Not a good experience at all! Parcelmonkey did not forward my collection instructions to the courier and the courier could not open the gate and collect the parcel! Tried to call them - Parcelmonkey don’t have a customer telephone number! Wrote to them - no reply! Went directly to Parcel Force - they sorted it all out for me. Why didn’t I go directly to Parcel Force????

I have emailed twice with no reply after 4 days although you state you will get back within 3 hours. Very frustrated!!

The parcel was delivered very late. It was held at a depot for days and not sent out for delivery. The help from Parcel Monkey was worse than useless. Wrong information was constantly given. In the end, I had to contact the depot myself to demand delivery. Parcel Monkey advises customers not to contact the contractors directly, but this was the only way to obtain action. 1 of the items was also badly damaged and that parcel had obviously been mishandled.

I use parcel monkey frequently to send parcels abroad. Recently they aren’t being collected and it says dispatched on tracking. There is no follow up or automatic recollection the next day

Excellent service, 2 parcels sent, 1 delivered within 6 days, 2nd one went missing for a while but once I contacted customer services it was found and delivered within a day.

My consignment of 3 boxes were collected 1 day late on the 16 th April from Belfast for a 2 day delivery to Bordeaux. FIVE WEEKS later and 2 boxes had to be collected from the Bordeaux depot of DPD. The contents were severely damaged. The third box was allegedly lost and has now been returned to who knows where. I have been in constant touch to track the consignment and every time I have had a different responder, often never checking the thread to establish the current situation. I have asked to speak to a person but this has been refused every time. I am now being asked to choose from having the third box returned to BELFAST at additional expense. SOUTHAMPTON ! (so convenient from Belfast ) or have it destroyed. One star is one too many !!
