Not good at all booked 24 hr got by the watching of the tracking it got sent to wrong deposit mils away sat fir over 24hrs there altogether it took over 3 days ..the recipient of the parcel was not happy as they had to go to work and had to pay someone to be there for the £800 insurance parcel ..not happy not the 1st time in the last few months not doing my eBay account any good and I have for years sent my Grandchildrens Xmas presents well I net trusting it this year I have had them sent straight from retailers let them have the headache..sorry buck your Ideas up or I will sadly stop using you ...

Very good. Booked with ParcelForce through Parcel Monkey at a greatly reduced cost. Parcel dropped off at Post Office. All shipping by ParcelForce.

Smooth pick up and delivery of the packages. The packages arrived earlier than expected. The price was low and the service reliable. Possibity for the packages to be paid in advance online, which was very helpful in my situation.

booked a next day service but my parcel arrive 2 days late and when I complained I was told "2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on"

I booked for a next day delivery which took two days. The tracking page had the wrong dates on it the whole time and took at least 2 hours to update once something had happened. And I have received feedback from the receiver to say the box looked like it had been dropped from a high building or run over. I made sure the box was a good strong box with a lot of tape before leaving the office. It is awful that the parcel was not only late but damaged too.

Sent parcels to USA from France all contents destroyed personal possessions for my son from his late fathers estate which cannot be replaced. It appears that I purchased insurance which was not worth a light as I did not read small print and now they have taken more money out of my account for goodness knows what take care if you use them
