Im absolutely happy with this company, easy to order, courier pick up the package on next day, very fast delivery even to different countries. I definitely recommend!

Update to a review I wrote 4 days ago. Despite Parcel Monkey telling me that my shipment had been lost and directing me to their claims department, it was found by the courier and has made it to Heathrow. It has taken NINE days to get 45min drive from Buckinghamshire to Heathrow! But I’m just relieved that it has been found to be honest. All the current information I have is from the courier with not a peep out of Parcel Monkey. There is still no tracking information on their website so I cannot confirm if the shipment has begun it’s international phase yet. I have zero faith in Parcel Monkey.

Parcel sent to the wrong depot! I was furious as my son is in hospital and waiting for the parcel! I emailed CUSTOMER SERVICES 4 times with my complaint and did not even get a response. No apology, no compensation and no REFUND! Hence the parcel was TWO days late. I WONT use PARCEL MONKEY in the future and WONT recommend.

Plus: Clear and smooth booking of parcel. Negative: Apparent need of improvement on systems communication in case something does not to plan. Indeed, the first pickup of parcel by parcelforce not successful. No notification was sent of this, and of the subsequent re-scheduling of the pickup via Parcel Monkey website (which was easy to effect after it became clear that re-scheduling had to effected). The re-scheduling was dealt with by parcelforce declaring "parcel not available" and generating a new shipment no. This new shipment number was not passed to the customer. Fortunately, the result was not 2 zombie parcels lost in time and space, but delivery of the real parcel took place in a speedy and safe fashion -- trackable ex-post using the information of the now 2 tracking ids from the stickers on the box. Negative: One would wish a number to call and a person to talk to in such situations. Only contact via emial available. Set up such, that even just sending the message was not possible, though. Not good.

Easy to compare prices with the parcel companies through the Parcel Monkey web site.
Easy to book parcel and download labels.
Very quick service, I took the parcel to the Post office at lunchtime Wednesday and it arrived at its destination in the South West of France at 9.30 am on the Friday.
Tracking easy to use.
Very satisfied with the service and I would definitely use it again.

I sent two boxes from Florida to the UK. 80% of the items I sent were broken in transit. My items were bubble wrapped, and the boxes were packedwith packing peanuts. The large uhaul boxes were crushed. The clothing and cloth items that I sent now have a rank odor to them. I feel like Ive basically paid parcel Monkey $200 to destroy my stuff. I will never use your service again, and I will advertise in every expats group that I belong to that people should never, never, never use this company. Even the packing peanuts were flattened like paper. I have never seen such a horrible shipping job.

Absolutely terrible! I waited in all day and they claim that someone came to another courier. They did not! They claim they put a note through the door. They did not! There is no phone support, so no one to actually contact when things go wrong. I waited in all day as they couldn’t specify a time to collect between 8am-6pm, only for them not to show up. And to top it off it takes 5 days for them to refund me my money. What a joke! I will not be using their “services” again.

Booked Friday afternoon for a package to be picked up by Courier on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday....Email on Tuesday saying package will be collected Thursday for delivery god knows when!!! Took parcel myself 250mile round trip on the Tuesday!! Jokes!!! Will never use again

Save yourself a lot of hassle and headache and dont bother with them. I paid to have a document shipped internationally. One week later, got a message saying the address was "undeliverable" (but I had mailed things there before). They gave me three options: well destroy the item (this was an important legal document), go to Southampton to pick it up (79 miles away), or pay even more to have us return it to you (is that even legal??).

Arranged a collection day and took time off work to wait all day, only to see on line that it stated “tried delivery, customer unavailable”! I didn’t go out all day! Complete lies and bad management! Parcel Force said they would ring and didn’t to rearrange, but came on the off chance the following day, fortunately someone was in!

Very Bad, Do not ever use them. Firstly they the service is very poor, no contact number only online chat unless. I need a answer and solution asap but got delayed three days. Then the packages got sent back to the uk and they ask me fro delivery charge for the return packages where I have to pay another £12 which is ridicules. DO NOT EVER USE THEM.

this is the second time this company has not delivered this parcel that I have paid for (twice!) and now they want me to pay another 15GBP to get it delivered back to me, that is outrageous! I have provided the correct address and a mobile number from the person who has stated they have been in all the time the supposed deliveries were but received no card, no call - NOTHING! This is absolutely disgusting service!!!

Paid for postage online. Entered the correct measurements and weight of the parcel which was a tube with a poster inside. Later received a message from Parcel Monkey to say that Parcelforce had recalculated the volume of the item and decided that it should be charged at a weight of 4.5kg. The original weight given was 1.5 kg so thats over double. Ridiculous for a tube with a poster inside. Parcel Monkey charged me an additional £6.50 which they just took out of my bank account and when I tried to find out how I could complain the website said complaints should be referred to the carrier. Fortunately, my bank refunded me the money as it was cheaper than doing a chargeback. I wont be using Parcel Monkey again - if theres a problem you cant speak to them and they push the problem to the carrier even though you have bought the service from them- and I will steer clear of Parcel Force as their prices are a rip-off compared with other carriers and I have had poor service sending other items. So beware of Parcel Monkey- they like to take your money but if theres a problem they will wash their hands of it and you wont be able to speak to them.

We have always found Parcel Monkey to be professional.
As they are just a broker, they arent involved in the delivery itself, but the goods have always been collected and delivered on time without a problem (we typically select Parcelforce as the courier from the available options).
