Having used Parcel Monkey before really disappointed that a parcel could not be delivered to a London address apparantly several attempts were made. I was not called to say there was a problem we had to chase our parcel which was sent back to the carrier and now we have been asked to pay more than the price we paid in the first place to have it returned to us!!!??? So far from impressed will not be using Parcel Monkey again in the future.

Please note that we are a price comparison site and there for relay information to the courier. I can see that our team have been in contact with in regards to your order, any further question on this matter they will be able to assist. Kind regards Jack Again no acceptance of poor service, PM are just sorry I’m disappointed. I do note that you’re a price compairson site, however the issue is that none of your couriers will accept communication about an issue with a collection or delivery. Therefore you move beyond just being a price compairsion site and are the courier service, irrespective of whether you carry out the collection or delivery. If you don’t want any correspondence with your customers - other than taking their money - over an issue, change your terms with the courier company’s so that they can provide reasoning and solutions to poor customer service. Missing a collection date by 5 days with no reason ever given is not acceptable, so don’t try to pass off PM’s responsibility when you are the sole point of contact for customers over their collection / delivery. Take responsibility for your service and please stop trying to make out that I’ve missunderstood your business model and am at fault in this process.

I had to chase up when the courier had not arrived for a collection on time only to find out that a driver had not even been allocated to the job and that I would have to wait an additional four hours - defeating the point of the urgent booking I had made.

I got a quote directly from the courier to send a parcel to the USA from London. The courier was more expensive than booking it directly via Parcel Monkey. And the parcel arrived in 3 days. Very happy

I have used Parcel Monkey for international deliveries many times and very happy with their excellent service. Tracking system is so good and I have been impressed by the prompted delivery each time.

Parcels not collected at drop off point. Should make it clear regularity of times parcels will be collected, 12hrs later is not acceptable. Overall not that impressed with DpD service, they need to sharpen their tracking service. Customer care is diabolical!

Dont use this company. They took my parcel and lost it. Then have been messing me around not responding and saying the claim is being processed for compensation. They parcel was insured through parcel monkey at extra cost to me. They then claimed that I will not receive compensation as the parcel contained banned items. When I asked what these items were they stated personal effects. I discussed this with consumer affairs and basically was told that this is a scam so that they can keep parcels or return them at cost to the consumer. However when I asked them to return mine they told me it had been lost. The banned items were apparently books and clothes. I think this company will be in trouble for fraudulent behaviour and I would avoid them at all cost.

I have booked a collection twice and it has not been collected I am now trying for a third time and looks unlikely to happen as its now 5.13pm. I have contacted support several times and all they say is wait till 6 and then when they dont arrive book it again. I havent been able to get reason why the courier hasnt arrived. I will never use Parcel Monkey or Courier again.

Avoid like the plague! I use these guys to send a small parcel to China 2 months ago. We contact them daily and they cannot give any information as to the where about of the parcel. The poorest service I have ever received

God help you if you deal with these people! First red flag should be that they have no telephone number to call in case of an issue! Also, 2 orders I had with them both went horribly wrong! Firstly, an item broken in transit by courier I had to claim for, they need pictures of the damage in order to claim!!! How on earth do you provide that when you sent the parcel that wasn’t broken- you cannot claim without pictures! Also, they claim that couriers who do not arrive, pick up items that never left and do not bother to try to investigate this occurrences! Steer well clear of this company, they literally do not know how to communicate- hence no contact details for them!

Bad!! I weighed my items paid for it and sent them. DPD collected it and it was delivered from the UK to AUS within 5days.. THEN.. I get notification from my bank... and an email from parcel monkey saying they are taking £41 extra as they say my 5kg parcel is 15kg..... NO phone number to contact them just emails.. NOT HAPPY

We have used Parcel Monkey several times now and every time the service is second to none. They pick up the day they say and our parcel arrived here in France on the Monday , was picked up late Thursday afternoon. A much better service than if we had purchased items from companies and they had sent, this way we buy what we want and send it to family who then pack it for us and we organse the pick up. Easy peasey, thank you Parcel Monkey

great services. Easy to use and relatively cheaper than other. would recommend it 100%. Only problem is its not clear which country they can ship to. There is no indication for that, you just have to try and see if it asks you to pay.
