Appalling service. Only gave 1 start because there is no option for 0. Parcel dropped off correctly labelled 10 days ago and not picked up by them, even though their own tracking system says it was. Utter confusion and they werent in the slightest bit interested in resolving it. Once picked up it will still "take 3 - 5 working days to get to you - cant give you an exact date!". Worst courier I have ever experienced!

The underlying worth of any commercial operation is how the Company in question responds when things are not going to plan. In this respect, Parcel Monkey is utterly useless, as the e-mail customer service on offer might as well not exist. They don’t actually know when something has gone awry and once informed, appear unable to influence the course of events in any meaningful sense at all - being simply an echo chamber parroting whatever line the particular courier has fed them. Additionally, I agree with another commenter on this thread that Parcel Monkey are ‘scammers’, as they actively collude in the sharp practices undertaken by their couriers which are tantamount to fraud, if not very actually fraud. The imposition of additional charges where none are warranted is especially egregious. Its all in the terms and conditions may ultimately may make Parcel Monkey feel better but the knowledge of having been scammed via sharp practice is still as plain as day for all of us who experienced it.

Easy booking process courier company collected the next day and even texted the time frame of when they would be collecting then delivered the following day to customer and fully tracked. Wont use anyone else in future.

Absolutely great!! Parcel picked up next day from booking, delivered day after, driver was really nice and polite.
Someone could say that is how things work but i had such an awful experience with Yodel a week ago that i just got genuine dreads from courier companies.
I am truly happy with Parcel Monkey and do recommend them.

Royalmail sent package to wrong address & advised me to request a full refund from Parcelmonkey for the trouble i had been through, Parcelmonkey eventually agreed to a refund but never followed through with it, i will use another courier in future and avoid Parcelmonkey!
