Ok overall Pros: Easy to compare prices and book, and competitive quotes too. Cons: My parcel arrived late (4 working days for a 48 hour service), and after contacting Parcelmonkey they just fobbed my off, saying it was delivered, and they ignored my request for delay compensation which I was entitled to.

We had quite good experience with Parcel Monkey. The initial process was easy to understand and do, just print off the label and post the parcel. Here, the only issue I found, that when you provide international delivery, the address should accept foreign characters too, otherwise it can end up somewhere else…The parcel was delivered in time, but the addressee didn`t expect it on that day based on the tracking site, noone let her know it was going to be delivered – it is still in the depot according to the track, days after delivery… Other than that I am happy with the service and will use Parcel Monkey again.

The package was picked up ok, but was delivered 2 days late. The tracking number did not work and the only way to communicate with parcel Monkey is by chat and email. The people dealing with the problem do not understand what they are doing. They sent to courier company back to pick up the items that were already picked up and were not able to provide me with any information as to where the package was, or even if the courier had it in their system. Not worth the worry, do yourself a favour and spend a bit more money and deal with the Organ Grinder not the monkey. While I am sure that there are many successful deliveries, it is only when there is a problem that you find out how good any company is.

I wrote a previous review warning people about this company. I got a response on the website from the company stating that I would receive compensation for my parcel however the company will not respond to me. They have not refunded me or compensated for the parcel that they lost. I just want to warn others because in my experience what is written on here by the company is not in anyway the truth or followed through on. I am still hoping they will do the right thing but I am losing hope as it has now been 3 months. It is looking like they are going to force me into legal action which I am still hoping to avoid.

delivered within 2 days from England to Germany. I was quoted £42.00 to send Royal Mail and you delivered it under £14. Big difference

Large heavy parcel was collected the following day and arrived safely in New Zealand a week later. Very easy website to use. Much cheaper than booking with the courier direct. Simple and easy process .. would recommend.

Never Again! It took 2 weeks to track down where my parcel was after an attempted delivery. Ended up phoning company who collected parcel to track it for me and were very efficient as they contacted their equivalent in the EU and provided me with the relevant tracking numbers to enable collection from a local office. I would not use a comparison site again for international post.

Brilliant service, I knew exactly when and where my parcel was, everything on the site was easy to understand and the courier picked up my parcel when they said they would. I had never sent a large item by courier before and this made my first experience very easy, shall use again!

Excellent service, pick-up times broken down into hourly slots for extra convenience, speedy delivery, my parcel arrived 2 days earlier than the expected date, and tracking service also excellent. Price for UK to France delivery was very reasonable too.

I left instructions where specifically to leave the package in a safe place if the recipient wasnt at home. She wasnt.. the instructions were ignored and the package taken back to the depot which caused problems to our business.

What can I say,placed my pick up in UK and delivered to me in Crete (GREECE) 5 days later,slightly heavier than i had been told from sender,and still arrived intact I cannot praise this company more,and will be using them more in the future,thanks guys A+++++

Parcel Monkey Are 100% USELESS So we had an important business client who needed a item delivered within 2 days to Europe from UK. Parcel monkey quoted 2 days. YET DELIVERED IT AFTER 10 DAYS. They then refused to offer any refunds or compensation because there terms and conditions state that the timelines mean NOTHING! Please read the reply below and judge yourself. Many of our terms mimic the couriers so please take note of the following two terms. 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. 2.7. You will be responsible to ensure that the correct Goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date. You should ensure that you or a trusted representative are physically present at the time of collection. The company shall not be liable for late collections, including those from Post Offices, courier depots or store locations unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date of goods were scheduled to be collected or dropped off on. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused to you. HOW USELESS ARE PARCEL MONKEY. Not to also mention my first bad experience with them where I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We sent over £200.00 worth of goods which for some reason they could not deliver. We got no notice in regards to this and was told sorry your goods have been destroyed and we are not liable as they was not delivered
