Absolutely brilliant. I priced package to republic of Ireland from UK at £66 with parcel force. But parcel monkey did same for £16 and great service/updates. And get this ... they used parcel-force! So same courier, great service at much reduced price.

Absolutely fantastic service a 23 kg parcel collected when arranged & delivered in 5 days to austraila with no breakages, & also the tracking is fab. I would definately be using parcel monkey again we cant fault them.

Since the parcel monkey has replied to my review and hence I do not have a direct way of replying Im wring this new review. The refund was meant to be done on the 19th November as it says 3-5days, it was not done. Every time when contacting them the answer was our refund team will be in touch with you shortly. Never got back to me till I chat with them and notified them Im going to tale legal action and demanded for all the chat transcripts, then someone from refund team send me an email, asking me to accept the refund, where as the link that has to click on goes to "page not found" I have proof for all these. if someone needed Im more than happy to forward. Then again said that is ok and its going to take another 3working days to refund. There is no one knows whats going on or actin dumb so that if someone is willing to hassle much, they keep the money. That is what this monkey companys policy. Up until not (21st November 2018 10.33 am local time) money has not been refunded to my bank. Who ever replied to my previous review is just trying to whitewash the company name, with false claims.

Sent a package to family in Denmark which arrived just a few days after dropping it off at my local post office. Shipping costs were vert reasonable, cheaper than other online quotes. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

When I booked delivery, it said 2 days but took nearly a week and was an urgent customer order. I emailed their customer service and had no response. Not impressed!

The last parcel was booked with Parcel Force on a 24 hour service. They didnt collect it and it took 5 days before they did. The week after. Maybe the normal driver was off work! Normally good service.

Collection late. Driver lie that he said he came to collect the item 7:30 am & no one respond. I asked him did you ring the bell ? he said yes but i did not hear....Also asked him why you did not ring me & you got my phone numberr. Later i checked CCTV there is no one came & knock my door or drive way but i saw on the road many parcel force red van gone threw on my street.But no one stop & came my home. Also paid for 24 hours its received withing 48 hours. Pour service.

Sent a parcel internationally and arrived a couple of days late, then got an email from Parcel Monkey stating the weight of the package was 14kgs heavier than stated when booked, absolute rubbish, I had weighed the parcel accurately before it was sent, and got charged an extra £14 because of this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you have been warned

Good reliable collection and delivery service but needs a notification system as the better couriers have to save you waiting in all day for a delivery or collection I would be prepared to pay extra not to wait around for 8 hours
