One parcel to Australia very good no problems. Second parcel to Canada still not delivered also asking family in Canada to pay 20 dollars as their is a xmas card in parcel Have used parcel monkey a few times and have always had very good service at a very fair price

I have used parcel monkey for well over 18 months+ I never use anyone else to send parcels. Any issues are very quickly resolved.

Brilliant service - I always use the post office to send gifts to my friend in USA, and it takes 7-10 days to arrive. This year I was quoted £75 by the PO for my parcel. I was advised to try Parcel monkey - which I did. It cost me £33 for the same parcel and it arrived in 3 working days.
I will definitely be using for all future parcels, brilliant service.

Easy to set up, however product damaged on route Parcel Monkey still do not recolate this and has caused many problems. Very unhappy customer who has racked up a large phone Ill from trying to sort it out

Sent a 1.3kg package from Portugal to the UK using an express service. I thought itd be 2 days but it was actually less than 24 hours. Was very impressed.

I cannot believe in this day and age that this company can get away with their unbelievable bad service. After booking and paying for a courier on Sunday night for a parcel to be picked up Tuesday and delivered next day I am still waiting for the parcel to be picked up (Wednesday night) after numerus emails to this company nothing has happened, They keep on telling me that it has been picked up or telling me they will look into it. I have asked them twice for the money back but no joy so far. Please stay clear of this company as you will get burned. I will be taken this further if I do not get an apology and my money back. If minus stars were available they would get them

Parcel collection and delivery service is prompt and excellent. However I do not understand their weighing method that results in additional charges no matter how accurately I weigh (say 11kg) and round up (say 15kg), and I get notification of higher precise measurement (of 20kg). The additional charges get deducted from your credit/debit card. Not happy with that.

The Parcel Monkey Interface was straight forward to use and provided information quickly about which firm and for what price my package could be collected and then delivered to my home. The whole arrangement seemed to work without any hitches and I received my package a 2-3 days later. First time that I have ever used arrangement but would certainly repeat custom should need arise again.

I have a parcel whichwas not picked up after scheduling with them and paying for it and they never reached out to let me know. The merchant in the city where it is sitting emailed me after 6 days saying the never picked it up. I emailed parcel monkey and they say sorry you have to reschedule the pick up, which is ridiculous, but thats beside the point. When I go to reschdule it says I ahve to talk to them to do this bc it has already been reschduled once, which is not accurate. Their system is through email and I have to wait hours to hear back. At this rate, if they ever resolve it my parcel will miss being delivered in time for Christmas. Also, parcel monkey should be covering this cost of shipping for this terrible error.
