Once again I can only say that my experience of Parcel Monkey was first class
Delivery was made in 3 days and one of those days was a Sunday
Would certainly be recommending and using this service again

Bought the service for delivery in 4-5 days delivery. Estimated delivery date given but parcel was not delivered on time. When i spoke with customer service through webchat they informed me that my delivery was planned for almost a week later. So as I complained they send me an email arranging a next day delivery that didnt happen either. Had to wait for their initial planned date(which was not the one provided to me initially) Complete waste of money and time. Could spend less money for the same service. And avoid all hassle to be on the phone chasing my parcel. Sent one via Royal Mail a day after this parcel and it got to its destinanation 2 days before.

The reviews appear to good for this company. However, encounter a problem and you will have BIG problems. I’m sorry to say the Support Centre replies do not address the problem. To date I am unable to understand the replies from four different support people none of which answer my problem, questions/concerns. I have resorted to sending an email to the address listed on Trustpilot - no acknowledgement of receipt and no reply has been received to date. As other reviewers have pointed out Parcel Monkey does not have a telephone number so they remain detached from normal business practices.

Was waiting all day at home call at 6.30 pm if someone is coming to pick up the parcel as I took day off from work. They insured the driver is coming call another 3 times for sure the driver is coming and in the end waiting still at 8.30 pm the driver didnt come. Next day without saying sorry or explanation why the the driver didnt come told me to reebok the collection for another. I cant take off days from work.! Crazy?

Not only the cheapest, but the fastest. First time, delivery arrived 4 days before expected delivery date. Also did not have to pay custom charges which is very rare for Indonesia.

Not good when tracking reverts after 4 days saying its back at the Post office you shipped it from, clearly a glitch in system but not good as a customer, appears to be back in Italy !! Thanks for my time I wasted chasing things!

I use Parcel monkey. Had one bad experience when goods arrived damaged. Still trying to resolve problem. Evon though there was a £60 insurance on goods. Didnt look good for my reputation as a seller..

Used them 3 times. twice excellent.on one occasion took a while to get to destination abroad.but it got there .it was Christmas so if sending at Christmas give a bit extra time as Spanish delivery where very busy
