Parcelmonkey will not use them again. Very poor customers service and chat live is like talking to a pair of socks. I booked a parcel online to be delivered on Saturday but what do I get next working day. I contacted them but not a helpful one. I have to chased my selected courier Tuffnells to delivered my parcel for Saturday. A very helpful man call James in Oxford branch put a message to a night manager in Middlesex to ask and keep an on my parcel. I contacted Middlesex branch and spoken to a lady call Lyn another greatful service she assured me that the night manager is very aware of my request. That I originally booked for Saturday delivery through Parcelmonkey. Thank you very much Night Manager to make it happen my parcel has been delivered on Saturday. Tuffnells staffs would like to say thank you very much for a superb service. Sadly I won’t be using Parcelmonkey in the future I will go directly to Tuffnells parcel service.

Use ParcelMonkey. Theyre great!
Ive previously used ParcelForce directly, with an account and Parcel2Go to send around 30 parcels a week for a small on line business.
Ive found Parcel Monkey to be excellent. The website is easy to use, and when something goes wrong (rarely) they are quick to resolve it (hours rather than days) and efficient. Things do go wrong and its how a company deals with it that sets them apart. ParcelMonkey own the problem and solve it.
I contrast them with Parcel2Go who were unutterably dreadful and didnt seem to care. Even going to the extent of denying they were offering a courier service!
Try ParcelMonkey they seem to be people who care about their business and deserve success on the back of it.

I used parcel monkey to send a parcel to my daughter in Australia, it was collected at out local post office and was delivered to my daughters address within 6 days. Excellent service. No hassle and was able to track my parcel at all times! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone else!.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Government need to take a look at this service. Parcel was never collected . Been rescheduled by the company 3 times . Refund coming after two weeks . Waste of money and time . Will never ever use you again . And will make sure you getting enough investigations what for you taking payments of people

I have given them 2 stars for answering Today 21 september 2018 recoeved a response Paecel monkey says they will refund the amount it cost me to send ..it which was 35 pounds I insured my parcel... do the right thing parcel monkey dont try to rip the custo.er as my satutory rights are now being affected by you Not good ethics

I am currently trying to deal with Parcel Monkey - there is no contact telephone number, and every time I raise a complaint a different person deals with it, I have been given 2 different tracking numbers for the same parcel - I have no idea where it is, and no one will contact me over the phone, I have been using parcel monkey for some time, but based on this experience I will not use them again - I think it’s probably quicker and cheaper to deal direct with the courier company.

I have used this company for over 4 years now . They are very good at what they do and their system is very easy to use, BUT we have had a few parcels which have either gone missing or delivered to the wrong place. On one occasion we had a parcel delivered to USA instead of Newcastle ! Once you do have a problem it is very difficult to sort it out , as the only way you can contact them is via email. Tracking was not very good, parcel got delayed but no reason given.paid for next day delivery, sent Friday morning 7.30am got to my customer the following Tuesday. Went via DPD

I always check out Parcel Monday when sending parcels Worldwide and UK, their service is exactly as explained, no issues with collection, tracking or delivery todate. I like that I can see the progress and that the cost is as quoted. I have used the service to deliver to Australia, Italy, Norway with absolutely no problems at all

Great service - picked up and delivered with no issues from UK to Germany. The only slight annoyance is on the day of pickup, you dont know when theyll arrive - any time between 8am and 6pm. Fine if youre able to stay home, but inconvenient otherwise.
