Terrible, paid for 2-3 day delivery which never happened.

FAILED FAILED FAILED. collection day 1, FAILED. collection day 2 FAILED. collection day 3 FAILED. Day 1 didnt stand a chance as the carrier was not booked until the following day. Or so they said. Day 2 FAILED because carrier did not have lorry space. Day 3 FAILED again no lorry space. But "MAY" be able to do it in 4 days time! Hmmmm the word MAY sounded alarm bells. In the meantime the MONKIES do nothing but apologise. Like the apology puts everything right. Sarcasm from Nicholas on Monday, "as much as we want to rebook this for last Friday the system wont allow us. Im afraid". LAST FRIDAY. But the system doesnt allow it. Very amusing. I only wish Id seen the sheer volume of poor reviews before I ordered. Then I read they are basically a price comparison site in disguise as a transport supplier.

What can I say "The Best" by a million miles no one comes close. I had never heard of this company before i use it for the first time. some of the so called big companies should take a look at them selves, not only was the website easy to use but also was the cheapest by over £40.

This was the quickest delivery to the USA we have had. Parcel monkey made it smooth and simple. One small thing, as a reminder, the post office required a customs form CP72 which needed the same info as the pro forma customs form. I’m not sure if this was right but went with it.
Parcel monkey was the best value and we will use them again for our Christmas delivery. Thank you for your service

Excellent service, no problems getting a 20 kg parcel collected and delivered from Kent To Oxfordshire at a very fair price, and promptly too. My only issue was that there appeared to be nowhere to confirm the weight once I committed to the purchase, that might have been me overlooking a detail though (be careful with some carriers as substantial penalty charges are made for overweight items). Anyway I need not have worried the transaction was very easy.

I never had such a negative experience with any courrier. Parcel monkey procedures have quite a few gaps for international deliveries and their communication with courriers seem to be broken. Despite following all the instruction provided by survey monkey my parcel never reached the destination, evem more I have been charged £25 to get my parcel returned to me. £50 burnt with Parcel Money. The customer support was not helpful at all to solve this.

AVOID! Beware they will massively overcharge with no warning!!! Have suddenly begun to overcharge me on the last two occasions by hiding behind an automated email stating measurements of item do not measure up weeks after I have sent my item out to my customers. Last overcharge was £52! I have sent approx 20-30 items with Parcel Monkey and their customer service is non existent. I will now take my business elsewhere as Parcel Monkey is a sorry state of a business with no consideration for business users. Shockingly poor.

Very bad service. Parcel ‘lost’ for over a week, no updates from parcel monkey. Hard to get hold of anyone. Though it says everywhere not to contact courier direct I had to do it anyway and they resolved. Sent numerous mails asking for response and refund for failing to deliver on time. Parcelmonkey ignore these. Book with courier direct since and it costs 30% less, the tracking is available and the customer service is improved. Would never use again. Suggest to strongly avoid. Very stressful as I have told them, but they have not assisted or shown any signs of caring. I even contacted CEO by googling as was desperate, got one reply then nothing since despite sending a lot of mails to that address asking for some communication

I cant criticise Parcel Monkey. However, the carrier I chose, Parcelforce, sent my parcel to the wrong depot. Although I paid for a 48 hour delivery, it actually took 96 hours

After 2 weeks of waiting for my parcel to arrive in China (after a 3-5 day service) Website says Unable to deliver parcel, for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! my friend in China has been at home all the time and I gave correct uncomplicated address and nobody came to deliver anything. I have a feeling the parcel didnt even leave UK same story as happened to others using this awful service! And dont they dare charge me to pay for return of parcel to my delivery address or take ANYTHING FROM MY CARD ! (as they did before saying my parcel was 0.5KG overweight, which it wasnt) AWFUL LIES - DONT USE THEM- WASTE OF MONEY AND PARCEL RISK LOSS!

New to Parcel Monkey, but having sent many packages to the USA using the Post Office and found it both eye-wateringly expensive and not particularly reliable, was keen to investigate alternatives. Parcel Monkey came up after a Web search and was a revelation - various courier options detailed, easy to use and excellent value. My parcel was collected from my home as arranged and arrived safely at its destination just 4 days later. So much cheaper than the Post Office, will definitely use the service again. Brilliant!

PM seem unable to solve the critical issue of senders phone number appearing in place of addressees phone number on the parcel label. This major issue has been occurring for over a year now yet PM seem unable to address it and ignore when this issue is raised repeatedly directly via messaging. I have a six week old correctly addressed parcel that is now being returned to me presumably because of the phone number issue.
