ...... they never came but completed the paperwork as parcel not available @ address. Do not bother with customer service department but Parcel Force still remains one of the cheapest ways to broker your parcel delivery !?

We have shipped parcel using parcelmonkey - Item was packed perfectly in really strong shipping tube and secured on both ends with closing plastic cups - staples - tape and bubble wrap. On its way to customer parcel has been opened and content damaged. We have reported that and asked for a refund providing all photos and proof of value etc as per their request. Claim has been rejected - of course parcelmonkey did not inform us why. So I assume that you can use it as it is cheap but in case f any damage or problems it is hard to get any compensation. I would not recommend.

Shopping with this company you will need to take the risk that your card might be charged anytime without telling you . I received an email after the parcel has arrived for a week , on the email it said the parcel is overweight than I declare ,so they made the charged on the credit card I used when I booked the service. And yet without notify me first , without any image proof that it is mine parcel overweight (could be someone else). I have been contacting this company back and forth , they insist they have done nothing wrong ! That is ridiculous ! Ive never said I refuse to pay , but you have to provide me the image it is my parcel plus notify me first !! Not like this charge the card without telling me . SO do you think it is safe to provide your card while book service on this website ??? I would say not safe at all , they can just charge your card without any proof ! It means they have stored every card details you or me provide! How unsecured it is ! so please everyone Think through before you book the service with them !

Great. Saves a little money using Parcel Monkey for Parcelforce rather than going direct, even with Parcelforce Rewards4u. Takes a little while for your label to get emailed over. One word of caution: if your parcel isnt delivered on time, Parcelforce wont reimburse you the % of costs because the order was processed by a third party. Luckily theyre pretty good so its only happened the once.

Ridiculously poor service. I sent my parcel on 15 of August and it was lost or stolen. I think the majority of staff are gypsy. Now 5 different people replying to me back for the past 8 days with the same message that they are investigation the issue. Common. it is already almost 2 months and I still dont have any support from this shambles and no refund ether. NEVER use this company BIG fakers.

I have been waiting at home for 3 days now for 2 mattresses to be collected via Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey which are filling up my hallway. They are unable to track the courier or contact them by phone so you cannot get any indication as to whether they are actually anywhere nearby or going to bother coming. I have had to rely on 2 other family members to come and sit in the house when I have had to go out to collect my children. Very outdated service when other companies can track vans and tell you where in the pickup queue you are and give you a time slot better than 8am - 6pm. I will not be using this service again.

Very bad service , when you ask them to investigate the parcel they just tell you what you can see by yourself on courier’s website . 3 different people replying and being confused . Definitely don’t recommend for international shipping.

DO NOT USE this Company under any circumstances read reviews first! We sent a parcel very well packaged with fragile tape and they still managed to break it, they get you to take out extra insurance then dont compensate as its in their list of items which they dont guarantee! We are now £200 out of pocket. The list is massive im surprised there is anything that they are willing to compensate if they damage it!! Make sure you read their Terms and Conditions before you send anything with this rip off company!! Oh and they have also banned me from their Facebook page because I wrote this review on there which has now been deleted!!

They allowed the courier to lose my parcel after warning them at least 20 times (no exaggeration!) to avoid this from happening. Imagine that! They kept on apologising after every mistake they made. Note: They made dozens. Apologies yes, action to resolve the issue no. It is quite amazing that this rent-seeking company can continue to exist. They dont have a phone number and they dont read earlier correspondences you have with them. It makes communication absolutely dreadful and unproductive. It is almost as if they commit their many errors intentionally... I am now waiting for their CEO to respond to my email. If I get nothing back, it sadly will be time to take them to court and involve the press. Please be warned, consider your choice for shipping carefully.

Total Shambles - sent a parcel to South Africa via DPD priority service that is supposed to take 3-4 days. Still hasnt arrived and staff at Parcel Monkey are useless! Its already nearly 3 weeks late but when I ask for my compensation and insured amount to be refunded all they tell me is were waiting for updates from the courier! Quite clearly my tracked parcel has been lost in transit......Contacted the CEO via Linked In and no response from him either! AVOID AVOID AVOID..!
