Very unhappy with they’re services Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Easy to use, price was over £100 cheaper than any other service, was sceptical as other user reviews not fantastic. However I cannot fault the service at all, prompt pick up and delivery, no problems at all and very easy website to use.

Great in every way, however an email saying the parcel has been received would of been great. When you click the link to track your parcel, it tells you. But I personally feel an email would be great.

Unfortunately this is the second time in a short period I have experienced a problem using Parcel Monkey. Ive been selling online and posting overseas for 18 years and had no damaged or lost items until I started using Parcel Monkey. First time a parcel was damaged but they refused to send me photos of the damage or return the item to me. No refund. I then decided to try them again as much cheaper than Parcelforce, however, again the parcel arrived smashed, photos were emailed to me from my customer and one side of the parcel was really damaged, looks like a very heavy parcel had been put on top of my box even though lots of fragile tape visible. As I send antiques I am not covered for damage, only loss. I wrap very well and as mentioned have not had any damaged or lost items prior to using Parcel Monkey. Make your own mind up but would say if posting a cheap jumper or similar then fine use them but would avoid if you can help it.

I booked a next day collection and delivery for a large item that needed to be back at a supplier. Was charged over £80 for the service. Told collection would be Friday and printed of the label for the box. Friday came and went, NOTHING happened. Then told the earliest they can now arrange collection is Tuesday, 1 day after the parcel should have been delivered. When i asked about compensation for the failure of the arrangement i was basically told to go forth and multiply!

Appalling service! I was billed additional charges as a result of Parcel Monkeys error and then received no assistance in resolving the issue. FYI, your credit card details are held by the company!
