13 days and still waiting for my refund of over £40. Just beyond ridiculous and nobody responds via chat, once theyve got your money its hello silent treatment. Have to wait 15 days to claim the money back via my bank but seriously why do you put people through this, all I wanted to do was send a parcel which you couldnt honour yet still took the money and left me chasing you and my bank for weeks on end to rectify this. Just the worst company Ive ever dealt with.

Works fine, takes a little care to be sure youre getting what you need, e.g. insurance level of cover, but once you have the service you need it works well.

Absolutely delighted with service, took parcel to the Post Office on Monday morning and delivered to the address in the Republic of Ireland on Thursday afternoon and able to track parcel on the way. Brilliant!!! Sent Santa letters to my grandsons on Tuesday same week and its Sunday now and not delivered yet and they went airmail.... Ah!!!!!!!!!
Well done!!!!! Id definitely use this firm again and recommend them highly...

This was so easy - I had a very large parcel and to find that the search re weight, size and cost was so simple to follow - the parcel was collected from my house at 13.30 and delivered nearly 200 miles away by 09.30 the next day at a very reasonable charge

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Booked a 3-5 day tracked service, Tracking did not work , parcel remained undelivered 12 days later, On line chat is the only means of communication, apart from emails which are ignored. The online chat staff were polite but achieved absolutely nothing . Very frustrating . Was advised to clink a link to request a refund, link did not work. Next time I need a delivery service I will deal direct with a carrier. I have totally wasted my time and money dealing with Parcel a Monkey, sorry for such a bad review but I’m only being honest and the email to connect me to this link is the only email Parcel Monkey have ever bothered to send to me, how ironic is that.
