I have used this service (Trakpak through Parcelmonkey, collection at an address of my choice) 3 times. It only worked the first time. The second time nobody turned up. Fine, it was snowing and the weather was awful, but the online chat support people refused to discuss the possibility that the courier may not turn up until after 6pm, by which point I had wasted an hour waiting around in a cafe outside my now locked workplace hoping the driver would eventually appear. I then walked home in the snow dragging the heavy parcel with me. The next day I was working from a different site and they refused to just change the delivery address, insisting I do a refund and then another order. I refused to do this as there was no guarantee that would not happen again. I was issued a refund, found a different courier, and was forced to ASK for an apology as none was provided. The replies I was getting from the chat were so standardised I was not actually sure I was talking to a real person half the time. Why did I decide to give this service another chance? Its the cheapest (for a reason), and I guess I thought the weather was mostly to blame. So I tried again. Nobody turned up, but in the evening I found a message on my account saying "collection missed as the parcel was not ready". What had actually happened was that the courier had driven to my workplace (which has a camera linked to the buzzer and a receptionist on site 8-5) around 10.30, and not tried to get in or contact me in any way. I had my phone on loud and nobody tried to call me. I then went on to reschedule the delivery for the following Monday. ParcelMonkey support did that no problem, but I could not leave a message to the driver as that would mean printing a new label which I did not have the chance to do. So I tried to ring Yodel, the actual couriers. They would not talk to me because, apparently, there was no name on the parcel and they would have been in breach of GDPR to discuss this with me (????). I got so fed up I cancelled again. On the Monday, Yodel turned up anyway - I didnt give them the parcel, as I was worried that once the cancellation would go through it would end up abandoned in a warehouse somewhere before getting to its destination. I am regretting that now. Again, no apology from ParcelMonkey, and one week later my parcel is still sat here, and my refund is nowhere to be seen. Will never use one of these services again, and will have to pay extra to drop them off at a collection point myself, to save me the incredible amount of fuss, stress and hassle. Shambolic.

I trusted Parcel Monkey to book a parcel with Parcelforce Worldwide to the USA. The parcel arrived in the USA and delivery attempted by USPS, PFWs US partner but was never collected and should have been returned to us. It has gone missing in August and any attempt to open a claim for the lost item has been blocked by Parcel Monkey at every turn, with excuses ranging from non-communication from the carrier to "its being processed for return". No, it is lost, USPS have admitted they dont know where it is. Parcel Money refuse to open a claim with Parcelforce so I have no option by to take Parcel Monkey to court for the cost of the lost parcel. Do not use them if you value your sanity or want to be given the run around for weeks and weeks.

parcel arrived in good order and on the day stated. I have sent many parcels to turkey and a lot have not been delivered. So I was a little worried. but this parcel had no problem. Thank you . I Will definately be using this service again

I prepared a parcel for delivery from the UK to the USA. I checked and listed the contents as requested and after a full week the parcel travelled 10 miles down the road to the depot, looks like it was kicked around a bit and was then returned to me! No contact number on the Parcel Monkey website so I wish I had just booked this service direct with Parcelforce as it would have been much easier.

Parcel Monkey reference PM668740 Although chronically ill myself, I am full time carer for my sick husband, and due to our multiple health issues, we are quite reliant on internet services. Our adult son lives in Sydney, and we recently used Parcel Monkey to ship a parcel with gifts for our baby Grandsons first birthday. Only we didnt - because the parcel never arrived and was held in DPDs Swansea Depot for 10 days before eventually it was returned to me. I only knew the parcel didnt arrive when I checked with my family in Oz. We are all very disappointed to miss the babys big day, and now, since the parcels return here on Monday, having spent hours on time consuming email messages and telephone calls - involving both companies, I am excessively hacked off. Neither Parcel Monkey, or DPD willingly co-operated with me to resolve the issues, with both businesses each blaming the other for the mix up. DPD Export team will not speak to me and are not prepared to offer any further explanation, let alone compensation because I booked their courier service through Parcel Monkey. So although they now admit the error, which they say is a Parcel Monkey IT glitch , I have been forced to become increasingly bad tempered and persistent in order to finally receive a promise from Parcel Monkey (via their useless Life Chat message support system) that they will issue a refund for the cost of (non) delivery. I paid over £25 for this service, but to date, have not received the promised communication from the Refund Team, or seen any sign of the refund, which frankly is the very least they should be offering. So I have just paid (again) to resend the parcel to my dear little grandson, obviously way too late for his birthday. I used Royal Mail this time and wish I had done so in the first place. It was cheaper, and as the man in the Post Office says, Royal Mail at least will admit their errors and always adequately compensate any disappointed customers. I am so disappointed and upset about this - not only by the combined, initial failure to deliver the parcel on time, but more so now by Parcel Monkeys refusal to accept responsibility, and/or to respond appropriately. I would leave 0 rating if it was an option.

I have been using parcel moneky since 2016 and have sent over 50 parcels through them. BUT NO MORE. The minute there is a problem, you cannot talk to anyone on the phone, and they just do not care. I sent a item I made to a customer, within days it was obvious that there was something wrong, they gave me 2 different courier company tracking numbers which was not who I had opted to use, eventually they agreed the parcel was lost and now they will only refund my postage cost. I will have to refund the customer his cost so I am out of pocket £70 - DO NOT use Parcel Moneky - go direct to the courier company you will get a quicker repsonse as they will not be in the middle, plus it will be cheaper - They dont deserve any stars but I had to give 1 - I have already given them a bad review and they said "Our Management team are looking into this directly and will be in touch soon." needles to say no one from their managment team has been in contact...useless - DO NOT USE THEM

It’s is good but communication wise you don’t hear anything from you regarding pick up, and the fact my parcel is still awaiting approval from customs but hasn’t done anything in last 4 days it’s quite annoying with not being told a thing as to why. But other than that it did get to where I currently am quick but waiting around for something I need urgent is a pain.with the no communication it’s quite stressful.

Service was immediate for pickup but delivery was slow as it went to the wrong depot and had to be redirected, therefore did not meet my delivery expectations.

We sent out a large parcel on a 24hour service we chose Tuffnels as they were the cheapest. No one came to pick the parcel up for 2 days and no-one seemed to know anything about the consignment!. We had all our paperwork and they said we should phone Tuffnells about it and on doing that, they knew nothing either. Parcel arrived in 3 days!! Dissapointing

I have been waiting since June for compensation. I used PM to send a dolls house and the carrier was Parcel Force. The house was properly packed in a thick barbecue box filled with bubblewrap. It should not have arrived damaged. PM have said that dolls houses are not covered but they are as I checked with PF. I have waited long enough to be paid out

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM! They refused to send my parcel after they had collected it. Then they asked for money to return the parcel to me. They then lost the parcel which was insured through their website. Now they are refusing to pay compensation or refund me for cost of delivery. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!! Please use a different company.

The tracking service provided in your website wouldnt work directly. I had to contact customers service where they provided me with a link to the actual delivery company.. not very straightforward The package arrived ok, though it took a bit longer than expected.
