Providing the delivery goes smoothly then Parcelmonkey gives an excellent service..however...should the delivery encounter snags due to damage then Parcelmonkey are not as easy to deal with as they should be...so that is why the rating is a guarded 4 star...their public relations and customer service department are difficult to deal with and require endless amounts of photographic and other evidence in support of a claim. The delivery form is simplicity itself and the webpage easy to use but beware of courier damage!

Awful. Paid extra for Insurance. Part of item missing and told me item wasnt packaged properly yet courier gladly accepted it. 2 weeks of slow replies to get told to pay more delivery after they found item.

Parcel monkey are THE WORST service I have ever come across, damaged 3 external composite doors when delivered to us, I am 60 years old and have used many companies in my time but Parcel Monkey are by far THE WORST they don’t reply to messages, e mails or texts, just send a stupid ticket just to annoy you and they don’t have ANY PHONE lines so you can’t contact them, please stay clear of Parcel Monkey. BTW I would have given NO STARS if I could

Parcel collected and delivered on time.
The only thing that slightly spoiled it is that the printed labels are not very good, as the description print covered part of the recipients name and address.
Otherwise, very happy.

Always tends to bring up dpd as the top result which is ideal as it’s 1-2 day delivery a local drop off to my house with full tracking and signed for delivery it’s simply to use all good with me

Used parcelforce to send parcel to Canada, straightforward purchase and prompt arrival of label. Only slight problem is the overcomplicated customs label when the parcel only needed a cn22 but I just printed this myself. Easy to drop parcel at post office and arrived in 5 working days to rural Canada.

Used Parcel Monkey to deliver a parcel to Italy. good price, parcel delivered in the expected time scale. Track and trace worked. One small problem : the system produces two different sets of labels - not sure if both needed on the packet, or is one a receipt for customer? In the event I printed it all twice, put one set of both on the packet, and kept one set. Perhaps instuctions could be clearer for first time users, However, the parcel was delivered without any problem.
