I was absolutely delighted to discover Parcel Monkey. I had to send an extremely large parcel from the Isle of Wight to Devon. Some of the quotes received from other carriers were very expensive and others would not handle such a large item. Parcel Monkey, along with ParcelForce, provided a very reasonable quote and an excellent service. I could track my parcel through the various stages of its journey which included a second delivery attempt and the recipient was not at home. Thank you. First class

Awful service. Didn’t get the bike courier I paid for. Couldn’t track the parcel for me. Driver went the long way round so took far too long. May as well have taken it myself!

Excellent customer service and courier agency. Always deliver on time for me everytime I have used them especially overseas parcels. Very easy to navigate website and booking page, would highly recommend.

I generally book & pay for the 3-4 day service for European deliveries, however the reality is that it usually take 7-9 days, which is frustrating for my clients. I believe local delivery companies are probably letting them down. However I have found the customer service/live chat is pretty good and any dealings I have had with delayed consignments they do answer quickly [but not always efficiently] Parcel Tracking does take a lot of guess work out.

Waited and waited for a pick up i had spent over 50 pounds on and courier never arrived. Upon making a few calls it transpired the courier had not been given the job by parcel monkey. 2 days late collecting on a 24 hours service. Utter rubbish!

Very bad customer services. Carrier made a mistake when collecting two parcels that were paid separately but they added the weight and claimed that I put the incorrect weight on one of the orders and charged me extra without asking or disputing it. Instead of dealing with the carrier they keep asking me for things, this is over 2 weeks without contacting the carrier and still asking for the same things. Waste of time and money.

Obviously no communication between parcel monkey and dpd, 3 days in a row my parcel was not collected and when it was it was a day early to when arranged, they also came to pick up the same Parcel the day after. A lot of my time was wasted and the amount of stress I felt during the whole process wasnt worth the service in the slightest.

Good service using dpd delivery very reliable and fast. No problem with parcel monkey on this delivery. Of course if there is a problem thats when you find out how good the service is.

They are cheapest delivery company for a reason, be aware this is the only company that does not insure Laptops/PC/Monitors and many other staff, basicly they dont insure anything, but they charge you for insurance ! stay away from them if you send something insured !

Terrible. Do not use. Lost parcel, took 2 months of chasing to get an answer. Will not be using them again. Customer service appalling, no proactive contact. No contact at all when asked for reimbursement. Stay well clear of parcel monkey!

The collection service was excellent. But we were charged nearly £6 extra because they decided that the weight of the parcel should be 14kg, based on its dimensions, instead of the actual 8kg!! We had already paid £68!

The only parcel we ever disputed. Whenever we asked about it they always said they are waiting for an answer from the depot. However after making us wait for weeks. Finally they said NO claim.
