I paid for 48 hrs and went t PO at 3.30 where I was told he had already collected parcels it was wed so I said will she get Saturday ? But was told parcelforce don’t deliver at weekends so lady got Monday? Nearly 5 days later and I paid for 48hrs

This is the second time i have used them to send 2 parcels to Turkey.
There has been no problems and both have got there within 5 days.
Great service, happy with what they have done. I would recommend them every time and will keep using them, use them you will be pleased with the service.

We use DPD, booked through Parcel Monkey, to get parcels to a family member in Australia. Collected on Thursday and delivered on Wednesday. If there have been any problems they have dealt with them very quickly and efficiently.

4 weeks later I’m still banging my head against a brick wall trying to get my parcel through DPD. Parcel monkey aren’t interested I just get told they’re waiting for DPD or theyll pass my query on to them wait another 5 days. It’s a different person responding every time I chase and absolutely no one is following through to get a resolution.

I wanted to send a 15kg package to Portugal. Originally quoted £140 by Royal Mail for quick service or £100 for 4/5 days. I was in no rush to get it out there so shopped around eventually deciding upon Parcel Monkey. Wasnt sure about the name but the booking process, collection (by Parcelforce) and delivery has all been fantastic 6 days start to finish. All for £38 and pencnies - an absolute bargain. Would definitely recommend and use again. David S

Amazing price for the weight and volume, convenient drop off in any post office and delivery in 6 days from drop off in a remote village out of the UK. WELL DONE! Will be using Parcel Monkey again soon! HIGHLY recommended!

Parcel Monkey are amazing. I cant believe how cheap my parcel actual was to send! I never would have chosen the company I did if it was not for them. Thank you so much...definitely use again and highly recommend.
Parcel Monkey found the company DPD as the cheapest and they were Fantastic from end to end. Excellent clear and relevant info and updates via SMS and email. Drivers were on time in both countries! Very happy and highly recommend.
