Excellent and easy to use service.

Evidently store your payment card details and have yet to find a way to remove that. I am sure that the GDPR legislator would be very pleased to hear about this. Needless to say, customer service will be getting an email in the next few mins asking to close my account and delete any payment methods which have been stored and I dont recall ever being asked to store them, other wise would have gone elsewhere.

Parcelmonkey did really great. I didnt know it was possible to send parcels abroad so quickly - and at such reasonable price too. Tracking screen was also quite accurate and helpful.

very easy to use and always a saving on standard delivery costs. I normally use Parcelforce for my deliveries and can always save a few pounds by booking it through Parcel Monkey. Highly recommended.

Id urge everyone to avoid using Parcel Monkey at any cost. Contacted many times about my parcel and always get one answer; "Weve contacted the courier and get back to you with 24-48 hours" and no one ever gets back to me. You can not speak to anyone (no phone number) and their online operators are based overseas, who dont know anything. Ive been waiting for my very important parcel for over two weeks, but no one is interested in locating it. Im extremely frustrated with the current scenario and deeply regret using Monkey business.

Nice easy to use website. But badly let down by having a surcharge added on after parcel sent. I put in the correct size and weight. Was later told that the volumetric weight was more and surcharged. For a UK parcel?? Not good really.

Would definitely not use again. Didnt deliver the item, claiming they made several delivery attempts. On checking the notes, they did not such thing, they couldnt locate the address, yet I was able to google it. Had to then pay for the item to be returned to me! If I booked with the courier directly, this wouldnt have happened.

Tried to ship a kayak from Scotland to Manchester. Parcel monkey was cheaper than going directly to the shipper themselves, quite significantly. I was able to ship 24hour delivery with added insurance cheaper than I could have done 48 hour shipping without any insurance with the shipper themselves. Top Job...many thanks

Delivery was here in 2 days from England to France. Although the parcels weren’t completely not bashed about, it wasn’t surprising as they weren’t package brilliantly with tape.

Found Parcel Monkey when I was trying to send a box last minute from the UK to Switzerland. Other competators only had pick up options which I could not do or they were literally 5x the cost. I couldn’t believe the price when I booked my parcel drop off and shipping (through the local post office) and thought it might be too good to be true. I received the parcel in Switzerland exactly 3 days later. HIGHLY recommend!!

This company happily took payment and when the courier failed to collect during the one hour window I was given, the "customer service" agent was borderline rude, and tried to fob me off by telling me the courier never honours the one hour window. I informed Parcel Monkey that the courier who I have used directly in the past for deliveries, ALWAYS honours that one hour window. I told the agent that I do not think the collection will happen now, since the one hour window has passed. She would not accept this and basically told me to wait. THE COLLECTION NEVER HAPPENED. I then messaged parcel monkey that evening requesting a refund. I clearly requested a refund. I then received what I can only describe as a "copy and paste" response, as the reply was.. "would you like a refund." REALLY??? Worst sorry excuse for a "company" ever! 5 days later, still waiting for a refund.

Good service and competitively priced. The estimated delivery timescale was 3-5 days and that was spot on. Ive used other couriers when Ive sent large parcels to mainland Spain and this is the first time that its been a problem free experience.

The worst courier delivery booking company i have ever used I send varied amounts of parcels each month with many of the courier companies using this and other booking agents This company claim to be the cheapest available. Yes some of its service options available start as the cheapest, but work out not to be. When paying for 24 hour delivery and then eight out of ten times not completing within in 24 hours but taking from 48hours up to 5 days to deliver. When you book with this company many times there is a big delay between placing order and courier receiving the order leaving delays in collection or courier turning up with no labels. Also very poor and late at updating tracking info. When there is an issue all you will receive from there so called customer service team is standard replies and failure to do anything. All other booking agents i have used have passed orders on quickly kept tracking updated and are very helpful with customer service. You can even call them and speak to a real person.
